I confirmed today that Wine Plant of Eraskh does not exist. A medical team I sponsor went through the village. There is no distillery there. Total MRIB lie. The money paid to Wine Plant of Eraskh goes to Margrit and or her friends. The money is paid to them and then the positive balance after hiring some Yerevan bottler to create $2 bottles wired back to Glendale, CA tax free. Margrit pockets the balance. Money laundering... RICO. Margrit is going to jail. I submitted all of this information to the FBI. It shows more than $600k IN ILLEGAL NON-TAXED profits.
Chewy, do you really expect MRIB or Margrit to tell us "what happened" to the MRIB foreign contracts? You must be forgetting about India, France, Monaco, Thailand, etc. We never found out what happened to those contracts either. It's been seven years.
The fact is that just like in 2008, the contracts never existed. The only difference this time was that MRIB fabricated some hokey FINRA document to try and sell the same scam twice. There is no distributor of spirits in Curitoba Brazil. So who was the "joint venture" with? They never said. Good reason too. There was no partner just like there is no Wine Plant of Eraskh. Just a convenient way of laundering money for Margrit and friends. Same as Zodiac and all the shell scams companies they've been paying.
And here's a new tidbit... Of all the companies operating out of the former MRIB location in Tustin, Eco Investments, Large Investment Group, National Capital, Zodiac Brands, NovaNet Media Rising India, et. al., only one remains active and current. Large Investment Group, President Ken Owen. The same guy who wrote $300K in bad checks to the post office sending out junk mail promoting and selling stock. Last time I heard, Owen was in a federal jail cell. Not sure when he got out but he's obviously back to work and it looks like the only workable asset left is MRIB.
What I'm trying to figure out is if someone at MRIB is trying to keep this alive or if there are some lone wolf shareholders trying to do it, or perhaps a stock promoter or the "Investor Relations" person whose name escapes me right now. Recent promotional claims are highly suspicious. Addition of Costco locations where stock cannot be confirmed and the news gets on the internet almost immediately but MRIB says nothing. An event this weekend that hit the internet minutes after an account at GoMeet is created with the only association to Marani being a personal comment. The official event page makes no mention of MRIB. Then there's the job listings. This is highly questionable because it was also done a year ago. Someone obviously cut and pasted the same insertion 9 times. Not much work went into it either. And does anyone really think you can get someone to work for commission only at 10% selling individual cases of vodka for maybe an $8 payout at a time?
Bottom line is this recent activity is more of the same. Cheap and/or free promotion in an attempt to show signs of life. Tidbits of information that virtually anyone could fabricate in a matter of minutes with a computer and internet access. The employment ads are even more intriguing as we were all bombarded with advertising from the website where they were published. I'd really also like to know how any source for MRIB recent information could get it when the company is totally silent. It's all a little MRIB fishy. That last video btw had Doran Ramos' fingerprints all over it. Maybe he's the one operating MRIB or perhaps trying to salvage something out of what's becoming worthless stock received for services. All in all there seems to be little substance to these recent efforts, either by MRIB directly or indirectly, or an individual(s) attempting to pump artificial life into what is a very, very dead shell of a company.
Yet another MRIB "event" brought to our attention AFTER it supposedly happened. It's very evident that MRIB doesn't want anyone to check these supposed events out otherwise they'd announce them. It's shameless. When is the next MRIB event? Some shareholders might like to check it out or see if it's all BS.
We've been hearing this story of things happening at MRIB for some time now. What is it? Almost a year of rapid unrecoverable decline to the current stagnant low of $.0003. And we have all been watching where the PPS goes. It's only been one direction, downward, and now MRIB barely trades, regardless of no sellers, as there are so few buyers at any price. The word is definitely out on MRIB.
We've also heard tales of Southeast retail stores yet no one seems to know where and MRIB has not released any information yet they updated their web site with A-1 Liquor just the other day. So it's relatively easy to assume any retailer they get goes on the list ASAP and with none in the Southeast it pretty much confirms that Southeast sales are simply wishful thinking.
And on the topic of Southeast market, it would have little to no impact. As MRIB is limited to only Georgia and Florida (two of the most restrictive states on liquor sales) the potential market is miniscule. The Southeast is a small market to begin with. High per capita sales but small overall sales. Only Jacksonville makes the top twenty nationally ion population. Miami and Atlanta barely make the top fifty. But more importantly I'd love to hear someone explain how MRIB would be able to sell in any market given their incredible failure in California? Switching focus to a new region doesn't change the game. It's not like they were trying to sell snow tires in Tampa and refocused on Minnesota. What is different about the Southeast? What is MRIB going to do differently? What have they done in the past two years there?
Bottom line, with no money, credit, offices, employees, sales force, marketing, advertising or competent mangement, any effort outside of California will be even more anemic. My assumption would be that the talk of Southeast sales from wherever it's coming is simply a distraction to give the appearance of change that somehow represents hope for a reversal of fortune for MRIB. It should be looked at logically as Einstein once said. Insanity is doing the same thing twice and expecting a different result. Fact remains that with each passing day and no results the reality that MRIB has in fact shut down is slowly settling in. The move from current PPS levels of $.0003 to zero should be far more rapid than the decline over the past eight months as more and more people realize MRIB was a scam. I'd bet MRIB is finished off no later than December as folks finally give up and take their tax loss. No reason to sell now.
If I were you I wouldn't put too much faith in that list of Costco stores. You might want to give a few locations a call. I have. I think you'll find that only six or so of those on the list are actually carrying Marani Vodka with most of it redistributed to Burbank. It's not unlike MRIB to publish false information and exaggeration you know. Let's not forget a year ago that MRIB stated that they had over 100 new sales reps coming on line, Brazil shipment was "on the way" and national television advertising would be starting... oh, and shareholders would be pleasantly surprised with the financials.
As to A-1 liquor? That one I believe. Just another seedy small Armenian corner liquor store in downtown Glendale. Some friend of Margrit's no doubt.
And if anyone is interested, I've heard Margrit has set up a new office for MRIB and would love to have shareholders visit! 2629 Foothill Blvd., La Crescenta, CA. I actually know the location. It's a UPS Store between a Starbucks and a pizza joint. Little Ceasar's I think. MRIB is one of a couple hundred mailboxes there. Hey, $30-40 every six months for rent? Margrit is cutting costs!
Meanwhile, it looks like MRIB has settled into a new level of $.0003. The move to $.0001 should probably be more rapid now. Most signs of hope are now gone and lack of fins, news of communication from MRIB are pretty good confirmation of no activity. How long does it take OTC to assign the skull and cross bones symbol after the STOP sign? LOL.
Spec. It's just a joke. All tongue in cheek MRIB discussion. The thought that reducing MRIB's web hosting services cost could have any impact on the situation is comical. Just being facetious. It's like discussing what type of flowers should have been in the bottles of Marani at their last hip hop event as it would have any significant impact.
The fact is that MRIB has been reduced to people thinking $39 a month matters for Margrit and MRIB. That's sad. Not that she couldn't use the $39 but after $30 million plus in, eight years and no sales does it really matter? Just simple minds at work not seeing the big picture and thinking a band aid on a sucking open chest wound could have some sort of effect.
What would be impactful would be a MRIB shareholder willing to put up some accounting services so MRIB could get their financials done. That is if they are not suppressing them. It's obvious that Margrit doesn't know the difference between a credit and a debit so with no one else at MRIB they're never going to get done.
Well $80 for five websites would be great for MRIB. They could consolidate all of their other front companies, Wine Plant of Eraskh, NovaNet, Eco Investments and Zodiac Brands. That's six actually. What's the price for six?
Interesting scenario... MRIB could cut their hosting costs and then leverage those savings into new marketing and advertising. I know I pay $80 a month. If MRIB could reduce by that margin they would have an extra $40 a month for operations. Margrit shouldn't ignore such a strategic opportunity. The percentages speak for themselves. Given the $2000 a month net sales run rate last reported this cost savings would amount to a full 2% on the bottom line. Imagine the improvements and upgrades MRIB could apply to their events given an extra $40 a month. It's a no brainier. Get er' done!
I'd make sure you get paid up front! LOL! Margrit would probably try and pay in vodka. Collect shipping of course.
MRIB needs a new web page? For what purpose?
MRIB is officially out of business. Invest in this company and you're investing in a total loser. No sales in 2015.
As good as expected? According to whom and based on what facts/data? The expectations with regard to all of 2015 are as negative as could possibly be. Based on available data and inventories of existing Marani retailers where available, MRIB has sold through almost nothing in all of 2015 and has not added any new retailers. How could anyone be expecting good results next month?
The fact is the results for MRIB are abysmal for 2015 and will continue to be so as time passes since the October 2014 shut down. There's nothing going on at MRIB, at least related to vodka sales. Nothing shipped, nothing sold. No advertising or marketing. And who's selling Marani? Mario let go of all of what was left of their rag tag sales team months ago. Is Marani going to somehow start magically jumping off shelves? Sorry, the lipstick is off the pig and the writing is on the wall. All we need is to see the actual financials from MRIB to confirm its over. Good reason we haven't seen them and probably never will.
I agree. Take that MRIB logic of no report means there must be sales to a court of law... Where were you the night of October 3rd? I'm not telling you. Must not have been at the scene of the crime, right? GUILTY!
It's very different. Falsely claiming revenues that may not exist has entirely different intentions and effect as compared to asking for proof of sales and assuming there are none until such proof is provided.
Time? It's been 14 years. How much time does Margrit need? Margrit only needs time to finish disposing of whatever MRIB stock is left. And IIRC, you said sales for Q4 2014 would be good. They were abysmal. Then it was Q1. Without financials we can only estimate from inventory at retailers but sales apiece even worse. I'd estimate sales are pretty much zero at this point in time. Bottom line is it's alway "next quarter" with MRIB. Good things soon that never come. Just dead silence from Margrit and MRIB.
No. Doubt we ever will either. Regardless, saying there are sales as long as there are no published financials is just nonsense and specious. Claims have been made of sales. Exuberant claims claiming such as fact. Yet when a source or proof is asked for the claimant goes silent.
The only warehouse with Marani on hand is Pacific Wines in Irwindale where three full unneeded containers sit collecting dust. But I'm sure all the product was paid for in full. Yes, no doubt the Wine Plant of Eraskh, whose only client appears to be MRIB, was paid handsomely and up front. Over 5000 cases ordered for that "increased demand". Problem is MRIB only needed to order about 2% of that. Now, you have to ask why would MRIB over order like that? It's not new either. Margrit ordered 4000 cases back in 2010 long after MRIB has shut down in the fall of 2009 and ceased operations for the next four years. Very odd practice, this stockpiling of product.
So I would assume Southeast sales are also a guess? Funny how you lay claim to these sales but MRIB doesn't acknowledge them...
Ok, Florida then. There are no pallets there. MRIB has no pallets being shipped or that have shipped in many months. All talk of MRIB sales and shipments to the Southeast are simply MRIB generated fabrications. The false claims are made and when asked for support of the claim the source always has none.
Southeast will open soon? We were told it was a done deal and there were pallets of product in South Carolina. That was obviously a lie. MRIB is a criminal enterprise. They have been stealing the public's money for more than seven years using deceptive PRs and a traditional pump and dump scam.
The company shut down ten months ago. Just like it did in 2009 and went silent for almost five years. As for Brazil? There was never any deal there. Just a convenient story that could not be traced or confirmed. Just like India in 2009. Not a single bottle shipped. Taxes? Look it up. 27% or thereabouts. I made that point a year ago and asked how MRIB could make money. The longs said I was wrong. Now they say the taxes are 100%+. There's always a convenient excuse for MRIB from the insiders and longs. It's a money laundering pump and dump scam. And I have news... Coming soon. And mine will be soon and it won't be good.
I didn't see any web site referenced with regards to taxes in Brazil. Regardless, it's so interesting that when I brought up the fact that taxes were 27% all the longs said that was wrong and I was way high. Now the same people say the rate is 114%. So sad. Flip flop like a fish out of water. It's obvious who the MRIB insiders are.
I'll take all you have at $.05. Give it to me.
One of the only honest pennies I've found. These guys are really trying.
Things are happening here...
Perhaps not but this board will hopefully help those who see it not get caught up in the MRIB scam. And Dan was doing his job but had absolutely no resources and no support. All resources were put into selling stock, not product. And Ani was just a waste of space. No skills and no contribution whatsoever. A CFO who didn't even have any background in corporate finance or accounting? Please.
Again, more excuses for MRIB and Margrit. She's the problem not anyone else. She tanked the company in 2009 and she did it again in 2014 running the exact same scam down to the very last detail. And now, just like 2009 MRIB is out of business and shut down.
And while on can hope for the best for MRIB, making up stories and fabricating events is deceptive and dishonest. It's gone way beyond just making up potential speculative excuses to downright false claims like sales and activity where ther is none. There are no sales in the Southeast. There are barely any sales in California. It's gotten to the point that not a single word communicated by Margrit and MRIB through their minions is credible. 99% of what comes out of MRIB is a lie and the other 1% is exaggeration of half truths.
Such nonsense. The tax is not 100%. Whoever said that has no idea what they are talking about. The tax on liquor is 10-15% plus a state tax which is collected upon sale of up to 17%. These fabricated stories making excuses for MRIB are getting old. There is no deal for MRIB in Brazil and there never was and there's no product sitting on the dock. Margrit concocted the whole Brazil thing just as she did the India deal back in 2008. All of it was just part of the same scam to sell stock based on fraud. The claims in 2009 were proven to be an outright fraud and so will the current claims. Margrit really should be in a jail cell. What she has done is plain and simple, illegal.
The talk about government red tape in Brazil is nonsense. It's not that difficult. Margrit is just making excuses for a deal that never was. Bottom line is there is no market there for vodka anywhere near what Margrit and MRIB proposed. Read the Brazil regulations. Everything MRIB did for import into the US is all they really need to provide for Brazil. That's why she won't divulge what the "red tape" issue is. It would easily be disproven and the deal exposed as a fraud.
I read the book as well as all of his papers. Your convenient picking and choosing of a point in time to begin calculating OBV defies all of his theories. It also has no controls as his theories applied. You're using specious math and an inapplicable theory designed for high volume massively traded stocks. It's also proved ot as there has been no accumulation or rising field trend. If anything, since early February all has proved out true that there is no market for the stock. MRIB went out of business in October and not a single piece of evidence proves otherwise. MRIB was a scam, not a stock or a company. Granville theories were not designed for scam analysis.
OBV for MRIB is -332,000,000 since the beginning of the year. That would tell us that MRIB is pretty much out of business.
Winner, it's obvious that MRIB went out of business in October. Margrit has gone into hiding for many months. We obviously have zero cost sellers dumping stock. Who sells millions of shares of MRIB at all time lows? Margrit doesn't care. She got her money. she pulled it off and now just has to wait out the limitation statutes hoping no one will sue her for comments made about dilution which were textbook fraud and more than provable. We know that Wine Plant of Eraskh doesn't exist so there's another fraud. Where did the million dollars paid to them go? Emerald Castle vodka? How come Marani had another brand they never told a single investor about? Same vodka. Same lab test and label app with a different name kept secret from investors while the pushed Phucket Beer, Three Graces wine, etc. They had product on the shelf and kept it secret? Why? because the sales go to a company outside of the MEI transaction. The money goes directly to Margrit and a third party which MRIB shareholders never see.
She's not doing herself any favors by telling MRIB shareholders things in phone calls to her that like most all of her PR never materializes, that's for sure.
She's a pathological liar. A sociopath. She's a Iraqi conman running a public company scam like a Persian bazaar. A gypsy through and through. It's genetic. MRIB has been dark and defunct since October 2014.
At this point I don't think she gives a shit. From what I've heard that's how she deals with people. She thinks calling herself CEO and Chairman somehow legitimizes her grotesque existence and covers the fact that she's a common street criminal.
Looks like MRIB trading is pretty much stopped. Nobody left to buy. I guess people have finally gotten the messaage that MRIB is kaput.
Her appearances on MoneyTV made it abundantly clear that she is a sociopath. One need only to look at the episode in which there would be no toxic financing when in fact she had already done so just a month prior and proceeded to continue the dilution from the day after until shutting the MRIB doors. Brazen. To tell you the truth, that to me was an actual fraud.
There's the paint. So sad. So transparent. Margrit must need to make another withdrawal tomorrow. It is end of the month and the BMW has to be paid for along with her health insurance. It's getting harder and harder to run an out of business company with no sales. Go figure.
Looks like Margrit just made her daily $400 ATM withdrawl. It's becoming so transparent. Set up some poor flipper who thought a 20% discount could be resold at a profit. Time to shop Maggie! Moved down from Hermes and Louis Vuitton to Coach but what the heck. Go get yourself a new bag.
again, as always, all the MRIB volume at daily lows. Just zero cost stock getting dumped by insiders who already know the company is out of business. They're selling their worthless paper for value to the unsuspecting. Same process has been going on systematically for the past eight months.
Isn't funny how most times with these lame MRIB events they only tell us about them AFTER they happen? OBviously they don't want anyone to show up and see just how embarrassing they are. Imagine if MRIB promoted it and a shareholder decided to check it out and saw there were only four people in attendance sitting around doing free shots of Marani.
MRIB has enough product to give away? Good Lord! They have five containers worth which I'm sure was all paid for up front to the fictional Wine Plant of Eraskh, AKA, Margrit Eyraud, family and friends. They must have upwards of 6,000 cases. Since 2010 alone they've ordered the equivalent of more than 5 containers or approximately 7,000 cases and in that time have recorded $32,000 in total GROSS sales. What's that? A couple hundred cases? Most of which is probably still sitting on shelves collecting dust?
As I said. Just an opportunity for certain folks to say, "See! MRIB is still in business!" Margrit has folks doing her bidding for her and it's not costing her a dime. And I guarantee there won't be more than a few people there.
MRIB went out of business way back in October. Giving away a case of vodka for a party to what is most likely some friends, or friends of a friend of Doran Ramos is no sign of an ongoing business operation. Who knows? Maybe Margrit is a closet hip hop fan. Can you imagine her getting her groove on at a hip hop party? Hilarious! Her low center of gravity would probably make her a good break dancer too! LOL
Bottom line is it has become quite obvious that MRIB has ceased to exist as an ongoing concern. No employees, sales force, offices, sales, financial reports, communication, news and no visible signs of life. Funny thing is Zodiac, NovaNet, Rising India, National Capital, Eco Investment and others involved with MRIB seem to all have gone the same route. Dead, dark and defunct.
