Sorry… Using Siri is not always effective communication. All I was trying to say is that there are people Who have invested a lot of money and will lose a lot if this company is a scam. While I agree that that is just the nature of the pink sheet world, people losing 100% will be very painful for many.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars have been invested in this company so ro say that all you can lose is 100% of investment, for some people, that will be a lot of money.
That is just something that people without having an impact to their portfolio or financial situation
Donna is no longer on the OTCM as secretary. She is nowhere to be found!!
Unfortunately the only air that has moved the stock up has been hot air.
Reality has the stock floundering where it is.
No, I should've sold and moved on. But I listened to the hype more than my own DD.
I should have sold at .007-.008. This is never going anywhere again. Sad that the truth is that all of this is BS....
I think that we are starting to see that this company is the real deal which is scary to say since it is a pink sheet and normally the rug gets pulled out from under the shareholders feet after that statement is made. I do think that this time might be the real thing.
But I agree that audited financials from KPMG will solidify everything.
That being said, it would seem like now is the best time to stock away some shares if you have a few dollars. This has an amazing float and based upon the PRs from this month alone, the company is projecting an estimated $4 to $5 million annual revenue.
If they make 3 to 4 more new PPA announcements this year alone, we are talking about a $10 million company. Considering they've announced two PPAs in January, One would think that there are more than a handful more PPAs to be announced throughout the remainder of the year.
Donna is no longer on SunBiz (State of Florida)....hopefully she will be removed from OTC soon!!

NEW PR
Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. Announces a New Project for a Power Purchase Agreement in Panama
North Randall, Ohio, January 17, 2018 – Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. (GPGC) has entered into an agreement with an electrical distribution company under contract to the government of Panama for the installation, maintenance, and operation of a 5 MegaWatt (MW) solar plant in Los Santos Province, Panama. GPGC is currently working on engineering plans which will be completed by the end of April 2018, at which time a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) will be signed.
The first phase of the project will produce 5MW of electricity. At a rate of USD 0.17 per kilowatt hour (kWh), this project will yield up to USD 50 million during the first licensing period of 20 years. In the second phase of the project, GPGC plans to sign a PPA with the Panamanian government to ensure a return on investment over a longer period. This will help support the country’s objective of having an energy matrix composed of 70% renewable sources by 2050.
The solar plant will be built on 20 hectares of land. Enfitec, a local Panama company, will provide sufficient land for future expansion in order to increase the energy capacity to 200MW in phases two and three of the project. The existing land offers the possibility of installing both solar and wind systems, as it is located at 1km from the Pacific Ocean.
I hear you...
I appreciate what you're saying but my point was not about the solar panels themselves but about the fact that Peru has a national energy plan to get everyone on the grid one way or the other. That would seem to me to mean that there's a lot of opportunity for this company.
Tag, it is your turn to take the arrows...lol. Been there.
Woo hoo only down 5% today!!! Super excited… Best day ever!!! Can't wait for tomorrow and another day just like this one!!! Keep telling us the great news bro!!!
So for all those people who bought shares at .006, .007, .008 they should be ecstatic with the minor loss from today.
That statement only makes sense to anyone who bought shares below .0017. But everyone else who are bag holders, the slight downturn today is of little solace.
No matter what, today's results are significantly less than what people were predicting after Friday's bump. What ever euphoria/excitement that Friday gave disappeared today
It should have hit trips but so many shares are at .006-.008 that it never dropped further. I agree that there are a lot of people who have hope that they did not just throw away thousands of dollars at the higher levels.
No. I haven't. Still have the same shares from fuzznbuzz days. They are free shares so pure profit no matter what.
Well the lack of movement of the pps says that no one else buys into the great future of the company just yet. That means that there are a lot of unanswered questions out there regardless of what you think the PowerPoint presentation covers.
On Friday there was a mad rush for approximately $70,000 of stocks but outside of that aberration, there has been very little interest in actually purchasing shares.
That was a "long" time ago. They have a responsibility, after the CE to restate/update their commitment And game plan.
I wasn't asking anyone to dump the shares on the bid. Are you suggesting that my questions are invalid or somehow the relevant? Everyone should do what they feel is the right thing to do with their money and shares. That being said, The company has a responsibility to communicate. Or do you think it's perfectly fine that the company remains silent and the stock just kind of floats around?!
Questions, not question.
When is the CE expected to be removed?
Is the trucking company still a potential acquisition, and if so, what is the current status of the acquisition?
How is the company funding acquisitions when it's financials show no cash on hand?
Could you provide to bios on each person associated to the company?
What is the game plan for the OS which is fairly large?
Thin or not, it doesn't matter if no one wants to buy the stock
Same here. I tried those two approaches and got nothing
Closing in on .0012
I have done that. I have researched. But, the volume shot up and the only explanation out there is that you had a conversation with leadership and you conveyed what you learned.
Now I appreciate your sharing whatever it is that you learned but that does not change the fact that your communication is the only communication that we have or understanding that we have as to what the Hells going on.
The pink sheet graveyard is full of companies with well-intentioned and some not so well intentioned people, so I am not here to question the seriousness of anyone associated to the company. I am however questioning their execution and communication strategy.
Right now everyone is banking on the idea that uncle fester has spoken the truth on behalf of the company and that they are actually working diligently to get the CE off. Could be true, but they have never returned any of my emails or phone calls so I am not really willing to believe UF on spec.
I do hope I'm wrong but we're still in the teens, CE is still on, no news from the business. Thus I think it'll go back down to .0012
It will close at .0012 on Tuesday
This might be very relevant IMO
Peru aims to cover rural electrical gap with solar panels by 2020
November 12, 2014
LIMA (Reuters) - Peru plans to nearly close its gap in electrical coverage in rural regions by the end of the decade with a recently-awarded $28.5 million solar-energy contract, the government said on Wednesday.
Ergon Peru S.A.C., which beat one other bidder on the contract awarded on Friday, will install 500,000 solar panels across Peru and guarantee their operation for 15 years, said Energy and Mines Minister Eleodoro Mayorga.
Only 70 percent of rural Peru is now connected to the electrical grid, compared to 90 percent nationally.
Mayorga said the photovoltaic panels will boost rural electrical coverage to 96 percent in five years - much faster than waiting for the grid to reach Peru’s far-flung provinces.
“This is a big leap forward,” Mayorga said at a press conference. “Our goal is for all Peruvians to have electricity by 2019.”
Next year Ergon will install at least 65,000 of the panels, followed by 125,000 in 2016 and the rest by the end of 2018, Mayorga said. They will be installed on rural homes for the most part, but will also be used by schools and health clinics.
Past government efforts to bring solar energy to poor provinces did not last as panels broke down, said Deputy Energy minister Edwin Quintanilla.
“That is why maintenance is so important,” said Quintanilla. “What is different here is we are guaranteeing the integral supply of electricity for 15 years through a private investment.”
Quintanilla said the company is responsible for fixing or replacing broken panels.
Peru’s mineral-rich rural regions are rife with disputes over environmental concerns and proceeds of mining projects. Peru is a top global producer of copper, silver and gold.
Despite a decade-long economic boom in Peru, poverty rates still top 50 percent in some rural areas, where basic services are often lacking.
Sure… Just yell into your toilet after all that where your money's going.
Well there aren't that many legitimate companies but when they have evidence of one not being legitimate they have a responsibility to act which may be what is happening here.
Or they don't like scam companies to openly operate and trade on their board...
I agree on all counts. Now that they are communicating let's hope it is only a matter of days before her name is removed.
I stand corrected...KPMG is no longer listed as their auditor on OTC. That is disappointing.
Let's not quibble. I think that KPM is going to be the auditor and this is going kaboom in a few months.
Go check out OTC and you will see KPMG listed as their auditor.
Well, they claim that KPMG is the auditor, but I get your point.
Considering that the Peru project is going to use solar panels and they are supposedly going to be in charge of the entire project, it would make sense to have someone who is knowledgeable about renewable energy to be on the team.
I agree that they have made no claims regarding being in the renewable energy space however if they are going to be overseeing the entirety of the projects that they are going to be doing Peru in Mexico, and maybe most, if not all of them are renewable energy-based…
Maybe that is their niche, renewable energy projects. Those project types would be interested in using sustainable/eco-friendly poles and towers...??!?!!??
Check out their website.
A new announcement. Nothing major...but it is interesting....
Green at .0014 gets you excited???? Ok....not sure if most of the people agree with you.
I love how people are so excited by the TA update.
Still a big fat CE on this and no news and discernible sign of life....but there is a TA confirmation!!!
Woohoo!!!!
