We Need something lol, I get tired of being a cheerleader for this dog...
I'll be pissed if they don't open up 2 more stores by the end of June
I Agree with you, that's why they need the Vape Store model, you can't get sued selling other manufacturers products... Let the burden fall on the manufacturers (sigelei, innokin, etc.) and just license vpco patents to them.
It will be more than half of their revs by Q3
they are patent trolls, they don't make anything. if we stop selling products then they wont make any money.
i guess the Imperial suit is technically worse, but that will be tied up for ages and the entire industry is involved.
The Imperial Tobacco patents?
I don't think they are under litigation for their own patents
We just need NJoy to go public or get sold...

Good news, private companies getting bought one by one. Vapor Corps patents are only going to increase company value. I think the lock patents will be especially valuable with the Mjna market.
definitely will be a nearterm pump and dump
i was just in a madvapes, 6 people on a friday afternoon dropping money at register. very reassuring.
anyone see 22nd Century market cap? thats a house of cards...
read the proxy, i hate holman. don't see how he deserves $20k bonus. he better dump that right back into the stock. thats the name of the game i guess.
if they don't get their october bonus, that will be some sort of silver lining
It's a bottom, not sure if it's The bottom
Another day, another dawn.
We Bent but did not break .40
reluctantly long...
Mj is hard because it's cash only, Florida is on the verge of being an mj state. Vaporin already distributes in CO through terra tech
Even getting franchise paperwork done and posting publicly would help
Uptick in revs and store openings are the only way to reverse course
Ya they are in trouble for trying to save gunpowder using pro forma, would be so much better if they bought IVG. I hope they have enough cash to keep opening stores...
Waiting on the world to change... this thing will go atleast back to a buck if the execute on the 2015 plan, could reach a manic state in 2016 if you have the will to hang on. I just try to remember the average lifetime return in the stock market is 9% a year. Good thing I have kept buying low.
This industry keeps doubling, Vector Group said in their last press release that convenience stores have dipped, but they aren't going to invest in the Vape shop channel. Someone like them could buy in, we just have to prove ourselves as a decent operator and hang on to NASDAQ listing. We are positioned well, change doesn't happen overnight, the Vaporin guys care and have a clue. I can't say the same for the Old Guard.
Insider buying releases would be beautiful in the next couple weeks. I think this trading quarter we will hit our bottom (although I don't know what that is). If they can hit the numbers for the Vape Store guidance we will start the uptrend.
Hopefully they convert Emagine stores to The Vape Stores, I don't see a lot of hope in the kiosk model that just sells clone eGo's. We need stores in high end REIT locations to rapidly expand.
Vaporin lit it up fourth quarter last year look at the revenues

Was there an attachment on that 8k?
Looks like the initial beating is done
It will be interesting to see insider buying, I know young Brauser will buy in. That's the benefit of shrinking to such a small market cap I guess.
Other franchises are privately owned and you can't get a piece of the online action, I don't see why anyone would open a Vaporfi franchise and funnel online sales to them...
That does not factor in the tailwind from Franchises that would drive Cost of Goods Sold down. Franchisees would probably run stores better and would buy up more stock to get a piece of the online action. Heck we could be profitable by Q2 next year.
We just have to survive this headwind and stay on the Nasdaq.
If you look at the Vape Store model in that one presentation, they should be profitable Q3 or Q4 of 2016 off the Vape store chain alone (that would blow out revenue records set in 2013 as well). Sorry that date is so far away, that doesn't include online sales that could absolutely snowball. It all comes down to execution.
I agree with the Colorado, that would inject some excitement. I get frustrated when I realize that I own a chain of Vape shops in just Florida, that's not sexy...
Good luck to you, vpco is pretty much abandoning the retail distribution space. I think retail distribution is going to get tougher. Big Tobacco has the means to automate the cigalike market and they will. Reynolds Vuse is already produced entirely on machines and I think Blu is moving on that direction or has already.
Those are going to get so cheap that Ecig won't be able to compete. I think they have one vape shop, definitely a different model than vpco is pursuing. I believe ecig is English based?
Good thing we have 15,000,000 in goodwill on the balance sheet :)
15.37 mil
well that was religious
My point is that I think this will play out over a longer period of time, it's not a get rich quick scheme. I don't rate management all that highly. I didn't expect a blowout quarter, but it's silly to think the stock was going to explode this week after the earnings release. I expect this company will be profitable in 2016.
Vaporin hit their numbers, the retail shops will keep opening and online sales will increase as a result.
You are compounding your losses with Wash Sales.

Look at that. There is obviously money to be made. We are just at the cutting edge, it will be painful but can reverse course as fast as we went down.
My mentality could cost me, but I have no official losses, nor do I have any wash sales like you. If you look at our chart, anyone who goes all in chasing the bottom is a fool. There are plenty of people who trade this stock and make money, you just need to reevaluate your temperament and decide if you think you believe in this company.
I'm just saying the more money you lose officially, the more likely you are going to lose trying to make it up.
I've been steadily pumping money in, I believe in the company long term. It's fortunes will turn, I'm willing to wait up to another year. You are acting like its a roulette wheel. This segment of the market is eventually going to be valued on a value per store basis.
you need help dude

That was a big money hemorrhage this quarter, that online sector needs to pick up some traction. I do believe that could grow to a few million within a year...

altria is philip morris, they changed their name to get away from the smoking stigma and diversify away from Tobacco. They own a large share of Miller Beer, wine, and real estate i believe.
its not really going to happen unless vapor corp had amazing patents. Vapor Corp will not be likely to be bought by Big Tobacco until they prove out their business model. Years away...
