So shouldn't we have seen these bids on the 'bids and ask board/table'(not sure what it is called)????? I was watching it most of the day, and did not see one single bid---saw trades going thru, but no bids listed.
LUCKY YOU, if you bought in the trips
It really depends on what you paid for the 2million shares---many bought when this was WAY over a penny
Gannicus, then what?
Good question----who has bought another almost 1/2billion today?
Good news then....but why not a single share traded??
Yes----I was wondering the same thing---100 million shares traded w/no bid?
I hope I am wrong, but I am very uncomfortable with the news from the last 8k. I understand a positive spin can get put on it, but to me, it is more likely negative. AGAIN, I hope I am wrong.
Effective October 27, 2014, the Board of Directors of Intellicell Biosciences, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) accepted the amicable resignation of Mr. Myron Holubiak as a director of the Company. Mr. Holubiak served on the audit committee and on the corporate governance/nominating committee at the time of his resignation. The Company intends to replace Mr. Holubiak as a board member, as well as an audit committee and corporate governance/nominating committee member, in the near future.
Thank you to all that replied public, and privately for explaining the trading of SVFC with Scottrade. I was wrong to say they would not let me set a higher price---I could, but I would have to call the broker. As for them not allowing buys, I am still a bit confused about it being to costly for them to hold shares...but a I am a complete novice in the penny world. Thanks again and happy halloween.
I agree Brakeman---the last time scottrade stopped allowing a buy on a penny stock---they upped the AS to BILLIONS--and then announced a RS----the other bad news is that they will not allow you to set a sell on a penny stock for more than "they think" it would go to. IE; SVFC, I cannot set an order to sell at .0009. I feel that I must close this acct shortly and open another elsewhere.
Like that thinking Ram...thanks and Happy Halloween!
Why is Ihub showing 0 volume---~9M have been traded
Is it a possible that YA is the one on the bid and the ask?
Lets hope so!! We are do for a 10q soon, correct?
I was just told by someone to learn about a fake bid wall--- could this be going on here?
thanks again...so in your opinion, do you think this will start trading again?
It appears the bid just keeps growing....never depleting...what all the Pro's take on this?
Thnx Malt---I am such a novice here----So, it appears to me the stock is tainted because of a few things---1 the increased AS and the mention of the RS. I didn't see where they cancelled the last increase--nor did I see the mention of the hold on the RS----where would I find that?
Does anyone know when is the next quarterly report is due?
So the RS was supposed to happen in Sept., we are now at the end of Oct sitting and watching nothing happening here. Does anyone know what could be the next phase? No smartA$$ answers needed mo.
I don;t have time to look for it now---the link was posted a while back (~2 mnths or so ago) It had someone that had worked at Intellicell in it.
gem---what concerns me was the Australian news clip (I believe Australian) from a month or so ago.
gonia--I'm in at .01----averaged down a bit(picked up some .0002s and 3s) but am I throwing $ at bad idea is my thought----will hold till the end, whatever that may be.
The resignation of Myron is worrisome to me....anyone else have any thoughts?

Over 4.5billion traded in the last 22 days----The company cannot raise the AS w/o notifying, correct?
bld, is this a NEW prediction? I cannot seem to find it
Bid Volume seems to increase every time a trade is executed....on the other hand, the ask volume is diminishing. Any thoughts?
Almost 1 billion on the bid----Anyone have any thoughts on who is bidding here?
the 2 trades at 12:01 today----
-1.00 volume 95,586,800 and the other for -1.00 volume 95,000,000 what is that?
Check their website in the meantime---usually a link for trials/studies---I have a bullnose sharpei, lab dane mix, and a sharpei cane corso mix...I hope they have trials in the works---great idea to contact Intellicell! Good luck!!
2-Cents---awesome that you have 2 rescues :)--I also have 3 rescues, and 1 w/bad joints---research any good veterinary teaching hospitals in your area---they are doing stem cell treatments at many---I am a few hours from the Veterinary teaching hospital at Madison WI and I know they were recently looking for Labs for their study.

ThnX for your reply....now down to under 8m on the ask---this may sound like a novice/ridiculous question---why don't they raise the ask price?
bld...what do you think about the billion on the bid and why the ask is so thin?
Loads on the bid....almost 800 MILLION!
Thank you!
Can anyone update what level2 looks like?
Does anyone know what the sale of 186,377 shares for -1.00 (9:30am today) means? This is the 2nd time this has happened, and I am wondering what it is.

8k's are mandatory, correct? Whether or not they use a press release is insignificant.
8-K
A form that the SEC requires publicly-traded companies to file whenever a significant event happens. These events may affect the company's financial state and therefore the SEC believes that they should be known to the public. Examples of these events include an acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, or change in the composition of the board of directors. 8-K forms are required to be filed within four days of the event.

8-K
A report filed with the SEC by any firm seeking to provide information on a material event that affects its financial condition. The report must be filed by any firm with shares traded on a national exchange or in the over-the-counter market. The SEC makes 8-Ks available to the public. Also called Form 8-K.

8-k
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires that all publicly traded companies use Form 8-k to report anything that could have a significant effect on the financial position of the company or the value of its shares.
Events and changes that must be reported -- in most cases within four days -- include bankruptcy, mergers, acquisitions, amendments to the corporate charter or by-laws, a change of directors, a change in the fiscal year, and even a change of name or address of the company.
A company's Form 8-k becomes public information once it is filed, and you can find the report in the SEC's EDGAR database. These 8-k filings are designed to level the playing field between general investors and investors who have special access to information about a company.
