Sleek, I think your est. on $$$ for cult/prod facilities in NV are low. ( Sleek... low balling????) You can't sell it in your shop unless you have product. To me cultivation abilities will be the limiting factor and will determine price.

The only permits in question are the two in Clark County. All others are full speed ahead. TRTC's location on Western Ave. is only minutes off the strip (CC) so the fact that there will only be 8 in CC will benefit TRTC in the short term. This also reduces the $$$ needed now.

If you wait until .03, you will just watch everyone else profit as the p/s goes up, as it inevitably will. It will NEVER be at .03. TRTC's game plan is in perfect order, all going as planned. and it's the best plan going. Profits will start in 2015.

I believe the way TRTC has the deal set up with NB is that NB grows and ships the products, and TRTC gets a small amount for each plant. The amount is nominal, like 10 cents or something. Point is, every plant sold is profit... Not sold at a loss.

The lawsuit in CC really improves TRTC's position. Their facility on Western Ave. in Las Vegas, is only 5 minutes off the strip and would be a first choice for CC customers if openings there are delayed. The Western Ave. dispensary is full steam ahead.

How does 950m shares compareto TRTC's when you talk dilution???
