The MMs don't want it above 5 because it will issue in a whole new wave of $$ that will squeeze the life out of them. This churning happened at 0.007ish, 0.01, 0.02, and so on!

Always take profits when you see fit! If you look back to where we were before the toxic financing washed through, you will see where we should get back to and then some (0.25). Since then the company has major things in the works as lining up clients for future IPOs and a dual list on the Dubai NASDAQ exchange. Money is flowing in! Just enjoy this gem as you see fit!

Does anyone think the "ahead of schedule" uplist means that some big news is nigh and that the company wanted to be uplisted with more exposure to then release the news?

On August 25, 2015 we raised the authorized common shares to one billion. One of the reasons for this was to enable the Company to convert management's accrued salaries and loans into equity, hence alleviating the pressure on the balance sheet.

Our current issued and outstanding common shares amount to 752,838,629 of which management now owns 544,279,439 common restricted shares (72.30% of the total IOS). The tradable float currently stands at 199,769,922 leaving a further 8,789,268 shares that are currently in the hands of shareholders as share certificates (not in trading or brokerage accounts).

Reading that, along with all of the other DD really gets one excited! This will be an account / life changer for those that want to be here long term!

I was expecting some Friday news, but not this! I think this explains the heavy buying at close yesterday. That was not your typical EOD rush. Whatever happens today, this news alone will leave me feeling good heading into another fantastic weekend!

Fink, to answer your question, it's a resounding yes. I just scanned through the 10k, and as Investor said, it's not much for "news." That said, the real fireworks begin this fall and winter with the completion of phase 3.

On pt #2, why would it be listed on 9/15 if it starts at the close of business today? Today is 9/21.

Are we to expect anything different with the switch to the ABCO line and Phase 3? The purpose of those two are to secure and sustain Big Box contracts. Those contracts are supposed to occur after Phase 3 is completed (the audit room). At that point, legitimate revenue will occur.

The bright spot here is the unchanging, non dilutive share structure over the course of the year (Yes we know about the Series E and increase in A/S with the last 8k).
