Fink, where did you see 200 pallets of empty cans? You PM'ed me a few weeks back saying you saw a picture of 20 more empty pallets. Now your saying 200? I wanna believe you but where are you getting this info. PM me if you want but I won't be able to reply
Thanks. I have cash but not willing to put anymore into this. That's what I meant. I'll be fine if this goes to no bid Jim. 750,000 shares is good enough for me.
I'm broke. Besides 750,000 shares is enough for me. I'd rather buy more after hearing about a PO than to wait for an overdue one to happen. It's looking more doubtful with each passing day.
Yup... Another day without an update!
No news coming today. Go figure
That 15 million in annual sales was when Batter Blaster was in 13,000 stores. Gee... How long would we have to wait to see 12 cents then? Like 3 years?
Except grocery chains apparently
Did you read the three 8K's on 4/12? There's still around $183,000 left that will convert to shares. That's a frickin boat load of shares at these current prices. Trips will be coming fast if no purchase orders are announced in a couple weeks.
Now there could be a law in place that prohibits lenders from dumping all notes at once to prevent NHMD from going to no bid, but one just needs to look at the current price and that massive amount of debt to understand that if it were dumped all at once as opposed to a few thousand dollars a week, that Nate would have no chance of surviving.
I couldn't say it better myself Bull!
Dude... Those FAQ's are so old! Get with the current info.
I've been here 2 plus years while the stock has plummeted. So, you should understand how discouraging it is when Nate doesn't update his loyal shareholders on how things are progressing. Not even a simple picture or video of the new equipment cycling the new cans. 10 days overdue.
You haven't been here long enough. It's as simple as that!
Didn't someone here say that no new conversions would be happening for a few months at least. Well what ever. $183,000 worth of conversions coming. Nate, this is not the update I was asking for. You really fcked shareholders here. $.0015 PPS with $183,000 left to sell. I don't know how NHMD stays alive especially without any PO's which appear in trouble.
That will never happen! Believe me. I've been watching and owned this stock from the beginning. I was one of the first 50 people to download Hang w/ while it was still beta. The app had huge promise back then. When ghetto folks joined, the app began to collapse. Downloads lagged while Andrew touted that downloads didn't matter and that active user minutes did. He was absolutely wrong! Look at the price now. It's a direct result from them not being able to draw in the views because of too few installs/users.
Hey Bull I'm in the same boat. Not quite as much but still a huge loss nonetheless. No sense in selling now I figure. I'll just wait for good news or this to go to zero. If I hadn't tasted the product I would have sold a while ago. That's what's keeping me here. Not Nate, not ABCO, not Jeff West, only the product!
He'll be heard from again but it may not be something we wish to hear. Hope I'm wrong
Good luck
Lol.. Yeah, on his way to East Asia he decided to stop in North Korea first where his stash of pancake batter was raided and he was subsequently sent off to a labor camp for the next ten years. Or the pilot was given a sample of Von baron farms pancake batter instead of Nate's and got lost in flight.
Did Jeff West's plane disappear while in flight.
Did Nate die?
Not even close! Much more dilution to come. It was stated two PR's ago. Around 10 million in debt since being a startup as well doesn't bode well for the PPS. Im glad I got out above a dime when I realized that ads were not gonna come even close to generating the revenue they initially stated. With is toast and so is wwth.
Where are the updates already Nate? Geez!!!
I highly doubt it. Releasing one at a time would be more beneficial to the share price over the long run IMO.
Gosh this is depressing! 30 days have expired and still no update. I can only gather that negotiations aren't going so well. Nate has done what was asked of him by retailers. If we don't hear news next week, I may be selling all my shares. Seems to me that retailers are toying with Nate or they just changed their mind about wanting the product on their shelves. These negotiations have been going on for months now and just when Nate comes through for these retailers, updates go silent and overdue. Really sucks!
Yup... 30 days has past and no word yet. I'm hoping we hear something tomorrow. If not I'll be a bit worried.
He still has that option along with the option of making himself more wealthy if things pan out. Him trying at least attempt the later sure seems very smart to me. Perhaps you're the type of individual who doesn't appreciate trying to build something great as such with Nate, but rather sell all ownership away to those crook investors on Shark Tank because it's the easy thing to do.
You can only look at it one way for this to work for Nate. It's a 3:1 ratio.
I'm done. Believe what you want
As I've said many times before, the main reason I am still here is because I've tasted the product and it's great. If Nate somehow can't figure out how to get this on store shelves then he should sell his recipe to someone who can. I'd be a buyer from time to time
He could be. But I think that was more of Wade dictating the 8ks. Especially the 20,000 cans sold in 20 minutes that we later learn he purchased. At least most of them
I suggest you do a little research and look into why on earth 3 smaller items would actually cost less to manufacture than one large item of equally size or slightly smaller. It happens around the world all the time. And it lends credence to the fact I keep stating that the 8oz can is more readily available than the 20oz.
So are you saying that Nate is a liar?
Stop thinking so elementary. We all know that in capitalism buying more actually costs less. You do it all the time at the supermarket when purchasing a bulk item. The same is applied in Nate's circumstance. The 8 oz can is more readily available.
Hey I agree surf, but if it will save Nate in the long run going with a smaller can that he purchases in bulk because many other products use the 8 oz can then so be it. I would think that Nate exhausted all avenues before making the big switch to the 8 oz can hence the huge delay
How is it impossible? Nate stated this unless of course he is a liar.
That makes no sense! Three 8oz cans costs less than a single 20oz can with printed label to manufacture. These new cans have printed labels. Another cost savings. Please try and get the facts straight
A bunch of what if's and speculation. You don't know the details of such contracts and neither do I. But I can assure you that Nate this time around is placing himself in a more profitable way than he did with Batter Blaster. Example: changing to a smaller can saves Nate more because cans at that size are more readily available
You're off you rocker! One big box contract nationally and one no longer needs to worry about these conversions. Conversions will end at some point. And longs wouldn't and don't seem to be going anywhere
A PO from a huge store would wipe it all out
Hoping for stellar news next week because it isn't coming this week. If nothing comes next week, I'll be very concerned. Nate stated per 8k that he expects to sell out all 25,000 cans. We shall see.
