IMO This will be a very good stock to put your money in:
The Merger with Combo Hitter
-Most Penny stocks who announce mergers never mention the company's name with whom they are merging with.(Megers rarely ever happens with unknown companys)

Now I do not know why VFIN is on the ask so early and why the "low float" is clearly no longer 28mill based on the volume being traded these couple of days, but my guess is:
-They need to increase the OS to give shares to the merging company. Based on how many shares the receiving company gets the price may or may not go lower.

VFIN is known for dilution and I have seen him stop many stocks from running I will remain cautious, and trade accordingly.

Yes indeed might actually get x2 the shares I wanted if this keep on going the way it is.

Because VFIN is on the ask and we need buying volume to actually move him. Along with the unknown "low float os", which is suppose to be locked up by now.

Pretty sure the O/S is not 28mill if you look at the volume that was being accumulated on the chart.

Thanks! Just found the filing for the r/s and you are correct! But to be honest that a/s makes me feel it can prevent the stock from running extremely high. Not trying to bash or anything, because I do want to take a position.
