It's state level permitting, because it's only 50,000bpd, any larger you go to federal permits
Just a little blurb about trinitys work they do
"Trinity Consultants can assist with all phases of the air permitting process. We have completed more than 5,000 permitting projects in the last 10 years. Our experience translates into accurate, timely permit applications
that are strategically crafted for maximum flexibility, and expert negotiations with regulatory agencies that streamline the process."
Typical language used in 8ks
Should take it as a vote of confidence that they don't feel the need to milk the updates out in multiple releases. Share holders were asking for updates, that's what they gave.
Well seeing as how it says it's been released due to share holder inquiries, and that it contains all sorts of great info, including all the steps one would take to accomplish their goal. Many well known companies working with them, is say you could drop the pand f claims . A p and d usually will climb and fall back to where it began if not lower, this isn't even close.
Typical language of any 8k nothing new
Standard wording.
I'm not sure how you can claim things as fact , unless you have a copy of the contract.
Your presuming things . I can point out the obvious , in all it's PR on its website KPE doesn't refer to any projects as partnerships, except for the one with MMEX. You can take what you want from that. But you don't generally call a contractor a partner.
That you can confirm
From the contract
4.0
LAND/REFINERY SITE LOCATION
4.1 Purchase and Sale Agreement for refinery location in Pecos County, Texas entered into between Maple Resources Corporation and Hayes Parker dated as of February 20, 2017.
4.2 Maps of possible locations

4.4 Term Sheets, MOU’s Letters of Intent with potential landowners
4.5 Rights of way, easements
4.6 Land Use Permits
4.7

4.8
Royalty Agreements
I'll put you to the same test, find me an UP TO DATE record that shows Parker still owns all his landlord
Which are based on last years tax info ?
Well considering they only purchased in in February , what documents are u trying to find?
In the contract it states they transferred the sale agreement. Show me proof they haven't purchased the land
Ok here's a piece of DD, Parkers land leased 1/5 of its mineral rights for $1200 an acre. MMEX shows 300k in revenue for Q1 2017. 250 acres x $1200=$300,000
Well now if hanks wanted to use the that to sell shares why on earth would he not claim the 5.5 billion other shares
Restricted shares that can't be sold. If hanks wanted to sell shares he could have just sold shares of mmex on the market
Do you honestly believe a massive firm like KPE would meet and agree to work with just anyone? Or publicly come out and say they are going to start in the project right away?
We are humbled that MMEX Resources has chosen KPE to assist them in constructing a state-of-the-art crude processing and transport facility for the Permian Basin,” said Brandon T. Steele, Chairman and CEO of KP Engineering. “KP Engineering employs some of the finest professionals in the industry and we are excited to be working alongside MMEX Resources Corp. as their EPC firm on this important project and look forward to commencing work immediately.”
As per KPE , they are in a partnership, and were to start work asap.
Tax records are from last year, I'd say the closest I've found this far, is that the Land they purchased leased mineral rights for $1200 an acre. $1200x 250 acres is 300,000. Which ironically is what revenue mmex posted for first quarter 2017
Here's Yahoo!'s statistics, look up the quarterly
Read mmex filings Q1 2017
Maple resources as per the contract
Do you not see the big red letters saying when the data was last updated?
Also of note mmex showed 300k in revenue . Ironically $1200 for 1/5 mineral rights x 250 acres equals 300k
And by the way you can't seperate Mineral from surface
Selling mineral classified land in Pecos county, Texas
by Hayes Parker
Feb 29, 2016
I have noticed that when someone needs advice, this is the place to come. I have 640 acres of unleashed mineral classified land 10 miles north-east of Fort Stockton, Texas in Pecos county, and I would like to sell the north 320 acres(Block 5, section 20, T C RR Survet, abstract 7098). It is five miles north of the Cunning Wolf field. Any advice or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Your website u keep referring to isn't even up to date my man. Only updated to Jan.2.2017
Hanks bought the company later the next year and took it private, merged with maple energy
Hanks worked for the company until 2009, he tried to purchase the company in 2014
You realize hanks wasn't with that company lol, he had offered to purchase it.
In the contract read it
The property was purchased by maple which is private, so no filing needed
Soooo, has anyone asked Hayes Parker if his land sold to hanks?
You realize those are not up to date right?

I'd love for you to provide Proof the Parker deal for land isn't closed. If you have t got any, you should just give up already
Lol maple and mmex will be one in the same
