These guys still haven't got their prototype out? Good lord with the missed deadlines. Been singing that song for 8 years.
Good Lord, look at that sell volume. If these dipshits announce another delay, I'm afraid they might destroy any remaining faith the market has in their leadership team
They have always lacked in this regard. You can email them at Hello@knowlabs.co or comment on their Facebook page and YouTube posts. I've been successful in all of those ways.
Timber!!!
Trickle, trickle, trickle.... Same story
Great response
Ever consider the possibility that Uband does not get approved by FDA. Not trying to be a downer.... Just thinking out loud here.
I'm lowering my average when possible. The 2015 reverse split was a shot to the gut
Wow! Little movement today, huh?
3 months
You may be referring to Mark Tapsak, who was/is heavily involved with Dexcom's success. Per Know Labs IR, he's involved in an advisory role with Know Labs.
As far as miniaturization, I agree but I think the 7 day battery life is the trump card.
I feel ya! Just checked my documents. Pre-June 2015 I held 368,000 at $.06. Post 2015, I was sitting at 2,451 at $5.45 basis.
Currently, at 25,300 at $2.51
Yes! Furness not Fournier.
You're a dorko
I've been in since 2013. Bought my first share at 9 cents. Those who have really done their due diligence know this technology was pioneered by Tom Fournier-"Godfather of Virtual Reality." Having firsthand experience with his genius, I was sold on the tech. Unfortunately the RS really screwed me as well.
To me it just means another damn distraction from getting CBGM prototype in order
On April 30, 2020, the Board of Directors of Know Labs Inc. (the “Company”) approved and ratified the incorporation of Particle, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Particle”). The Company is the sole shareholder as of the date of incorporation. As a result, Particle is a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Particle shall utilize the same corporate offices as the Company and shall focus on the development and commercialization of the Company’s extensive intellectual property relating to electromagnetic energy outside of the medical diagnostic arena which remains the parent company’s singular focus with its initial product, the UBAND™ non-invasive continuous glucose monitor.
Uplisting is on the horizon my friend. That will provide visibility.
Looks like they raised $2,632,000 this round. Hopefully, can finalize prototype and submit De Novo pathway soon.
I don't think we see $2 until next event announced
Can you buy into the private placement?
Amen to that
Typically $4 bid but depending on exchange, must have collective market value of at least $45million
Next challenge is to increase and sustain pps at threshold required to uplist
Good discussion. Very encouraging to hear they are targeting prototype rollout in 3 months
Looks like they just closed another round of funding:

Yes, that is the purpose of a NDA.

Mark Tapsak, Ph. D., Joins Know Labs as Vice President
Do we touch. 30s again before things are up and running again in Seattle?
Just a little "heads up".... the 1Q2020 date at one point was 4Q2019. Lack of discipline to project plan and periods of non-existent communication have been case with these guys for at least past 8 years. I'm sure with Seattle shutdown, progress has come to a standstill. Not sure what's going on in Singapore and status at Racer.
Phil has stopped responding to FB and YouTube. I scooped up at . 98 yesterday but honestly can't say I'm comfortable with my investment in KNWN. Roll of the dice at this point....
Better opportunities all over the market right now
They are already voting for a reverse split
What's the ticker?
How bout that 50k sell!
Must be nice
