We've played this tune a bunch of times before about why Kim would

Kim is like that little Dutch boy.

The selloff was somewhat similar to a bear raid. The conditions were ripe for it. Kim had gone a long time without updating his SH's. leaving them in the dark as usual which only heightens their

So, He puts out a PR that will halt the selloff by sticking his finger in the dyke like the Dutch Boy.

I've wondered if that was one of the reasons kim wanted those voting shares in the first place not to protect the kblb's retail investor, but protect himself from losing the the Co. and the leverage he had over his shareholders.

This would/might force the bidder to bypass the retail SH and go directly to kim.

Maybe some bidder saw a consensus among the SH's that suggested they might be open to a low ball offer at a certain price.

If say some bidder then had gone to kim with a bid they new was already likely acceptable by the SH's and kim said he'd talk
to to them under a NDA,CA. agreement... finally telling the bidder to go take a hike.

Eskaminagaga, I'm in the Houston area and will be going close to the tree farm tomorrow. If time allows I will go by just to get an idea of what's up. Sure would like to see a large building going up on the land, but don't have high expectations.
I'm not certain what my schedule will be for leaving tomorrow but if possible I will at least lay eyes on it.
