B will be successful in the covid trial, which will start within a month from now. Positive thinking required.

I thought that is what the pre-IND is supposed to do, ironed out all the stuff the FDA does not want to see in an IND. After the pre-IND, IPIX has been packaged the trial format the way FDA wants it.

If so, in theory, that should not be any more kinks in the IND. Am I way off on that thinking?

I hope they will allow IPIX to start early, agree with why they wait for 30 days when preliminary data show promising results.

I guess we will find out in a few weeks

Perhaps cost and speed of the trial has something to do with it. I found this in the FDA doc.

IND is clearly a US process

IPIX is filling for an oversea trial as well as the US trial. They are CTA and IND. Where oversea remains to be seen.
Any body knows what the lag time is between filing the IND and start of the trial, 1 week, 2 weeks, a month?
I expect the next PR would be the start date of the trial.

What is the consensus about IND submission.

1. Will there be a PR or 8k about IND submission?
2. Will the next PR or 8k be trial start date?
3. Will the next PR or 8k be first dosage?

After the status of the 10Q ofcourse.

10Q should be out on Monday.

Someone exited maybe because they believed Pfizer's vaccine is the answer. I hope they are right in the short term to open up the economy again but going forward, in my opinion, therapeutic is still necessary. Stay the course.

She predicted it in her 2008 book end of days, some said she was guessing based on the 2003 SARS outbreak but other believes otherwise. In the prediction, she said it will mysteriously disappear and reappears a decade later which land it in 2030. Some of her prediction happens but the end result is different. Therefore, I am venturing to guess it will not mysteriously disappear but cure by B and reappears 10 years later also be knock out by B as they perfect the already potent formulation.

I am not predicting anything, just using my feelings and logic. I don't want to die for saying I "see" it, lol.

The anticipation of things to come are overwhelming. Thanks for the update dp70. I am wishing IPIX will be very successful in getting B to the public. Perhaps Sylvia Browne's prediction about this virus mysteriously disappear may not be so mysterious after all. GO B! GO IPIX!

the age demographics kind of said working ages are more likely to get infected because they are the most actively socialized group. where as the death rate are on the more mature people where their immune systems are weaker and plague with other complications.

The other interesting part is the Race. The president always use the term "China virus", yet the Asian communities are among the lowest of infected group. Is this a "designed" virus? Or is it more of a cultural issue? Asian had been fighting all kinds of flu every year, could it be that they have adopted a regiment of daily routines/meals to combat these illness? Whether one believes the numbers that China has been putting out of their infection/death rates. This statistic coming from the CDC clearly shows Asian are doing something different or could it just be the number of Asian in the U.S. are relatively smaller than other races.

I feel bad that IPIX has a solution, a good solution so far with all the testing done. We need the government to do the right thing and get it out there.

Idk, I have mixed feelings regarding GILD's news today.
On one hand, why would they need anyone else for a combo now they are approve as a stand alone?
On the other hand, they may want to see a more successful human trial for ipix, they can buy ipix out and reformulate them to have a much better chance of success for rems....

One thing for sure, IPIX does not have the money like it has in 2016 to 2018, Leo better be careful running this trial alone.
