According to MJG nothing will be going on until the audits are complete around Nov 21.

Any pops in PPS will be be purely speculative or more cash grabs followed by more dilutive shares. Hes got a few billion left to unleash.

Not many companies would have serious interest in a shell, clean and current or otherwise, with a bloated share structure especially If Gelmon keeps doing these "loans"

Only a Reverse split can bring value to a new venture.

Do research on how reverse mergers work this is info you should already know prior to investing a dime into penny stocks.

Do research on shell corporations, reverse mergers, share buybacks, reverse splits, forward splits.

Look into what symbols mean PK, QB,QX and learn what it takes to uplist or be delisted.

This is all knowledge you need to have in order to make wise choices.

Don't think this company is any more than MJG...because it's not.
Which doesn't automatically make it a scam, plenty of sub penny stocks pay very well and can be legit.

Any company that merges with this horrendous share structure will do an RS to first increase share price then sell mire shares to raise capital.

Time will tell.Experienced Pink sheet traders have seen it happen time after time.
Stock up on shares so when the RS hits you don't get crushed.

So Mikey needs a merger or a product and to payout around $10-15 grand to uplist
Not to mention consulting fees.

If that happens the there is a very strong possibility of something good occurring.
