Offering buyers
Anyone else read pharmers posts to imply that he or his group bought the offering and may have demanded management changes that may be forthcoming.
Thoughts on who the buyers may be.
Problem is that ipci does nothing about it.
Get aggressive. File a lawsuit. The fate of the company could hinge upon it. Too busy doing nothing.
This is not even an issue.
It is work made for hire. We the shareholders own the patents. It is really all we own for 50 employees and 13m a year.
Count me in to remove board.
Mc is still less than 35m.
They need to get the share price to around a buck. Only real option now if it even matters at this point.
A reverse split at this offering and price will not solve the listing problem. Still need to meet the 35m market cap rqt
Thoughts on whether is is likely.
Went to college there a long time go. Nice area.
Wm
What part of Wisconsin are you from. I’m from a neighboring state
Mopar
What were the employees doing when u were there.
I completely agree with wm what the f is everyone doing all day.
Penna
Also does anyone know if he disposed of his shares. He is nothing more than a shareholder at this point. One of us.
Penna
Has anyone talked to penna since he left to get his thoughts of what is going on?
Seroquel
What has killed us is no money from seroquel
Why the f are they not being more aggressive.
There is only so much they can do but let’s be clear there are things they can do.
They should be suing mnk to get the licensing rights back. Mnk is not doing sh&@. It has publicly stated it will not be putting any more resources into generics
This is cash flow. They should be all over this.
It seems to me that the shorts are hired guns holding the price down or trying to destroy the company.
That seems more plausible to me than just scalpers.
There was a concerted effort to keep it down after both seroquel approval and the partnership.
Shorting
Does anyone think Purdue is behind the shorting?
Elite
Any thoughts on the differences between elite and intelli. I know many elite investors engage on this board.
We know dr weasels opinion
Lowenstein also chimes in occasionally. Seems like he has positive views of podras.
Both are cash strapped. Both have minimal revenue.
Elite has an 80m market cap. Intelli 20 m market cap.

Musk
You have turned very sour. You must still think the risk reward favors staying or you would move on
I’ll try to reach as well
Has anyone tried or been able to reach Boyd to get his thoughts and perspective
Wm
Is your feeling from a discussion with management
That management only responds to a few shareholders is another troubling sign
Do u honestly think this is what they will do?
Why don’t they come out and say it?
Instead they are saying they have two and maybe three trials starting soon.
Musk is the straightest shooter on the board. He has provided real and accurate information both good and bad. I think he has added more value than anyone.
He is calling it like it is right now. No one has any idea what is going on and that is not good.
Nwhat’s going on with seroquel. Mnk appears to be doing close to nothing. What is intellis plan
One would they have to have partners in the wing to make these statements. But no word likely means no partner and more of the same crap
I tend to agree doog. The only piece of positive news was impacts and mopars summary of their visit, which by the way thanks again guys.
But as each day passes just more talk from Odidi and no production.
Wm
If you don’t mind me asking what is your exit strategy
I just think they continue to be full of sh@@. If they had partnerships in hand one would think they would have been announced by now
What comes next dilution or partnerships.
I never had much confidence in rexista. I was banking on generics bringing in money. Didn’t think they could screw that up. Boy was I wrong.
Do U think they will get much traction out of podras.
What are your thoughts on a legit partner for regabatin
There are now 10 companies selling generic seroquel xr. What a frickin joke that they couldn’t take advantage of their 6 months head start
My mistake I was confusing prlharmadex with aerobindo. Aerobindo received approval in November of 2017. It was also the second suitor for mnk generics. There were five new entrants in November/December 2017. It has now become quite a crowded field.
Mike
I’m also pretty sure mnk is not devoting any resources to selling seroquel to pump it up for a sale. It is not a factor in the equation
That is why ipci needs to do something
It means nothing to mnk and everything to ipci.
Mike
The two companies that were in the running for mnk generics were impax and pharmadax. Impax has had seroquel xr generic for a while. Pharma just got approved. Pharmadax now has more sales then mnk even though it was approved later. How does that jive with the excuse that sales are locked with long term contracts.
Ipci needs to get off their arses and be more aggressive.
Seroquel is stuck and they need to do something about it.
Impax was the front runner. Sad thing is it already is selling quietiapine xr
Have many many times. Also tried to reach Campbell.
Nothing. I’ll keep trying
Very frustrating, but also very telling. Lack of concern for shareholders
Patient and Campbell
Why are you not suing Mallinckrodt for failing to use good faith efforts to market and sell quetiapine.
It has publicly stated it has thrown in the towel on generics and that there are no sales for quetiapine backs that up.
This should be your number one concern right now. The company needs money.
What are you doing in that regard?
What are you doing?
Wm
Regarding your conspiracy theory on the other site oddidi and the boardhave fiduciary obligations to the shareholders. Wouldnt stop him but he would certainly be personally sued and such claim arguably not covered by the d and o insurance
I really hate this company.
Agree with you I put the shorts in the same category - their mission is to destroy those working to better society for their own personal gain.
Since management only speaks to a few of you can someone advise what patient has stated in regard to how he plans to fund podras and the product formerly known as rexista - we’ll just call it the symbol - kind of like prince
Also has he indicated a willingness to cut expenses or said anything about the contemplated mnk generics disposition
I’ve tried to contact him several times. He does not respond. Seems like he only talks to you mopar and impact.
This is unbelievable. That mnk is not making a more concerted effort to sell these drugs should have ipci off its seat and all over them.
That money is the foundation for the company right now. Seems like they are just sitting back saying oh well.
I read that to mean they don’t give a crap about generics and are not putting any resources into them. They will take what they can get to get rid of them.
Ipci needs to get these three drugs back. It is playing out as if they were bought to be shelved.
Mike
They are prospectively reclassifying the division. Not sure what you are reading
They have given up on generics
