Does the aircraft really need to be labeled with Songbird on the fuselage? Pretty sure N417XA never was labeled with Songbird... only the N #.

100% false! Read the DOT letter again! The time period lapsed... nothing in the letter stated the DOT found them unfit as stated! All the company has to do is resubmit proof of being fit... if in fact that’s even required as a part of the Songbird deal. That letter was referring to the old certification process!

I recommend looking over that... if investors truely want to make a profit instead of bailing out prematurely on a good thing! But to each their own... the deal is happening with Songbird!

The C-checks or even leasing of the plane has nothing to do with the Songbird deal. The plane is not part of the Songbird acquisition. Two totally different things! But as stated before the aircraft has been sitting since February and just recently 10 pages of documents have been added with the FAA. IMO it’s not just a quinky dink! No reason for a stored aircraft to have 10 registration documents added to the file... unless it was being used soon!
Why were 10 pages of registration documents added to the FAA file on 417XA then on Friday? To me that DD points to the deal being done!

Because the FAA and the DOT are corrupt as hell and will try everything in their power through these Bullsh*t technicalities to find a way to mess with Baltia! Probably inspector 32 again called over to his buddy at the DOT to send them that letter IMO! Though the moron forgot that it has no bearing on the Songbird Acquisition.

That letter has nothing to do with the songbird acquisition. They are talking about something from March 10th 2009! That has to do with continuing trying to go the old route through the certification process with the 767-300. No where in that letter does it mention not fit to take over Songbird! Has nothing to do with the songbird acquisition who already has a certification. That letter is meaningless for the current plan with Songbird. Good find though of worthless information!

The letter on 10/14/2017 from the FAA shows they want The Songbird acquisition to go through with ease... 32 out of 32 inspectors gave all thumbs up! I hear the inspector from 2015-16 wasn’t invited to the party!!
