The news itself is not bad, but the build up anticipation by stating a day earlier saying news will and making everybody speculate, making it seem it could be monumental is what made you and possibly everybody dissappointed

So say there's a reverse merger, share price solely depends on how tge roofing company wants to value or set their initial price offering at. But then they have to be careful because then simply touting 18million and big numbers as a company cant just be enough, they will have to prove it, so so long as they have been good in yhe books then perhaps if a reverse merger happens and the ipo is set good accompanied with genuine books then we will be good.

Yeah but that will be an in the moment valaution. For example if the news that hits Tuesday shot the price to about a dollar(just an example, not realistic) that shot to a dollar will be momenterily because the company will be valued in the billions and eventually the market will correct itself because it is not real, because it was an in the moments occasion that shot the price up. When that happens then we know too.many shares outstanding is infact devaluing the stock in the long term. Thats why I say its imperative.

True but still a small amount of shares exchanging hands is still more valuable than the amount we have exchanging hands even though it might seem to matter as you put, when we think added value it absolutely matters.

I would agree at least on a lower level. Bidding at 0.0001 is setting us back. If you truly believed in the value you wpuld make WAYYY over that in folds once thr ticker goes up. Buyingbat 0.0001 sets the company back. It comes across as you worrying about your pocket and wallet than tge company and the future value you see in it.

Well in his defense he didnt say anything about a reverse merger. It was out there based on public speculation.

It could be possible if the owner of the company he just did a joint venture decides to help him out. I mean his company wins if EVSV's value goes up so if he has the cash to do it.. If a reverse merger is in the works then a buy back is not even important.

If its other shareholders then you are hoping. If its you and what you truly say you will then its your strategy but its still hope because we will be hoping you as a strong hand does it. Why do it later when you can do it now?

You are correct about what I meant in my statement. We need to contact him for clarification. A debt could gelp if the person holding it sees long term value and doesnt decide to release it back onto the market after one year. It's the company's only option right now though from what it seems, where will they get money to do a buyback? I guess hes just being creative to reduce it for a year in hopes of creating some value. But one year is not enough in my opinion. Only a true buy back will solve this.

People could be missing something here. The possible reason I think the pps is still low is because if you've noticed it seems Trina keeps buying back at the periods he makes announcements. so He buys back when theres a lot of movement and momentum but at low prices so he doesnt have to spend a lot of money buying back. buy back low because the company doesnt have a lot of money itself. Thats the explanation I came up with though I could be wrong. ANy thoughts?

If this is not just speculation and a reverse merger happens, there will be quite a bit of millionaires. I think Trina is doing his best to mak3 this company a success because h3 wins a lot if the company wins.

I am with you. I think they did some more buying today to cut down O/S. 40mill buys and other bigs gives me some reason for me to think its the CEO. Plus its makes sense to buy at this time after the huge news. If they truly are then I will be very impresses as it will mean they are soly focused on making EVSV a very valuable company. I will be buying more.

I might be one of those dudes cutting down on that and locking it for the long term till we are tottally out of triples and above water.

Well I woyld agree with you if the price was inching close to a penny but it is .0003 with more yhan two billion outstanding. That is going to take a lot of money to move up. Plus reduction makes things tigter. But in terms of movement, even though this is huge news, people want to see want to tangible results of the future now for example how much they made of this joint venture in the future. Unfortunately that wont happen till the in the future.

Everything is laid out for people to see thr potential value this is gearing towards but no, people want satisfaction right now, people panic right now and dont see the bigger picture.
