Thats not a good thing for shareholders!
What is the discounted share price you refer to?
Why is BMAK not listed in October volume report?
Thanks Ania!
Where is the trading volume for the MM'S published?
I hope you are right. GNPT is a long term hold for me.
I have a friend in management for a very large coal company. The steel companies uses alot of a particular type coal to produce steel. The next demand increase for steel they are looking for is 2017. The country they think will be using alot of steel is India, starting in 2017. They do not look for increase in demand from any where else till 2017.Till then their plan is simply to survive. I like the diversification GNPT is attempting to use to bring in revenue. GNPT too may need to keep expenses low and diversify revenues and survive until 2017.IMO I think this Company being in business many years points to their ability to survive.
Thanks for the article very good information.
I agree. IMO he is in fantasy land.
Maybe its true Maybe its not but the last person claiming to have inside information turned out pretty badly.
IMO the current ASK 5.00 AS6700 is a scare tactic.
GTC BIDS NEEDED.
Trading in Thin Volume OTC stocks
Another observation I have made over the years is that a investor trading in OTC stocks with thin volume needs to be aware of what is going on with the MM’S. IMO if the number of MM’S suddenly increases or there is just a large number of MM’S trading in a very thin Volume stock it could signal a future significant up or down move in the share price. IMO it will benefit investors to learn the trading methods MM’S can employ and the trading advantage contained in the high speed trading platforms they use.
Nearly all posts from myself are written to share my observations over my 40 years of trading with long term investors and NOT to convince folks who have no interest in CLOK to invest in it. I also have had a seat on two pension funds for many years so I have seen a lot. I have seen stocks crushed in the past on very low volume. When this happens it is possible that even bullish news will not return the stock to all time highs and beyond for a very long time. IMO there are a lot of reasons why a thinly traded stock can get crushed, Circular trading is one. IMO the bottom line is long term investors should use GTC bids so the market in not so thin.
I agree.
Thank you for the link. I appreciate it.
They have my Support.

What is Circular Trading in Stock Market
Circular Trading, what does it mean by in stock market ? It is very important to know what exactly it is to avoid money loses in stock market specially for small traders.
Circular trading is basically trade done by a group of people among themselves to rig the share price. For e.g. A,B,C who are holding the same share “Stock A” can do a circular trading by A selling to B and B selling to C and C selling to A. By doing this they will be able to increase or decrease the share price since the trades are executed between themselves. This is normally done in IPO shares during listing to create the activity in the scrip and to distribute the stocks.
Day traders and small investors get caught in this vicious circular trading and lose their money. Avoid trading in IPO listing though it goes up 30% in a day, most of the IPO’s listed will come down after the initial frenzy is over. Another group of stocks which attracts circular traders are penny stocks where they will be able to rig the price constantly for couple of days and exit when the target is achieved. One way to identify this is use count of trades since most of the trades will be done in Bulk quantities.
For day/small traders it is very important to knew this type of concepts in stock market. Learn first and then trade, It is easy to make money in stock but same time it is very easy to lose if you don't know how stock market works.
We are lucky that this post is shared by one of the active trader in stock market who have 20 years of experience in stock trading and want to prevent some ignorant day traders from losing money.

IMO the available inventory for CLOK is very very tight. That is why IMO CLOK has been declining on very light volume.IMO this makes short selling CLOK a very very high risk trade.
Hello ANNIA,
Could you explain a little more how MM'S can exchange shares. I have heard of brokers allowing MM'S to purchase available inventory to offset shorts.
Long term investors like yourself certainly have the right to their opinion. The future will decide who is right.
I am sorry you did not understand my answer but I think many readers will.
That is a silly question IMO long term investors do not flip.
Call it what you want in the case of CLOK it is IMO NONSENSE.
IMO if enough bid support(from long term investors) comes in the nonsense will stop.
I disagree. Your balloon theory holds no water with me in this case.IMO Long Term Investors should not let there investment be eroded.
Thats a shame because IMO CLOK share price is being destroyed on very very low volume. long investors must realize that support is needed.
I have 500 @4.60 GTC but more long term investors are needed.
I am a long term investor and that will not change but IMO if there are no supporting bids placed by investors there is serious trouble ahead for the share price.
IMO the situation would greatly improve if just 20 or more long term investors put in GTC orders for 500 shares.
I agree with you but without supporting bids there is trouble ahead.
IMO if long term investors do not start putting bids in this market there is trouble ahead for the share price. There is little supporting volume.
Nonsense
Even if there is available inventory yet to hit the market(and maybe there is not) over the long haul I do not believe it to be a big issue. In the short run though it could affect our share prices.
First let me state that I am bullish on GNPT and a shareholder. I would like to share some of my DD. I have spoken by telephone with the TA. They told me they are not gagged, but they will not disclose the number of shareholders. My understanding is that the shareholders they list are shareholders who shares are not held by brokers and those shares are not counted in the outstanding shares. Available inventory is a hard thing to be sure of in this stock or almost any other.
What is NVIV current stock structure?
I agree with your statement "So trading is being done here by MMs themselves or sophisticated groups".
What is alarming to me is when I read posts that say I've invested money that " I cannot afford to loose" or "I scraped together all the money I could". Folks in my opinion do not invest your money in the above stated fashion. I have been trading stocks for forty years and disappointments happen. I am long GNPT.
GNPT ShortVolume for 8-20-2015(7,759,713)
GNPT ShortVolume for 8-19-2015(829,075)
GNPT ShortVolume for 8-18-2015(1,526,700)
GNPT ShortVolume for 8-17-2015(659,615)
It is my guess the MM'S did a lot of buying this morning and are trying to offset those positions.
