Reviews? Love to Hear ANY AG Product Reviews
With such a firm declaration, I assume you've tried ZazzleBerry? For some reason I cannot seem to find any third party reviews of AG products except my DD from the Exhale visits. Gee I wonder why that is? There are a few videos discussing the wares AG allegedly sells but those are all generated in house by AG.
Hmmmmmm.....
All these amazing revenues that magically double yet there don't seem to be any products being sold?
That Assumes Zazzz is a "Real" Product
Once again, those type of statements assume that AG is really trying to develop a legitimate product in Zazzz instead of just using Zazzz as part of the hype machine developed by insiders and "friendlies" to sell ERBB shares. I favor the latter in case anyone's wondering.
Clearly SS should have done some market research prior to this deplorably managed Zazzz undertaking. I wonder if that guy had even set foot in a dispensary prior to joining AG or spoke to long time medical patients. I emailed him and the AG crew feedback plenty of times regarding Zazzz but clearly none of that was put to good use.
See, I've gone to a dispensary for years that has 2 basic vending machines. At first it was just 1 but it became so popular the shop added a second unit. These devices are nothing special, the garden variety breakroom vending machine with an alphanumeric selection keypad. No biometric nonsense, no age verification, just put money in, get product AND GET CHANGE! Imagine that!
So I've told Stephen about this place, gave him names of people I spoke with about the Zazzz and explained in CA the machines don't need identity verification for usage. I've suggested numerous promotions that could help bring attention to Zazzz, none of which would cost more that $1000 of discounts.
This guy just doesn't get it or willfully ignores it. My guess is he really doesn't give a rats ass about creating a company or product. He's simple focused on generating enough interest and therefore demand for himself, insiders and ERBB "friendlies" to dump their ERBB holdings.
ERBB ON
Great. And How About Proving Legitimacy?
Don't care about the SEC or that comedic response but I do wonder if you can elaborate on the actual questions regarding AG's "legitimate" business?
What's up with OG Tea, TrackX, Proxima RF and the other alleged acquisitions that have been referred to as "wholly-owned subsidiaries" of AG yet the directors of the aforementioned companies seem to say something to the contrary?
How many Zazzz machines are in circulation?
Have you even used a Zazzz machine?
Have you talked to any of the shops like Herbal Elements, the inaugural Zazzz location that currently keeps their Mach I Zazzz in storage because it was such a failure with no plans to upgrade to a Mach II? Or how about Hemful Farms, a non-THC retailer who was so excited in the first days of receiving the shop's Mach II Zazzz he posted some videos with the machine only to return it shortly after with some prejudice? Doctor's Orders? The 5 machines that were allegedly going to Kentucky?
I seem to be the ONLY ONE of 50,000 alleged investors who has actually used a Zazzz machine.
Can you tell us about AG product reviews or where to find them?
Being such a strong supporter of AG, what products of theirs have you used or purchased?
ERBB is a share selling scam, not a real business. The SEC doesn't care because this junk OTC stock barely trades even $5,000 per day. It's pretty pathetic that some of the OTC penny stock pros can't muster up enough trading power to drag this pig out of the pen and into the pasture for a run.
Maybe the scammers are saving their firepower for when the debentures are granted over the next few weeks. Then they'll drop some dimes running up ERBB so they can dump it for dollars just like they did a few weeks ago for those debentures to bail with a sweet premium.
How's That Zazzzleberry Crap Selling?
I didn't see any of that nonsense being sold in the Zazzz at Exhale.
That was a real doozy of a PR huh?!?
Financials, Followed by The Fat Lady
There won't be anything stopping the run to .0001 after the devastating financials come out.
I realize 90% of the ERBB pump squad doesn't read financials as some didn't even realize AG granted ERBB shares to pay for things like Zazzz vending design even though there's a section of the report that says "shares granted for vending design", but for those of us who've wasted our time reading fins, it's pretty apparent what a scam AG is.
The OG Tea listing as both an acquisition and a potential acquisition in the exact same report just 2 paragraphs apart was a MAJOR RED FLAG. These reports are complete jokes with zero insight into which divisions of AG draw the revenues. Instead there is just a bogus bottom line number for revenues. Shearin is smart enough not to declare $xxx.xx of income from OG Tea or Truth Lighting or any other entity AG has lied about being a "wholly-owned subsidiary".
Funny How SEC "Missed" Madoff Too
Of course I know that you have your inside line into the SEC via those cold call emails you are sending them. I'd say I'm excited to hear the response but I really don't care to hear a system standard response email from the SEC, "Thank you for your interest and concern. We at the SEC......". I'm sure your cold call emailing the SEC about ERBB will yield far greater response than the 10 years and thousands of documents that 4 journalists sent the SEC regarding Madoff's fraud.
The SEC won't "peek" at ERBB because it constitutes less investment money than a neighborhood numbers racket in Harlem. ERBB barely trades $10,000 in total each day. More dollar volume flows through @APL in 30 seconds of trading than 6 months of ERBB
Please explain how ERBB is "legit" using facts?
Please explain how Zazzz has been nothing other than an utter failure at best and vey likely a momentum scam for ERBB at worst? Undoubtedly it has cost AG some decent capital to "develop" Zazzzz yet that expense is light years away from being recouped judging from my visit to Exhale earlier in the week. ERBB's highest profile and only confirmed functioning Zazzz machine at Exhale hasn't been used since I made a purchase on it months ago and employees don't even know if it works, which I can confirm, it does despite never being used.
Please show proof that OG Tea is a "wholly-owned subsidiary" of AG as they themselves have claimed and then show how those revenues are being accounted for.
Please show proof that TrackX has been acquired per AG's recent PR.
i could go on but those are some pretty gaping hol s in the bizarre idea that AG is a "legit" company
ERBB at Pre-Bubble Lows
Yup, it's nearly dead folks.
The upcoming annual report should bring some serious laughs. I can't wait to read Scammy Shearin's take on the past 12 months of business activity at AG. New hires of idiots like Will Harris, collapsed "acquisitions", more debentures issued.....this company is on the fast track to oblivion.
The past few months have been a complete disaster. ERBB doesn't even care enough anymore to make the fraud at least seem legit.
Seriously though, the latest bogus PRs about acquisitions are sniffed out for fraud less than 24 hours after issue.
TrackX....busted in less than a week.
Calphytic.....bust
Herbal Elements.....twice a bust in 12 months
Something Chocolate........bust
GreenSticks.....bust
At least try to make it seem real Shearin!
50,000 Shareholders, According to an AG PR?
Yeah, right cause AG's PRs have been sooooooo reliable. To date NOT A SINGLE PR HAS PLAYED OUT ACCORDING TO WHAT THE LIARS AT AG PUT FORTH.
Who in their right mind even believes this garbage?
Contradiction, No. Misinterpretation, YES.
Pretty simple:
"I made a huge take in the 6 figure realized profit"
Therefore
"I made some serious coin during that run but naively held", "silly me"
Translation:
I sold over 50% of my holdings during the boom but "naively held" a decent chunk thinking maybe ERBB was the real deal.
Therefore,
"Shearin and company have wasted my money". Of course, it's my fault for not selling but Shearin has done nothing to bring value to the investment, squandering like goodwill.
Nopancakemix for you!
As Long as American Green Keeps Releasing Lies.....
I'll be here to call them out. It's might right as a shareholder. Shearin and company have wasted my money so that buys me a little payback. And please don't confuse it wthi boredom or the lack of something to do. It's a digital world out there baby, I drop many of these messages from the back of town cars and ubers or during a break from a hectic day.
ERBB just lofts up meatballs and this is batting practice for me.
Sorry you feel it's a waste of time. I think it's pretty important to point out every bit of this scam. If I recall correctly a few months back you were pretty angry at those calling ERBB a scam but you seem to have changed that tune, accepting what others have said in regards to this fraud company.
I love dissecting these absolute rubbish 420 Reports. It's new material. Repeating lies about 50,000 shareholders or bogus acquisitions, now that's the stuff you should be calling out. Not people tearing into new material from AG, exposing each layer of this fraud.
ERBB Supporters, Still Waitng for those PRODUCT REVIEWS
So let's hear about those reviews;
GreenSticks....
Zazzzz.....
Truth Lighting....
OG Tea......
Jurassic Water.......
And what happened to all those bright all caps posts about TrackX and meeting their new management team? Those messages seems to disappear about the same time the post about a phone call to TrackX that confirmed the deal was fugazi.
I've used a Zazzz probably the only one here who has and guess what, it's a total useless POS. I wouldn't waste $70 or even $40 on the Green(Sh.t)Sticks in the Exhale Zazzz but I'd love to hear about all the user feedback from ERBB supporters who must have at least tried the stuff, right?
New 420 Report, New Reason to Laugh
The Exhale Zazzz Machine is Truly Pathetic
More so the fact that American Green just dumps their POS flagship product there but has no recourse to try and make the machine compelling to customers. This is the caliber of people who work at creating value for ERBB. They don't give a rat's ass about Zazzz customers, much less shareholders or clients who bear the risk of trying out AG's offerings.
Another Excellent Point, The Fraud of ERBB Thickens
True that! But that's the bottom line with all their business, they can't scale anything because they can't afford the cost to scale. This is the likely cause leading to the failure of the $1.17m Jurassic order, AG CAN'T AFFORD INVENTORY. It's pretty simple, it's also the reason a lot of people go on Shark Tank; they have a product that costs too much for them to go out of pocket to manufacture.
Of course, traditional financing through bank loans would be the way to get around this ordeal. A legitimate purchase order for 500 machines would probably have traditional money lenders jumping to give AG capital. At a measly $1000/month per machine that's $6m annually for 500 machines. That's good money even at a lowball number.
It would be great to hear from Stephen regarding this matter except for s stupid tweet saying AG's business would thrive if they had access to institutional monies. Even just a note on how AG has approached Specific Bank Name Here but has been repeatedly denied loans or what sort of specific resistance AG has encountered with traditional financing.
Above All Else ERBB = Share Selling Scam
You're absolutely correct that all this speculation about business operations is futile because it assumes that American Green is a legitimate business, which couldn't be farther from reality.
American Green is 100% a confirmed share selling scheme. The Zazzz machine is purely an pathetic attempt to capitalize on hype in order to create demand for ERBB shares, as is every single PR AG has ever released. Period. Not one single business initiative has come to fruition or generated a sustainable revenue source aside from being a ploy to sell ERBB shares.
The COO has lost all his credibility. He has a long history of failed business deals, from a scuba video shop to a junk "marketing" firm to a phony MJ OTC company/stock. Shearin is a blithering idiot who couldn't sell a dollar for a dime. I love his boasting of being part of the "first internet backbone" considering Shearin is the only broke ass Internet pioneer who today has to slum along with penny stocks, while most web forerunners are on yachts in South France or ranches in Wyoming these days.
The others at AG are even less competent. Will Harris is a complete jackass whose 420 Reports provide as much information as the side of a Happy Meal box. Greg Patrick, AG's marketing guy is about as useless as having eyeballs on the bottom of your foot. Kent Steiner's digital presentation of ERBB is about as lame as his goatee. This bunch of scammers are pocketing plenty of cash from their ERBB sales and consist of the core group of "friendlies".
Marketing does cost money, but there's ways they could defer such costs if anyone had a brain over at AG. They could simply ask dispensaries for some help getting Zazzz off the ground. Ask for a month of grace to really push for customers to use Zazzz and if the concept is proven, then AG can start sharing the wealth. A rising tide lifts all boats, if the Zazzz does well, SO DOES THE DISPENSARY.
Ugh so frustrating that idiots like those mentioned above are in charge. AG could be more than just a share selling scam but not with current management!
A Few Takeaways from that Email
Thanks for the real world DD. Like my visit to Exhale, the purpose of that email exchange is to provide insight into ERBB that goes beyond multi-color, all caps, substanceless rants.
Unfortunately, like my Exhale channel check, that email confirms a lot of negative info about ERBB, as if that is somehow a surprise by now.
So once again, a PR from ERBB goes unfulfilled. That September 10 PR about how Something Chocolate was to be put in the Exhale Zazzz turned out to be total bullsh.t like every other unreliable PR from AG. As I confirmed and that email clearly reiterates, THERE ARE NO SOMETHING CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE FROM THE EXHALE ZAZZZ AS OF MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21.
The generating and populating of graphics and metadata is a very tedious undertaking especially for small companies like Something Chocolate. It's no joke, it's a total pain in the butt; generating hi-res images, compressing them, organizing them, beta testing......,this is another example of why the Mach II Zazzz with flatscreen is truly one of the most idiotic things AG has ever done. AG management has needlessly over complicated the Zazzz and replaced a simple but effective window with a complicated, laborious flatscreen that requires all sorts of data and make ps the machine incredibly delicate.
Total misunderstanding of the market and a complete violation of KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid). Shearin is a blithering idiot for upgrading Zazzz waaaaaay before proof of concept from the Mach I.
What's so sad is that a stones throw away from that POS Zazzz at Exhale (and I literally mean a stones throw that my 5 year old niece could hit) is a dispensary with 2 traditional vending machines that see tons of traffic. I have used their machines on numerous occasions. The shop is small and gets busy so the machines are perfect. Per a manager there, the machines can make "several thousand per day." Of course, I sent Stephen the contact info but that moron wouldn't know what to do with a bar of gold if it fell in his lap.
Pathetic! These idiots don't know their market, their products, or their asses from their elbows
ERBB Supporters Please Post American Green Product Reviews
I'd like to hear about people's experience using American Green products.
Please describe your experiences using the Zazzz machines....
Please describe your experiences using the GreenSticks....
Please describe your experiences using the Trunt Lighting arrays....
Please describe your experiences using the OG Tea formula.....
Please describe your experiences using the Jurassic Water System.....
I have described my experience using Zazzz. I have but once made a THC product purchase in at least 5 visits to Exhale, never again being compelled to buy the crap stuffed into the Mach II Zazzz when I can just get it from a budtender.
I have used the Zazzz vape pen but after 12 months the battery is kaput. Definitely don't have plans to buy one of those cheapo Chinese knock goods with a Zazzz logo slapped on it.
Other than that, I do really like the T-shirts. Soft, comfy, a little snug, makes me look like a juicer. I still wear it despite my disappointment in the company.
Outrageous Bullsh.t. No Something Chocolate in Exhale Zazzz
Yup, just stopped by yesterday and it's total nonsense. No Something Chocolate anywhere in the store.
Total farce and even when they stuff that crap in the machine along with the pre-requisite PR, they won't sell a damn thing. Lexi, a budtender at Exhale spelled Zazzz out plain and simple, "nobody uses it" and she didn't even know if it worked.
Affirmative Ghost Rider, The Patern is FULL
Like clockwork, near military precision. Good call vman.
ERBB is clearly a fraud. The contrary argument is akin to a conspiracy theory. Proving AG a fraud is a simple as reading just the past 12 months of PRs:
2 failed RFID acquisitions that are shrouded in mystery, 1-30 Zazzz machines that are unaccounted for, "revenues doubling" but not actually doubling, a failed $1.17m deal, a bogus $3.5m "sale" of OneBode that is about to be returned to AG without a fraction of that money, bogus partnerships with dozens of companies, unfulfilled grow ops and extraction facilities, lies about "wholly-owned subsidiaries" like OG Tea that are not actually AG's property.......Nothing, NOTHING is being sold by AG except a few T-shirts.
It's harder to prove there is a legitimate business in AG. I'd love to hear fact based discussion about AG's prospect but it seems I'm the only one here that can propose business initiatives. The other pro ERBB arguments involve all caps, colorful noise that are slogans, not visions of how to develop the business.
The Movement Has NOT Stalled in the Least
I'd love to have you chat with a friend who has a massive medical farm in NorCal. He's entertained multiple million $ offers for his setup but he has also been contacted by a major pharmaceutical group looking to get a piece. He's holding out for a $100m buyout.
There's a ton of money being made by real companies involved in the MJ industry. Several cottage businesses have sprung up and downtrodden urban areas have been revitalized from the expanding MJ industry. THC and CBD research is just gearing up to the level that could yield major advancements. And don't get me started about the industrial applications of hemp that could be a trillion dollar empire. Game on!
But ERBB is nowhere near the playing field. American Green are the scalpers outside the stadium selling fake tickets.
Yeah, See You Might Want to Listen Up
Let's get this straight, ERBB never really hit the false .21 high YOU see on YOUR charts. That was a fat finger trade that some idiot meant to buy at .0216 but forgot to add the 0 and paid .216 for a few dozen shares.
So you clearly weren't trading, watching or investing in ERBB when that crossed. I was. I made a huge take in the 6 digit realized profit. I've followed ERBB since 2011 when it was just changing from Tranzbyte/Amergence Group to Altitude Organics later to become American Green.
And let me guess, you don't live in Colorado, California, Washington state, or Oregon cause from where I live in CA, it sure looks like cannabis has prevailed. See for the past 10 years I've gone into a legit retail shop to buy MJ the same way you walk into a liquor store. I can buy flowers, edibles, drinkables, clones, seeds, concentrates. Even long time grower friends are blown away when they visit and see these shops. There are billboards for marijuana in CA. There are large ads in the LA Times for dispensaries. Weed is everywhere. I can grow 4 flowering plants at a time which if done properly is 2-4 pounds of weed.
We've won. The green revolution is already a teenager. And you're wrong again about 2 recreational states and 23 medical. There's 4 rec states and about 27 medi.
I Want ERBB to Succeed
First off, I have never and will never file formal complaints to the governing bodies. Surely I've had some informal conversations with a friend who works at FINRA but she would never tell me inside info, nor would I even care to hear it. The SEC, FINRA don't care about OTC slummers. People buying this trash, myself included, are well aware of the risks and shouldn't expect the alphabet boys to be their knights in shining armor. That's why I'm so diligent in calling out ERBB management, because nobody else will!
I don't care to discuss morals here since the markets have no place for that. However, while failure is NOT illegal, lying about business in formal press releases IS. On numerous occasions, AG has released statements claiming OG Tea is a "wholly-owned subsidiary" yet it appears the deal is not finalized. That is potentially and very likely fraud. "Letters of intent", "letter of agreement", even unfulfilled sale orders are totally legal tentative disclosures but the wording "wholly-owned subsidiary" means AG owns OG Tea outright, which is NOT true at the time it was said. That is false and misleading material terminology about a firm and executed business acquisition that did not happen.
Other potential legal breaches are Shearin's statements and PR regarding "revenues doubling." If the financials were audited and did not reflect Shearin's claims there could be some serious fraud charges. Clearly the financial statements released after these claims did NOT reflect the revenue increase so......
So yes, AG management is looking at possible fraud charges should someone care to poke further. Of course it's not worth the legal fees it would cost to dig up the dead bodies and good luck collecting any damages. At worst AG would be insolvent and fold up shop, leaving everyone else holding the bag which is pretty much the direction it's headed even without the legal woes.
Ultimately, I'd like to see ERBB succeed. I still hold plenty of shares leftover from a big pre-bubble buy and there are parts of the business that, if properly developed, could be incredibly valuable. Part of me is kicking myself for only selling 50% of the ERBB during the boom but I made plenty there so the other part of me holds the position like a lotto ticket.
I'd much rather see ERBB soar again and think I have a pretty good grasp on what it would take. I'm a big supporter of the MJ movement and can't wait until the day when legitimate cannabis entities are available for real public investments. Too bad ERBB is such a joke so at this point I don't care much other than to expose AG management for their deplorable performance. This "we hit a wall" crap, and "we have to pivot" bullish.t is just laughable. It's been face plant after face plant after face plant.
Time to get some new faces.
The MJ Sector Has Already Prevailed
The genie is already out of the bottle!!! I legally buy cannabis at a freaking store and have done so for nearly 10 years. To me, that says the MJ sector has won. It's ont getting bigger and better from here.
Just not for loser scam operations like ERBB. These guys know the MJ market about as well as an Afghan goat herder knows binary coding. ERBB and the other OTC MJ scams will be the Pets.com of the Internet bubble. Yes, the Internet survived and thrive the burst bubble but there is plenty of losers that were left in the dust. Th big difference being that many of the DotCom failures were not outright share selling scams like Amrican Green.
Bullsh.t, AG's Failures are NOT Result of Market
Good companies still do well in down markets.
Zazzz didn't fail because of the bad markets.
AG's PRs are not lies because of a bad market.
420 Report isn't stupid because the MJ marlets are bad.
Period.
You're Welcome. Brutal Honesty is My Forte
You're absolutely correct that AG is in desperate need of some marketing talent since Greg Patrick is either totally disengaged, thoroughly incompetent or just plain both.
I'd love to help AG with marketing but for one they couldn't afford me and also, I wouldn't want any of their dirty money. I wouldn't want to be yet another drain for ERBB share dilution. See if ERBB paid me in shares, I would immediately dump the shares asap just as Shearin, Harris, Plante, Kaser and the other AG cons do.
This is an unavoidable death spiral cause by inept executives. I'd love to step in and clean house; slash Jurassic Water, kill OG Tea, burn Truth Lighting, spit out TrackX, dump GreenSticks and cleanse ERBB of past lies, then focus on the one real proprietary AG sector, ZAZZZ!!! I'd repurpose all employees to develop a Zazzz sales team, similar to Xerox copier leasing companies. I'd constantly visit with full recreational and medical states in search of local, knowledgable MJ market players who would be will to rep Zazzz in their respective states. These reps would be experienced medical patients who can visit dispensaries to talk up Zazzz.
But who am I other than an anonymous shareholder telling the truth.
ERBB Management Doesn't Care but Shareholders Do
Oh I didn't forget that Shearin has no intention of developing a real business here. It's plainly obvious he only cares about creating enough bogus interest in ERBB to pay his fees and help "friendlies" dump their holdings.
But some of us still have vision for Zazzz and the real cannabis market. There are some very simple steps AG could take to help engage customers with Zazzz that I am putting out there to counter my negativity. I'm not like some politicians who base their whole platform upon deconstructing the competition. In addition to throwing barbs at AG's moronic management "team", I think it's equally as important to offer solutions and constructive ideas, as well as criticism. Offering only criticism is akin to mindless pumping a la "In Shearin We Trust" Kool-Aid intoxication, neither one-sided sentiment helps
SUNK COST FALLACY - Applies Heavily to ERBB
http://www.logicallyfallacious.com/index.php/logical-fallacies/174-sunk-cost-fallacy
This should be a must read concept for all market participants, especially ERBB investors. Don't go doubling down, throwing good money after bad. This is not a blackjack game where after so many bad hands, the likelihood of a good hand increases so a player should increase their wagers.
ERBB has a very likely chance of being washed out completely, by their own doing or by SEC intervention. This company is a scam that releases false information.
The latest PR on September 10 claiming Something Chocolate products are to be put in the Exhale Zazzz is a clear example. The products are not in the machine. Of course, ERBB has themselves covered because they can say there are some sort of production delays, or the vendor hasn't stock the goods for some reason, or whatever but the smart few of use know the truth is the PR was just a load of crap.
And even if it wasn't, who care about Something Chocolate? Its not like this is some brand people are clamoring to buy. Similar to GreenSticks, nobody even knows the product so good luck making it a household name in that piece of junk Zazzz machine.
AMERICAN GREEN (ERBB) PR'S ARE COMPLETE LIES
Confirmed:
As of Monday, September 21 there are no Something Chocolate products in the Exhale Zazzz machine, despite a PR on September 10 saying there would be by now.
There are graphic displays for GreenSticks CBD junk but I obviously did not buy any so I cannot confirm if the product was actually in the machine. Lexi, the adorable budtender, did confirm that "nobody uses it" in reference to the Zazzz machine. She also said she has never tried the GreenSticks and we both agreed that the products were kind of stupid. "Sexual enhancing" formula? Puhhhhlease! Shearin has to be a total idiot if he thinks that crap is going fly.
Lexi was also really sweet when I told her I was a shareholder in the company that made the Zazzz machine. She tried to change her tune to be more positive about the Zazzz but there just isn't anything good going on with it.
Here are free tip for American Green and the dingbat Greg Patrick, AG's "marketing" guy:
MARKET THE DAMN MACHINE!!!!!
Give people a free Kiva bar for setting up a login account on the Zazzz!
Get access to the dispensary email list and send promotional offers like $10 off the first 5 Zazzz purchases! I'm on several dispensary email chains, Exhale included and I get daily offers from local shops.
Do a Zazzz roulette week where free gifts are dispensed at random!!!
Do something other than release bullsh.t PRs about stocking Zazzz with crap goods that nobody wants!
Yeah Truth Sucks Too - Both Lighting and Reality
I have yet to do some DD on Truth Lighting but I'm sure that sucks too!
Regarding "truth" as in the concept of reality, that sucks too in relation to American Green. Shearin has lied so much and made such a fool of supportive shareholders who knows where the real truth lies.
Greensticks are complete garbage, dead end, no go products and anyone inside the MJ industry should know that, most of all the COO of a supposed publicly traded MJ company. OG Tea is impossible for AG to scale, as is Truth and Jurassic which is proven by AG's failure to execute a large Jurassic order. What the heck has become of all the partnerships with USE! and others in relation to grow facilities, extraction facilities or other PR'ed about plans? More lies?
Zazzz is a miserable failure. The only success found with Zazzz is that it shows the stupidity and fraudulent nature of AG executives. Seriously, a PR for the "Greensticks launch" which consisted of little more than putting the stupid product in the machine. What's next a PR for when they announce a letter of intent to formally consider the development of a potential partnership pending yet undisclosed details to finalize the hopeful acquisition.......?
A year and half ago, I told people ERBB was a risky investment but maybe worth the risk. This is coming off selling shares from 1000-10000% gains. After following ERBB and AG closely for the next year (In total, I've been following ERBB since 2011), I found ERBB to be less investment quality but still possibly tradable.
Today, I wouldn't even recommend ERBB for a quick trade because this pig is so cooked, it could get taken off the grill at any moment, as in the SEC could step in to halt ERBB (and most OTC MJ stocks at that).
I'm thinking my next step may be to visit Green Universe in Sonoma. Since via cold calls I can't get through to anyone with answers at the alleged AG brick and mortar hydro shop, maybe a bum rush would help. Sonoma and Napa are amazing this time of year. Its harvest time for grapes and ganja so maybe a NorCal trip is in order!
Here's the Gist of Blog/why ERBB Sucks
For some reason it was taken down from SA. I have re-submitted it so it should be up shortly. Here is the meat of the article, minus an editorial paragraph about some iHub business.
Exhale: Another Zazzz Fail from American Green (OTC: ERBB)
Oops I did it again. I did some real world due diligence on American Green (OTC: ERBB) and found out their flagship product, the Zazzz machine at Exhale Med Center in LA is a complete waste of time and space, drawing precisely zero revenue by selling crapware that nobody wants. Not like this should be a surprise to anyone who has followed AG over the past few months. Zazzz is only a small piece of the overall failure of AG to create value in ERBB. At this point, American Green is not only a proven failure but it would appear that the only thing the company sells is worthless ERBB shares to sunk cost “investors” or wild-eyed dreamers. Maybe its too early to use the dreaded “F” word but it certainly comes to mind these days when analyzing American Green and ERBB. Regardless, there is little reason to get involved with ERBB.
Lets start with the Exhale visit.
I popped in to grab some flower with the obvious intent to chat up the employees about Zazzz. The budtenders at Exhale mostly chill in a back room behind 2-way glass before entering the main room to assist a customer. There was already a young woman treating another customer so I wandered towards the Zazzz machine. To my delight, a beautiful young gal emerged from the back room and greeted me.
After a brief introduction, I chatted with the girl, Lexi about the Zazzz machine and she actually said “it doesn’t work, or at least I don’t think it works, nobody has ever used it.” Lexi asked the other gal who was equally as unsure about the functionality of the Zazzz and her co-worker shared the same sentiment. Lexi further remarked that there “wasn’t anything good in it anyway.” From there I asked about the Greensticks. She said they only sell them in the machine and she’s never tried them.
At that point, I stopped asking about the Zazzz because I wanted to get some real product in the form of cannabis flower. Exhale has a pretty solid selection of flower with reasonable price points. I got what I needed, thanked Lexi with a nice tip and told her I’d still wanted to click around on the flatscreen.
After swiping through the 3 menu pages I noticed there were no products from Something Chocolate. I don’t recall the date AG mentioned Something Chocolate was supposed to be “launched” in the Exhale Zazzz but I’m sure it has come and gone without anyone noticing. I did see several selections from the similarly unknown GreenSticks but clearly not a single one of this has been, or likely will ever be purchased any time soon. Aside from that nonsense, there are some Kiva bars, THC vape cartridges and some little low dose coffee bits that Lexi said were good for newer patients to help figure out tolerance levels.
The Greensticks are yet another example of how detached American Green management is from the real cannabis market. The GreenSticks “launch” which was apparently significant enough to warrant its own press release (http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=68288445). In reality, the “launch” amounts to nothing more than a over-hyped stuffing of the Zazzz machine with crap that nobody cares about., a la Greensticks. Nobody, and I mean literally nobody is going to buy $70 cartridges of snake oil CBD crap from American Green. They won’t buy it if it was $25. This is another complete dead end product.
There is no rational reason to support ERBB. The Zazzz initiative is a despicable failure to develop and market what could have been a great product. Instead of focusing on this aspect of business, the bumbling AG management has wasted valuable time and resources chasing buzzwords around the cannabis industry. There are no AG products. There is no confirmation of any of the recent acquisitions. The only thing management has been able to sell is a bunch of ERBB shares.
Instead of using social media to provide in depth insight into AG’s business, new hire Will Harris had provided sloppy unrelated fluff to distract those interested in ERBB. How about an interview with OG Tea founder Dustin Peebles? Considering it hasn’t been confirmed if AG ever acquired OG Tea despite numerous PRs calling OG Tea a “wholly owned subsidiary” of AG (http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=65753762), it would be great to get some clarity there. Or how about a video about TrackX, another alleged AG acquisition that seems to be sour? How about a video with Greg Honan, the CO AG partner who was twice in 12 months announced to be a “director” of sorts? Maybe you can ask Greg why his shop, Herbal Elements, the inaugural Zazzz Mach I location, does not have a Zazzz Mach II and why he left the original machine in storage after moving shop locations?
So many questions, so few answers and more likely……lies. The logical conclusion is that AG has become a share-selling outfit at this point, releasing quasi-legal forward looking statements in order to generate interest, therefore demand for ERBB shares. AG doesn’t have the revenue or capital to meet financial obligations. I’d like to hear Will Harris or Stephen Shearin explain the officer compensation at American Green. That would make for a great 420 Report! As evidenced by failure of the $1.17m Jurassic Water order or the misrepresented $3.5m OneBode “sale” (soon to be returned to AG) or the lies about revenues “doubling” (http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=64726154), none of these numbers have ever shown up on an earnings report.
Where I am from, this could constitute fraud. Making claims that OG Tea is a “wholly owned subsidiary” and contributing to AG’s bottom line when the truth is American Green has not completed the OG Tea deal….THAT IS FRAUD. So is the business with Proxima RF, another RFID company AG allegedly “acquired” but has gone completely missing after being “moved” to AG’s Arizona HQ. And how about those grow facilities in Urban Hills, Hemet and Vegas? I’d hate to have to make a trip to Sonoma County just to find out if American Green really acquired Green Universe, the brick and mortar hydro shop.
So yes, by now I will publicly disclose that I think American Green is a fraudulent company misusing the cannabis industry to sell shares of ERBB. Heck, that’s how the officers make their money! I welcome a hearty challenge to such a statement, mostly from American Green not from fervent (read ignorant) ERBB cheerleaders. It stinks to admit this but as a shareholders of this company, we deserve better than the crap management has put forth.
No Rush to Get ERBB Shares
Cause Shearin and the "friendlies" will be dumping for a long time. Plus with 3b new shares added recently, there is plenty of supply with almost zero demand for ERBB shares.
Yes Rat!!!! American Green/ERBB Epitomizes ANTI-MJ MOVEMENT
American Green is the worst thing that could happen to the great legalization of cannabis. As if it isn't bad enough to be fighting almost a century of institutional oppression of cannabis, now today as full-scale legalization looms a new group of shady MJ scumbags have entered the scene; publicly traded OTC stocks like ERBB pretending to be involved in the new legal cannabis markets.
Companies like AG and ERBB are preying upon OTC penny stock traders who think they are buying into a company that is involved in the exciting graying MJ markets. American Green has NOTHING to do with MJ but everything to do with crafting bogus PR to sell ERBB shares.
Bravo for calling out these "ANTI-MJ" scumbag OTC fakes like American Green/ERBB!!!
Hope Video of Latest Conference is Somewhat Interesting
Unlike the last video AG promised from the CONference with Cheryl Shuman in NYC, which actually never surfaced despite numerous promises and claims of being "edited". But now we got a real pro Will Harris who will no doubt weave something interesting from the footage teased a few days ago (scoffs....)
This company is a disaster. Approaching it purely as a trading vehicle is "okay" but the shady nature of American Green makes it incredibly likely ERBB could be halted, leaving traders holding the bag along with the "50,000" shareholders.
If you are interested in ERBB as an investment, move on, immediately. Don't even bother doing DD here because it is a joke. Not a single PR has yielded a legitimate product, acquisition or business enterprise. Revenues are non-existent, losses are massive, management are clueless, and the company is designed only to sell ERBB shares, not to generate legitimate business within the MJ industry.
New 420 Report from AG
This one seems important, a real game changer!
Oops, I Did It Again: Exhale Due Dilligence
Yup, I stopped by. I really like the shop. Lexi was as helpful as she is beautiful and the flower is top notch as always.
Unfortunately the Zazzz machine is far less interesting If you look "elsewhere" you'll find a more detailed write up of my visit. Let's just say it's not favorable and as I have deduced over the past few months, American Grenn/ERBB is a share selling scam (as if that's some groundbreaking news by now).
Or You Could Just Use Common Sense
I realize it's in short supply but common sense says the 50,000 shareholder number is totally bunk.
First of all, barely 4,000 people follow AG on Twitter and at least half of those are spammer accounts. The other chunk are accounts made up by AG or their social marketing "team."
Also, only 1800 people follow ERBB here which is waaaay off the 50,000 number.
AG's moronic YouTube postings receive only about 300 views with barely 10 likes.
The final straw is that the 50,000 number comes from the least reliable source on AG info possible:
COO Stephen Shearin
This is the same idiot who predicted 1000 Zazzz machines by December 2014, then upped the number to 1500 only to have merely one crap Zazzz in operation to date. This is the same idiot who released a PR about a $1.7m Jurassic Water order but then followed up that with an oops, it was only $1.17m finally ending with a cowardly admission on PotStockRadio that the deal never happened. $0
Oh but there's so much more bad info from COO Shearin.
And that's enough for me to laugh off that 50,000 number from Dipsh.t in Cheif Shearin
Harris is a Dingbat Meterologist
And clearly not a very good one, foregoing a paying job at the local Tucson, AZ affiliate for a job at AG, being paid in scammy ERBB shares instead. Now this would be interesting say if it were John Scully leaving PepsiCo to become CEO of Apple when the latter company was still unproven but with ERBB, the hires are all scammers.
And Harris is no exception. The guy reads copy with the grace of a stuttering drunk. His investigative ability is about as thorough as a high school newspaper. And his past experience peaks at the Budget Rental counter.
Does anyone seriously think Harris will have anything to offer AG? If yes, please check out the bridge in NYC I have for sale and get back to me with an offer.
How about Greg Patrick, AG's marketing "director". Exactly what has that loser produced to add value to ERBB??! In the year since that fool was trapsed out during that ridiculous failed live streaming shareholder meeting, what sort of product marketing has Patrick accomplished? None. Nil. Nada.
And then there's Kurt Steiner, head of AG's digital division. Boy is that guy a worthless share sucking loser! His Zazzz website is beyond pathetic. The AG corporate site is hogwash complete with outdated, irrelevant nonsense.
Kaser, Patrick, Steiner, Plante, Shearin......all a bunch of low grade scammers using ERBB to pick the pockets of the greater fools.
But but but In Shearin We Trust.......?
If Shearin said so, it must be true, kinda like the innerweb.
There's no credible way to support ERBB. The company is dead.
Media Monday: Expect a 420 Report Tomorrow
Don't expect much, but I'm sure there will be plenty of Shearin shining the turd in the form of a 420 Report and some bogus PR. WeatherBoyWonder Harris media dieection skills are about as savvy as Shearin's underwater video skills, yet another failed endeavor from Ckown in Chief.
And what's this WonderSoil business? No clarity on OG Teas. TrackX apparently floating in the wind........A MONTHLY shareholder update would be lovely as Shearin guaranteed on in the form of a newsletter, but there's been no shareholder newsletter since July.
This guy is a joke.
Here's the 2 keys to ERBB's success going forward:
1. Ditch Shearin....zero credibility. A laughable clown who has yet to have a nsigle successful moment and AG except cleaning the toilets when he first arrived. It's been downhill ever since!
2. Reverse Split.....sorry but the share count is absurd. 7.5b a/s!!!!!!! That's absurd and at the current pps the newly, sneaked out 3b shares will get burned up real quick meeting upcoming debenture obligations.
8 Months Later and Barely 1 Zazzz
So much for the $150,000/day projection!!!
AG barely makes $150,000 in an entire quarter!
Ouch just ouch!
