Patience man, this is not a get rich quick scheme here.... these guys are building a very solid foundation. All of this expansion will pay of HUGE in the future. Patience will be rewarded GREATLY. Set it and forget it.... come back a millionaire.
I want what you guys are smoking.....LOL
I'd venture to say that the truck you saw with MedMen on the side was not their truck but just an advertisement for them. I've seen the truck a few times and I think it's just an add on the side of a random box truck. I'm sure the truck they use to move the goods would be flying under the radar. Still great advertisement none the less. I wouldn't mind seeing TRTC advertise on the side of some trucks running around.
TRTC most undervalued stock in the industry.... period. All the shorts trying to talk the stock down is rather entertaining in the short term (take advantage of these low prices). I guarantee it won't be this low in March of next year. You will regret not loading up at these levels.
uggg, I almost bought Cron at $4.50 but held off. I have a little MedMen but I'm hoping TRTC will be my golden ticket.
I had never heard of Citron so I went to their twitter and was surprised to see many big name stock analysts following them.
Lots of folks invested in CVSI are getting nervous and will soon be jumping ship to TRTC. Much more upside potential with TRTC over the long term.
Isn't Charletts Web strictly made from CBD isolate? If so, Plus CBD is the better product
You can't be serious. You will be lucky if it doesn't drop more tomorrow. This thing rose way too fast, still come correcting to do. Feels like only yesterday we were at .50
Well deserved correction. This stock should be about $2.25 right now IMO. It got way ahead of itself and needed to come back to earth.
The minute TRTC stops the massive expansion, they will be super profitable. I see much more upside with TRTC than CVSI over the long term.
For now, I'm super excited about all the expansion and I say keep it up until the tax laws change in their favor.
Yup, this company is an absolute steal at these prices! I can't get enough of it.
truth
Exactly this!
I loaded up some cheapies today. This thing is so tightly wound, it could shoot up at any time! Just imagine how much the price will go up when either the tax laws are changed to allow these companies in legal states to take write off's, or it is moved off of schedule 1 or even off of the drug schedule. The sky's the limit. It's not IF but WHEN this stock will start it's moonshoot. Don't get caught on the sidelines.... you've had fair warning. GL Longs
Yup, they really need to fix that excise tax issue that fuels the black market. Hopefully DP can talk to the NJ legislators so they don't make the same mistake over there.
IndustryParticipant says: (as current share price is about the level when they had nothing lol...)
I couldn't agree more!! Divide todays share price by 15 (to get pre reverse split price) and you will see what he means. Today's prices are insanely cheap!
WEHO will be huge if we can land that. Medmen who currently operates there always has a line out the door.
Nice! I pulled my profits from CVSI and bought more TRTC. CVSI short term will be fun to watch with the Nasdaq listing coming and all but I see much more upside with TRTC but you have to be patient.... buy now and hold at least a year or more.
One day the layman will realize that CBD works 10x better when paired with THC (even TCHa if you don't want the head change). I foresee companies making CBD from hemp (CVSI and Charlottes Web) having problems with sales dropping in the future when the public learns more and becomes more comfortable with getting a product with a little THC in it for dramatically increased medical benefits.
Here is a GREAT article where DR. DUSTIN SULAK explains how the THC is required to see the expected benefits from the CBD. Dr. Sulak is what I would consider one of the top legit cannabis Dr's in the US.... Not to take away from Dr Allan Frankel who also appears to know quite alot about this specialty medicine, but Sulak just seems a step above the rest.
Here's the aritcle:

I'd love to see Terra Tech offer some CBD/THCA tinctures similar to what Papa's and Barkley has. Also a 20 to 1 or greater CBD to THC tincture. There is huge demand at the local dispensaries for CBD products and not alot to choose from for people trying to treat legitimate medical conditions. TRTC could help fill the void and do it organically at that!
Long and Strong TRTC
Yup, Cultivation will be HUGE. Cutting out the middleman. Growing our own product, processing, and selling in our dispensaries. Seed To Sale! Add to that, I believe most of our product will be grown organically correct? That will be HUGE. Organic produce is in HIGH demand and I believe organic Cannabis will be as well.
Can these guys figure out what the hell they want this business to be about already!!!!! Vending Machines, Tourist destination, movie shoots, gas and oil exploration.... and now something else! This is the biggest scam company I have ever purchased.
Delta International Oil & Gas is now CannAwake Corporation (CANX)
PHOENIX, AZ (August 10, 2018) – American Green, Inc. (ERBB:OTC) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Delta International Oil & Gas Inc (DLTZ:OTC:QB), has changed its name to CannAwake Corporation with the new stock symbol (CANX). The new name and trading symbol was formally announced on August 8, 2018, according to FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
Scott Stoegbauer, CannAwake’s president, stated, “Our new name and trading symbol was announced on August 8th and became effective as of the opening of trading on August 9th. The name change is a public reflection of our organization’s shift away from Oil and Gas exploration/development toward Real Estate development with a strong focus on green and sustainable projects. One of the positive aspects of rebuilding Nipton has been the continuing positive input we have received from the County officials of San Bernardino.“
Following last year’s successful purchase and the always-ongoing rejuvenation of 100-year-old Nipton, CA (www.nipton.com), CannAwake Corporation continues to keep its corporate “eye” on other small towns with the intention to preserve their charm and history while evaluating their potential to infuse growth and revenue opportunities.for the town and for American Green. Every week, we are attracting, new very interested, potential partners through our ongoing endeavors. There is an outstanding team of professionals living on the property and dedicated to the success of this exciting and worthwhile endeavor.
TRTC is an absolute steal at these prices. I can't help myself... Lol. I've been backing up the truck as of late. Once either schedule 1 is lifted, or tax laws and banking laws for cannabis businesses change, this thing is going to be a rocket! TRTC is growing enormously ala Amazon style and will be a behemoth when mj is no longer scheduled. TRTC is the best deal in the industry right now.
I would like to see them get involved in the CBD and salve side of things. I guess for now, my family will have to stick to the Papa's and Barkley CBD tinctures and salves as they seem to be xlnt quality.
Taxes are outrageous in CA so I'm not surprised. With local and state excise taxes I think your looking at 25%
No offense but your 100% wrong
I heard RS didn't get enough votes which means Nasdaq uplisting is delayed.
Hi maclorjoe! I dont have too much info to give you on MedMen at this time. I do have a small position with an initial investment of $1k. That's all I have put into this one as I haven't had much time to dig into it deeply.
I have been to their Santa Ana location about 3 times and was always impressed with the facility, their employees and they way my friend and I were treated. Talking with another customer at the Santa Ana location.... he told me that the West Hollywood location always has a line around the outside of the store.... mind you they are only allowed to sell medicinally in WEHO right now (I think) although recreationally is supposed to be allowed soon in WEHO. In small talk with a store employee at Santa Ana, he told me that Med Men was getting ready to move into FL. (also just medicinal for now).
I am still VERY confident in TRTC and especially at these levels.... in fact, I just picked up some more last Friday. They have soo much working right now it's crazy. They are doing lots of expansion and re-investment which is VERY SMART considering the current tax situation these businesses face. It is much smarter to re-invest the profits (so you don't show much profits) until the tax situation changes (getting all the write offs of ever other type of legal business). FYI, TRTC has an application for license in for WEHO although the odds of getting it is approx 1 in 10 due to the amount that will be handed out and the amount of applicants. That said, due to all the shops they are currently running, I think they have a good shot at it.
CVSI is also closely on my radar. I had some before but sold it with a 200% profit. I'm waiting to see whats going to happen with the reverse split and all. If it has a big drop, I may buy back in.
HOLY COW! Sounds like the VV's stole a ton of moneys worth of services/deals from Terra Tech! Them losing their company to TRTC would be the least of their concerns at this point. I'd imagine they will be needing to pay a ton of money to Terra tech after all is said and done.
Wow, I looked at this in the morning and it was up pretty good. I just logged in to see how it closed and it's down pretty big. I've been thinking it's quite a bit overbought right now. I wouldn't be surprised to see it go down some more. There will be some uncertainty leading up to the reverse split announcement in early August.
What happens if the RS wasn't approved by investors? They cannot uplist at this time... the stock could drop hard. The majority on this board anyways seemed to be voting against the RS.
What happens if the RS is approved and happens and gets uplisted to Nasdaq. Now the sharks might be shorting it. Ive seen stocks drop pretty hard initially after being listed on the Naz.. so they don't always go up just because they made it to the Nazz.
Long term will most likely be up for this stock but the short term (next few months) could be very volatile. I'll be sitting this one out until I see how the RS vote shakes out and go from there.
I'm really liking the progress I'm seeing with these guys. I'm surprised this stock still seems to be off the radar. Medmen is getting ready to move into the Florida market
What happens when people realize CBD doesn't do much without THC along for the ride. They work in tandem.
"It’s called the Entourage Effect. Scientists aren’t really sure why it works, but there is mounting evidence cannabis compounds – there’s something like 500 different chemical compounds in the plant -- work best when they act synergistically. In other words, you can’t just take CBD out of marijuana and make a medicine. You need the whole plant. You need THC. And that is political kryptonite in a state like Virginia."
"SULAK: The media headlines that describe THC as the recreational part of the plant and CBD as the medical part of the plant really have it all wrong. THC is a primary therapeutic component of cannabis and that’s not going to change. THC should be included in these laws. They should be crafted to make sure a medical provider is doing a good job supervising the patient’s use and making sure they’re using it appropriately for their benefit. And in that scenario THC is safer than any prescription drug because there’s no toxic side effects and there is no lethal overdose.
Bottom line, he says, you can’t divorce THC, with all its derivatives and stoner baggage, from medical marijuana. CBD alone is not enough."
For those who don't know, Dr. Sulak has helped over 16k patients in his 3 clinics and is considered an expert in Cannabis medicine.

MedMen’s New Board Member Brings Decades of Experience From Pfizer, Richemont

When does the announcement come about whether the reverse split was approved or not?
to my knowledge they don't. I wish they did as they grow premium organic crops. I have tweeted them in the past to try and get them interested....lol
California Bans Hemp-Derived CBD Oil. Is this for real?
https://cannabisnow.com/california-bans-hemp-derived-cbd-oil/
This is why it is important for BLUM to start making deliveries!!!
Among the key changes, the draft rules:
Allow marijuana products to be delivered into any jurisdiction in California, a move that will expand the market for delivery companies and allow MJ businesses to serve more consumers.
Delivery win
The biggest change, according to Mikalonis and Khoja, was an explicit clarification from the Bureau that allows cannabis delivery into any jurisdiction in California.
“That’s a big win,” Mikalonis said.
More than 400 municipalities or counties had banned medical or recreational cannabis companies or both, according to the industry website CannaRegs, essentially forcing consumers from those areas to drive to a region in California that allows for marijuana commerce.
The step will dramatically expand the marketplace and access to consumers for delivery companies, Khoja said.
“It’s also going to do wonders for … businesses that need more of an entry point into the industry,” Khoja said. “They don’t need to have the kind of bankroll you need to have for several cultivation licenses. You can get your foot in the door through these delivery-only retail licenses.”

****disregard the new packaging law!*** It looks like CA just rescinded that!!! I bet the dispensaries and growers are pissed! Many dispensaries just ran 90% off sales leading up to the new packaging requirements..... many growers just invested in child proof packaging.... now the state says never mind that.... as long as you leave the dispensary with the product in a child proof bag. See below:
Packaging change
Another big course correction was on child-resistant packaging.
The BCC’s new rules state that exit packaging – the bags of products that consumers leave the store with – must be child-resistant, resealable and opaque, a switch from a previous requirement that all products be in their own child-resistant package, Mikalonis said.
It’s another pivot that will be required of the industry, because many companies have already invested tens of thousands of dollars into child-resistant packaging for edibles, concentrates and other types of products.
“This would go and undo that,” Mikalonis said. “So for some folks who work on packaging or for some companies that spent heavily on their packaging, they may experience a bit of whiplash from how fast the proposed regs changed again.”

with the new CA packaging laws that just went into affect.... You can't really see/smell what you are buying prior to buying. I know a ton of people that buy online without seeing the product. From what I have seen, many people new to the herb feel more comfortable getting it delivered than going to a dispensary.
very true.... a bud tender told me MedMen was going to open in FL soon. That was the first I had heard of it.
Cannabis stock analysts agree that most Canadian pot stocks are overvalued compared to the US companies. CRON sounds like one of them. They got a boost when Medmen partnered with them and their stock has held up quite well since that announcement.
