Ric - This sort of thing is very interesting but when you get down to it the pricing of Pinkies and OTCBB stocks are arbitrary at best. I saw GTE run up as high as .36 per share when they were still on the BB and that company has never made a profit in its history. Another outfit called GSPI ran up to .18 last spring strictly on the strength of the fact that they ANNOUNCED they were acquiring facilities to produce bio-diesel, which was a hot subject at the time. I might add that the CEO of this outfit has been under SEC investigation several times before when the company was called BAAT and was making electric motor scooters and modified diesel engines.
Unlike these companies we have real products and the facilities to make them. The market seems to have discounted our future prospects which is why we a languishing in the sub-penny range. We now need results which should come next year. I don't know what to say about JT's current silence. He made promises for September which weren't met. Under these circumstances an open letter to the shareholders would do a world of good.
Probe - I not really predicting anything. We still need the 1Q and 2Q reports for 2006. I'm assuming once that is done and the new auditing firm gets fully on board we'll have the 3Q sometime close to when it is due. This could produce the first small move in the S/P. The year end/4Q report won't be due out until 3-15-2007. Assuming it's reasonably good we might get some more movement in the S/P. The real movement should come when the 1Q,2007, comes out in May, 2007, assuming we are now a regularly reporting company. Hopefully we will also be able to move to the OTCBB sometime in early 2007 which should also help.
Volume was way off today so if someone is liquidating a large holding they have pretty much completed the operation. The only question that comes to my mind is why anyone would sell at this ridiculously low price when there is still the possibility that the S/P will start back up within the next 6 to 12 months. I'll use PLNI shares for toilet paper before I'll sell any back to the thieving MM's for less than my basis.
PLNI has 10,000 shareholders. If everyone of them ordered 400,000 shares it would consume the entire float and at this price would cost each person only $240 plus a minimal brokerage commission. Then where would the PPS go? Nowhere but up. Of course this is only wishful thinking, more for adding a light touch to the conversation.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. We need to call their bluff by putting in orders at these low prices. They DON'T want to sell unless they absolutely have to. I have had only 1 order filled at .0006 in the last 2 weeks. The price allways jumps back up to .0007 or .0008 once the orders start coming in. And what's the worst thing that can happen? Your order will get filled at a giveaway price. If you don't have a few hundred dollars to risk, then why play the game. It's like going to Vegas with $50 in your wallet, you'll be broke 15 minutes after you finish breakfast.
Key - Last time I looked Ford GT was not listed as the assistant moderator. I believe it was GoPackersGo who was listed in that postion. Anyway, I think you should get someone who is an active poster and has the time to really watch what is being posted on the board, and, who is reasonably well liked or at least is not roundly despised as Captain Kirk was.
Why don't you donate your money to these gangsters. I'm supporting the price by entering the order at .0006. If it fills at that lower price it hurts them therefore the onus is on them to support the higher level price.
I just placed an order for 500M with Scottrade at .0006. We opened at .0007 this morning and it looks like the thieves are trying to knock us down again. The cure for this is for us to start placing orders when they do this. It's just like poker guys, you have to call the bet or get out of the pot.
Ric - I posted this over on SI. I should answer how quick JT is to respond to people.
Jim Turek and I both worked at Douglas Aircraft Company in the 1960's and we are the same age. We also both worked in Contract Administration although he worked in the Corporate Office and I worked in the Flight Testing Department. I'm sure I must have had some dealings with him during that time although I don't remember him by name and I'm sure he doesn't remember me. I do know we had to clear all of our budgets through the department he worked in.
Earlier this year I sent him an email naming a lot of the people I remembered from both of these departments and I made a few other comments complementing him on his management of PLNI. I never received a reply.
I doubt seriously if Jim would get into an involved conversation on company operations with someone he doesn't know at all, first because it's illegal and secondly because, as things stand now, it would be completely senseless. I do wish we had a better IR/PR operation at PLNI and maybe we will at some future time.
I guess we all have a point of view on this. So many companies on the OTCBB and Pink Sheets are just shells and yet trade for higher prices. PLNI is a real company with real products and the ability to increase both sales and production significantly in a short time. OK, Q1 & Q2 might not be that good but then the company has just completed 2 major acquisitions without acquiring significant debt. I think any company that can do this by selling stock is still ahead of the game no matter how much people complain about "dilution". The people who loan money aren't giving anything away and are quick to liquidate a company when they think it's in their interest, and, as you know the stockholders are left holding an empty bag when they do. I admit to being one who attacked JT when I thought he wasn't going to live up to his promises but from what I am seeing lately he's doing the best he can to deliver. No, he's not that adept at the PR side and I wish he was more inclined to delegate this duty to someone who is. Anyway, hang in there. I think you will eventually see your .004 shares as a bargain.
36M Shares at 2 PM. Still holding at .0008. Could be another 50M plus day. Again, believe what you want but I think this is a sign of a bottom.
Key - I'm not "pumping" anything, I'm simply giving an opinion that is based on facts that are allready known. PLNI is a growing company with real products and customers and soon will have completed all of the necessary steps to be uplisted from the Pink Sheets and then to the NASDAQ at some future time. JT is not the world's greatest PR guy or we would be in even better shape than we are now but he is learning. I was angry as hell at him last March as were a lot of other people but I'm willing to trust him on these matters now that he has at least partially come through.
My other opinion about this being a bottom is that my many years of trading on the OTCBB and the Pinks tells me that the MM's have probably squeezed all of the profit that they can out of their naked shorting tricks and probably can't let this baby float any lower. Also, there are probably a lot of people out there like me who are taking this opportunity to average down.
In reference to your other comment that I am upsetting people I can only say that driving that particular person crazy, would, in all reality, be nothing more than a short putt.
I've placed an order with Scottrade for another 1M shares of PLNI and those of you who want to see the current S/P of.0006 be remembered as the bottom that preceded the runup should do the same. This is an incredible bargain in any event. If you believe, as I do, that good news is on the way you won't regret doing it
It does look like we've bottomed. I little news from the managment at PLNI might also be a big help.
Key - I've just placed "Lord Vader" on ignore. This idea people have that they can clutter up the board with a lot of meaningless posts and accusations is why RB is no longer taken seriously by anyone. You can run this board any way you want but my advice is to crack down on this sort of thing.
In Case You Hadn't Noticed
PLNI seems to have bottomed or at least that's the prevailing opinion among our group. We've been adding millions of shares
while this window of opportunity still exists and I've gone on every board I know of encouraging others to do the same. Once the good news is out this baby is going to rocket and those of you who are wasting your time arguing with bashers are going to be kicking yourselves(deservedly)in the butt. The more time you spend getting the word out the sooner your shares are going to be worth a lot more.
The Biggest Bargain In Years - If these thieving MM's are willing to let you buy PLNI at .0006 or .0007 while they are playing their crooked games I say take advantage while you can. They can't sit on this baby forever and when it busts loose you're going to hate yourself if you remember that you could have had a million shares for $600. Go PLNI.

I posted this ad on SI and it applies equally to longs on this board. It deals with the manipulation of the S/P that is going on and what I think we should do about it.
This is getting stranger and stranger. We can't get our orders filled and yet the demand we are placing and other buyers are placing on this stock is not moving the price up. This doesn't sound like and "efficient" market mechanism to me. Someone is suppressing the price and making money at it. I think all the member of this board should place million share orders tomorrow and see what happens. If they don't get filled and the price doesn't move up from the pressure then I think we should talk to the SEC. JMO.
Cure Your Nervousness - Buy More Shares. You won't have this opportunity again to load up at a price this low.
This is an old game guys. I've been through this before with other low end stocks. The MM's are preparing for a runup which we all know is coming and they are walking the price down to shake out the nervous nellies and get their shares at the lowest possible price. They allready have your money, don't be a jerk and give them your shares at a bargain basement price. Don't be in a hurry to buy either, this baby could go down even further. I just hope JT and company have been smart enough to load up in preparation for the retirement of shares they promised us. JMO.
Hang in there!
I would like to believe that one of two things might be taking place.
1. JT and other company officers are quietly buying up hundreds of millions of shares which they intend to retire. or,
2. Someone in the know is buying up millions of shares in preparation for the expected runup.
Of course, it would be nice if both of those items were true.
Of course it is. They never miss an opportunity to pull this kind of crap and the market record today is the perfect cover.
Actually we closed up for the day(.009)Whoppee!
Wouldn't it be wonderful - If JT announced that PLNI management had been quietly buying up shares over the past 2 weeks at these reduced prices and that the company was now prepared to announce the retirement of 1 Billion shares from the float? Wouldn't that be sweet revenge on these money-sucking MM's? Just a thought, guys.
I also use Scottrade. Never a problem.
Does today's PR imply that the 1Q and 2Q reports are nearing completion? If so, I would expect them to say something along those lines as there is a great deal riding on getting current with reporting. Hopefully we will be caught up and eligible for re-listing on the OTCBB before the end of the year.
Bob - The company headquarters is in Lexington. Pro-Mold is in St. Louis and Semco is in Nevada. It might be worth a trip if you're only 20 miles away but I don't know what they could or would be willing to tell you. My guess is that it wouldn't be very much but what the heck, gas is getting cheaper and what's a short trip light that going to cost you.
Good luck.
Bob (CA)
He who laughs last........
Some people are having fun with us right now and this may continue for a while but eventually the shorts are going to get it in the shorts and some of these other game players are going to get caught flat footed. This stock is poised for a runup and the greedy little jerks who are playing with us right now aren't going to be laughing for long.
Gentlemen, we are being trifled with. There is absolutely no rational explanation for today's decline in the S/P. The 53M share volume represents over half of the short interest in this stock and it is unlikely that all of it represents shorts covering their positions. I believe we had a similar attack of this kind the last time the company put out a favorable PR.
Could it be his wife said "Woof, Woof" instead of "I Do."
It's a good time for optimism. Runups usually occur out of the blue or so it seems that way. Once they start everyone is afraid of being left at the station and that fuels it even further. HISC is a good example, it went from sub-penny to .13 in a matter of days. I felt like I pulled the trigger to fast because I sold at .08 but then I didn't have a plan then like I do now. Get ready guys because it is going to happen here also.
Some Simple Math - If you divide the float by the number of shareholder you come up with approximately 500,000 share per shareholder which is next to nothing in money terms. Even during the runup when the S/P hit almost .02 that would represent an average investment of only $10,000. At the current price it's hardly worth talking about so what's all this nervousness about re-structuring. People are attacking JT but when you think about all the money he put into this thing and what he's done in the last year they should be singing his praises all over the place. Maybe if they did the S/P would also be a lot higher. JMO.
Bob
Eye - Glad to see we have a second opinion here. Jim Stop Loss has been our resident accounting guru for the past several months but lately Jim has been preoccupied with a personal project. Since you mentioned you are adding to your position I take this to mean you are pretty much in accord with PLNI's financial solvency. I've been adding at these low S/P levels also. Any prediction for Q1 or Q2?
Thanks,
Bob
What is going on? BigCharts shows only 25,000 shares traded as of 11:48 AM. Is there a halt in trading?
It makes sense to have the buyback now while the S/P is under a penny instead of waiting for a runup and spending 5 or 10 times the amount.
This sag in the S/P makes no sense at all. Companies on the verge of failure don't go out and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars buying new equipment for products they will never make for customers they will never have. They take the money and run, usually after some sort of slick pump and dump campaign.
Lack of real information.
Hang in there Star - I think this dog is going to hunt. I don't trust JT any more than you do but I really think he's got this thing coming together and we are going to get at least one good runup before he has to go back on his word again and do a reverse split to get his listing to either AMEX or Naz. Anyway, if that happens I will certainly be a happy camper and I'm willing to hang in there a while longer. Good luck.
Bob
PLNI has recently finally put out its long awaited 10-KSB report and I was wondering if anyone on this board has been following the fortunes of PLNI and has an opinion on this subject.
Ric - Did I miss something this morning or is there some problem with the 10-KSB report? I've been busy and I haven't been able to read all the postings. Please advise.
