I have a hunch that the money is being mentioned since they may need to build another lab in Nevada. I don't believe they can transport product over state lines so another lab may be the only answer.
Barhill has ZERO chance at going anywhere with a lawsuit against TRTC IVXX.
If anybody thinks she does then they have no clue how trademarks work.
Seems the worst is over. Everyone knew Q1 wasn't going to be stellar with IVXX in infancy and MediFarm still in progress.
Q2 and beyond is going to be quite a fun ride I imagine.
-IVXX penetrating CA as non-profit (for now), then off to for-profit Nevada (las vegas and reno) and possibly New York.
-Edible Garden in approximately 300 more Walmarts on top of the 75 they were in previous quarters.
-MediFarm dispensaries to open by year end (2015) which will undoubtedly hold the IVXX brand. Medifarm cultivation in 2016.
These guys will grow, brand, and sell their own medical mj and products in several states in 2016.
Let us have a moment of silence for the weak and the shorts...
Don't feed the trolls
They expect to have several dispensaries running on or around Q4, check out the recent sec filings and ctrl+f medifarm, las vegas, and reno.
Feel bad for people getting shaken out this low. Always do your DD
EG to begin Walmart shipments in late May.
Edible Garden(tm) Expands Their Brand of Living Produce To Walmart
Belvidere, April 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Terra Tech Corp (TRTC) subsidiary Edible Garden, an urban agricultural company, is pleased to announce they are expanding their line of naturally grown living produce to multiple Walmart distribution centers. Last year the company was given a trial run through one Walmart distribution center in the Northeast, which serviced approximately 75 stores. Recently Edible Garden was informed Walmart would be adding the Edible Garden line to 4 additional distribution centers located throughout the Northeast as well as the Midwest. Each distribution center services approximately 75 retail stores. The company received the opportunity to service additional markets because they consistently delivered high quality, fresh produce since they began servicing Walmart last June.
"This is a major accomplishment for our brand and a huge vote of confidence in our abilities to service additional distribution centers throughout the country," says Derek Peterson, CEO Terra Tech Corp. "We are pleased that retailers like Walmart are supporting local farmers, helping create local jobs, and investing in their local communities. "
The company anticipates the first orders will be shipped to the new distribution centers by late May. The company recently achieved organic certification and is in the process of developing additional products to market through both new and existing sales channels.
"We have been working diligently to service our relationship with Walmart and we are excited about our growing relationship with them. Just like any consumer they have lower cost options from outside the country but they have chosen to invest in a small company like ours and in the communities in which we operate. Our goal is to continue to service as many of their stores throughout the country as we can," expressed Ken Vande Vrede, COO of Terra Tech.
Edible Garden is actively pursuing additional retail partners to fill out their new 5-acre facility as well as the facilities of their cultivation partners in Florida and the Midwest. In addition the company has been experimenting with new produce in an effort to broaden their offerings to both current and potential retail partners.

Not sure if srs. It's on the terratechcorp.com domain which they 100% for sure own and also uses the exact same server being under the same domain. They should hold control of all content under that domain name.

New company website!? LINK
Anybody seen this before? Stumbled on it just now and was wondering how long it's been live.
http://terratechcorp.com/10235knb17/
True but profits can go back into the business for research, office, equipment, employment, etc... Plus CA could legalize recreational next year which could change regulations for mj business.
They have also stated that IVXX will be available at Nevada dispensaries when they are up and running I believe.
News links under ibox not showing all news
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TRTC/news
This is true, IVXX is wholly owned subsidiary of Terra Tech. The same way Edible Garden is wholly owned subsidiary of Terra Tech I believe.
LOL what? We see 99% of contents with this. Plus a full test report from Steep Hill is probably confidential between the company, quality and regulatory departments for the companies and state agencies that oversee this imo.
Another Test
These are minor details, anyways. All that really matters is they are selling mmj products in CA.
LINK Lab tests from trtc
what about no lab tests?
Read the comments near the bottom directly from Terra Tech on the matter.
your answer sir
NEWS LINK: Is there any reason why the news feed doesn't work and really only shows the sec filing feed below the ibox? There is a ton of news it looks to have missed.
Will the mods fix this?
