I guess folks aren't comprehending the commas on the bid. You'll be lucky if it hits 4 and if you have threes, even luckier if you have time to get an order filled to sell.
Hope it works out for you.
lol... called dilution. Billions and billions.
Speechless is an understatement. I'm gonna miss the humor on this board. GO $STBV!
There is money to be made elsewhere in the current market, and it's not like you have plenty of time to come back in and trade this one.
It's not doing any racing anytime soon. Pumps to cover more dilution, or 1s by Friday with no news and dumping continues.
Thank you for the detailed info!
My stake is rapidly dwindling after last week, but I don't think he has done anything that could definitively get them suspended. They can verify on 'paper' bearpot inc exists, ron franklin lists them on their site as well as the web developer.
They aren't going to go check physical property. He has filed all his paperwork... etc.
We'll see... hopefully they get the 2As scanned early this week. Very interesting to see how much he has sold.
We could possibly see the filing of another reg a.
One question.... this is what I don't know, but assume you do and this is what you are saying:
The offers they questioned him on all expired in March... so he could sell the 2 million between now and January and then 3 million again when that expires and so on, so on?
I'll be keeping a close eye out for a new reg A to hit if this is the case. It may be why is submitting the sells and getting paperwork ready.
I see what you are saying but the 1A/A have the info in them I copied. Not sure why he all of a sudden did 2As... I would guess you are correct and they requested it. They questioned him a lot on the final offering.
I just went back... I misread, sorry.
If Fellner attempts to get approval on another 30 billion, he won't be able to do the offering until January and we should see the submission in July.
Also, if he is doing another .0001 offering, then I won't be surprised to see him max the 5 million and go for a 50 billion offering at .0001.
I will not be around for that one... just my opinion.
I realized that as well... they will upload them shortly. I posted about them on the 9th when they hit Edgar.
I thought you were also saying he hadn't done previous 1 AA on the offerings.
Really? Where did I get this from? Check the Edgar database... they are listed.

I read 2 A for both of them... I'll look again, but I know I saw them because he sold Ron Franklin a portion of the .04 cent offering and it was listed.
good point.... I think he dumped those first 10 in a little over a month with all the excitement. There were several massive volume days with upwards of 500 mill dumps.
I will say one thing... he has been very transparent in the PRs... other than flat out verification of what they are doing.
Conservatively, let's say they dump an average of 200 million a day since March 1st... that's 30 Bill divided by 200 Mill equaling 150 days.
About 5 months of trading days... July is looking a little early now... I'm gonna go with September at this point.
The volume is sucking between PRs and they are only getting one day bumps lately instead of multiple days like before on PRs.
As this progresses, I see it getting worse, which is why I went with 200M.
That may be high over the course of the 5 months.
Just my opinion...
Anyone starting to get a grasp on 30 billion yet?
The dilution of shares will have to stop and there will need to be verifiable progress on their ventures.
What is about this that is any less simple? The shares remaining won't run out until July at this rate in my opinion. JULY!
Incredible to think people actually think this will move anytime in the near future given these fluffy PRs. They are here for one thing and one thing only... increase the volume to absorb the Reg-A shares... which the SEC knows about. Unfortunately, new PR = new Bagholders who pump and then eventually disappear.
The sec can verify all the vague PRs... I will give it to Andy to at least be very careful in how everything is worded. It looks like they are filing everything and it's not like they are doing insider trading at these prices.
With that said, I dumped 10 mil today in the 3s. I was very fortunate to leave Pho$ when it fell from the 70s and dang lucky I didn't buy back in this week... I intended to, but everything has been down and I didn't want to take any losses.
I feel really bad because it was the only MJ stock I would actually recommend to anyone. One lesson learned... starting to learn weekly around this joint.
Yep... I was extremely lucky to bail in the 60s on the last fall. I actually was going to buy back in this week, but everything has been down, so I didn't have a chance. Just lucky... I hope it is the clerical issue some are starting to discuss, but either way, screwed... that sucks for a lot of investors, Alan B, sector, etc.
Go $STBV
Just my opinion.
The only bad thing.... I still remember when I was a moth! haha
Read some posts.... we are gonna churn for an hour or two and then we are going to see all these WTF are those 9s hitting like crazy... like 100s of millions of them... lol
Like Groundhog Day.
Enjoy $STBV!
I still think they will get that one big pump using MJ as key.
I fresh crop and all... lol GO $STBV!
Dilution started off the day yesterday.... they just don't have the volume to hammer it like before. They should be able to dump some today and tom... which is fine with me. Just keep working to the bottom of the barrel.
Yearly Report, which does mention the acquisition of Bearpot Inc.and their move into the MJ sector:
Sorry if I am duplicating stuff... just trying to find the documents filed today. You can see them on OTC site as well as the SEC site.
STBV Yearly Report
These were posted today for sales on the current offering.
Sale documents for the offering:
Yesterday and Today showed up.
However, they were filed by paper and I only have control and file numbers:
04/09/2014 - File Number: 024-10338 Control Number: 14006209
04/08/2014 - File Number: 024-10359 Control Number: 14006210
Have to keep an eye for the originals when they upload them.... unless someone knows how to grab the docs using those numbers.
R/S = game over for me.
I cash out and hit the road. With MJ, even with the share structure, he shouldn't have to do an R/S. If they seriously verify PRs, people will hit this stock like crazy.
If he does an R/S they have nothing in the pipe and this is truly a pure scam. Just my opinion.
Three offerings:
There was an initial offering of 125000000 @ .04 up to 5 million.
Next, there was 500 Million at .01 where he sold 1527500.
Of course, the 30 Bil @ .0001.
I'd have to go through the paperwork on the .04 cent sale and find out how much he actually sold... if any.
The only valid offer that hasn't expired is the 30 billion offer, so he cannot sell anymore than the 30 Billion without filing for approval. Given the SEC previous responses to his lawyers, I would say he can't do anything additional until 2015.
I've written my stake off as a complete loss an moved on to other plays. However, since I do have money in here and they seem fine keeping it above no-bid and still allow the selling, I assume we will eventually see one more solid pump to doubles and then I'm out.
If they actually generate revenue... then great. If they finish dumping and go to no bid.. fine. I have a cost average at .0004.
I get a couple few PMs, but I am so flippant in my responses, I don't think anyone understands whether I am a pumper or basher. So, no really bad ones and I'm neither. I hope they succeed, but I'm realistic.
I do think they are trying to save the company with the money raised and have joined with Ron Franklin to attempt the online pilot. They probably have some pot growing even if it is in a small storage unit.
I know way more than I wish I knew about STBV at this point... lol
No idea... I'll just say I was surprised they had only dumped 10 billion when they raised the million after almost 2 months of heavy volume.
I'm guessing 2 months per 10 Billion, but that is on 750,000,000 volume days, and quite frankly I'm pulling that out of thin air just watching this since Feb.
If I knew a mod would stick my post, I would be more than willing to break down all three offerings in one post. However, I don't want to waste time doing it if it is just going to scroll off. It would be good for post PR newbs to realize the massive amount of dilution going on... spent more than a little time digging through the STBV filings.
With that said... the accredited buyers who purchased shares from Fellner's offering(s) are the ones dumping.
There may even be some bag holders from the previous offering holding at .001. They won't dump until this gets above .001. Not many though.
Same page there... why I keep focusing on June, but with the volume decline probably July.
Again... that did not get approved. You have to review the amendments and following letters:
SEC:
Did I miss a PR or 4? It looks like we have some more contributors.
It will be interesting to see who is still posting in June/July (volume needs to really increase for June these days) when there is a chance some of the billions and billions and billions of shares start to dry up.
It may hit 4, or even just touch 5 a day or two, between now and then on PRs... always good for some fresh blood in the water to draw in some newbs.
$Go STBV
As always... only my opinion.
I disagree... I think if you watch some of Franklin's productions on their website, it's not that bad. Whether they get picked up or not is one thing, but look at moonshiners etc???? Is that really great production or a compelling theme? People like watching drunks... wait till they get a hold of a MJ farm. Somebody is gonna do it.
My biggest concern is not the scam side at this point as much as I think Fellner is a complete fool and has a serious inability to manage money or execute a business plan. He obviously hemorrhages money.
Hopefully he let's Franklin drive the car. The bearpot dude, Coffey, I have about as much faith in Fellner than him.
He also sold the first offering at .001... which is why he he only raised the 1.5 and didn't sell all the shares... wasn't such a bargain March 2013 at .001...
why he dropped to .0001 on the second offering.
A buyback would be years down the road and an extremely healthy balance sheet with a strong revenue stream. It shouldn't even be in the conversation and I wish I hadn't mentioned it the other day. I assumed what I just wrote would be in place... not a buyback before they generate money or even have a sustainable business model.
Obviously, that is what they are supposedly using this money for...
lol... GO $STBV
Exactly... I'm hanging out til June for one more pump. If they get brain even better... I give them about a .0001% chance of coming up with something more than fluffy PRs. I am only playing their greed.
