This was a successfully operating business.
Nothing is said about HOW THEY AQUIRED IT.

So just after ONE WEEK after acquiring the restaurant, they are moving to a new location. Nothing is said how they are able to do this, they just are.

Its sounds like everything was prearranged even before they acquired Pho House.
Listed in the 2014Fourth Quarter 10-Q, on page 4, there is a loan for $138,561.99.
Under Fixed Assets are:

Earlier today I send an e-mail to the company asking if they were going to release any information about the case in the 10-Q report . Here is is the answer I got tonight

We look forward to providing shareholders with an update in regards to the settlement soon. When we do release this information to the public it will be through a variety of means, including OTC Markets, Facebook, Twitter and our website. However, at this time I can't offer you specifics as to when this will be released.

Remember, that most of the millions of trades yesterday afternoon were at 0.0006 and that a small last minute (13:59 PM )trade took the price to 0.0005
We are up 40% from that phony close.
But we are up about 17% from a 0.0006 close
BTW... its a very nice warm (75 deg), bright sunny day here in Sarasota, and not much is happening here on the BB, so I am going for my daily bike ride. Back in an hour or so.

If you read page four,you will find these 2 sentences
1st paragraph.....
"The selling stockholders are selling shares of shares of common stock covered by this prospectus for their own account."
2nd paragraph...
"We will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of these shares."
This is repeated in item 4 on page 8.

You really twist things around!
First, they said they made a $10,000 DOWNPAYMENT
I thoroughly disagree with this action.
A car repair shop is not my idea of being part of a restaurant chain. I think that Tommy Houng being involved in the shop's management may have played a part in this transaction
I think this action may possibly deter new investors
Secondly, the new location is OFF THE MARKET and is up for rent/lease.
