Some institutional investment firms have a criteria that must be met, such as minimum share price. The volume yesterday was not likely from the average investors, but more likely dumping from an institutional investor. In any case, I hope that the massive selling has ended, as this is my largest holding.
Thanks!
tsoprano-1, could you please provide a link to this other board? Thanks.
Isn't it more than a little odd, that every day, the price drops to the bid, usually with just a couple of seconds left before market close, and with a miniscule trade volume.
Easy to justify a billion dollar valuation Ralphy-boy- Just got off the phone with Jim - he says they bought a billion chickens for a buck a piece, and are gonna sell them for 2 bucks each. Sounds simple enuogh to me.
FH, the reports actually were put together by a third grader - I asked Jim myself. The reason for that is, he felt it necessary to have someone write the report that would be at the same level of intelligence as the bashers, so that they could understand it. Unfortunately, all of the monkeys at the zoo were busy writing reports for the 35 halted stocks, so they couldn't make it. Thus the upgrade to third graders. LOL
IMHO
Liquid - same here if you don't mind. Thanks
Especially with all of the buying going on, from people looking to scoop up a deal.
I think when the AF's are ready, we'll be looking at another exchange, other than Pinks. My opinion only.
Have you ever toured any companies - very few allow cameras - and i assume particularly companies with government contracts and patents pending.
I'm just a little suspicious about some of the buglers egging this on (ie - iceman and the like). I don't believe Jim would do that, but I imagine he can if he gets pizzed enough. Remember that just weeks ago we (Jim) were thrown a curve ball with this suspension. Does Jim need additional obstacles thrown at him and impede further progress? Some who hold no shares in this company seem to think so. Just a thought.
All Jim would have to do now is to increase the outstanding, and then nobody would own 15%. I am very eager to get answers as well, but I'm not sure about this approach. If as Liquid says - that he has done his DD, and he says he is comfortable with his investment, he should really look into this before acting - and I don't mean asking message board posters for advice.
A purchase order can remain open for an extended period of time, and can be added on to. A purchase order does not have to be a one shot deal. Any purchase order is a "contract" per se. People are reading too much into the wording on this, as they were with yesterday's PR regarding "formal - informal".
It's amazing how you can sit there and complain day after day, because your questions aren't being answered by board members. No one here is going to hold your hand through this dilemma - you have to decide for yourself if your choice to invest here was a good one. Don't keep insisting on answers that nobody here can address - if you need them that badly, make the effort to contact the company yourself - even if it takes 50 e-mails. But then, you don't believe what the company says anyway, so you're back to square one.
LOL all those relentless negative posts for 2 weeks straight, and this is all they could shake loose? I think that there is an angry employer somewhere out there - no bonus this month.
Pinksheets is up.
Knowles, I'm curious to see if you recieved my attachments. It took me several tries, so I'm not so sure you got them. Please let me know. Thanks.
From what I've read, that seems to be the consensus, however as Jim stated, BA is responsible for the commercials and investor update videos that we've seen - which are done very well IMO. They must hold some value to CKYS, although it's not apparent to us, or Jim would have tossed them by now. Maintaining a relationship with the shareholders doesn't seem to be part of their mandate, unfortunately.
People that are sending me PM's - I'd like to share this great news, but I have no way of knowing who's who. My apologies, but I'll let TMCC decide who to send it to, as I believe he has access to posters' personnal data, which I do not. Sorry again.
tmcc - thanks very much
staypuff, could you please mail me as well. thank you

It doesn't matter what information is disseminated to individual shareholders at this point - we are not trading - this information benefits nobody at present because shares cannot be bought or sold at this time. Any information given to a shareholder must however, be made public prior to resumption of trading. IMHO.
I'd like to apologize to the good people on this board, I thought I was smarter than to let the same posters get to me. While some people invest only with money they can afford to lose, I don't have the luxury of having "play money", as don't others I'm sure. That's why it burns me to see those posting on here, whose sole purpose is to depreciate our holdings. You get back from life what you put in - there's an eventual equilibrium. Even my 6 year old niece understands the meaning of "Do unto others" - yet some here cannot. I feel sorry for the honest shareholders here - it's hard enough to maintain confidence without the relentless pelting from bashers. I never taunt people because of their misfortunes, but I will laugh my bag off when this all plays out.
I've never met anyone personally whom I would consider as vile as some of these posters on these message boards. To continue posting day after day, the same negativity, provoking confrontation with honest shareholders, for no possible reason other than greed. I hope that you people never go boating with your family, because I know that if the boat ever overturned, you'd be clubbing them all with your paddle, fighting to get the lifejacket out of their hands.
Was so.
Give me a break, 25K? Anyone that has any money invested here, let alone that amount, will entertain all possibilities as to the real reason and outcome of this suspension. You, on the other hand, have been single minded - all Jim Plant's fault - no if's, and's, or but's about it. Anyone with any money at stake would not constantly post doom and gloom like you do, they would seek to salvage their investment by looking for positive avenues. And there are some, you just choose to ignore them.
Wrong again partner. Cmkx second suspension was self-imposed. Turn around and verify this with Janice.
This is too funny! I can just picture you sitting at your computer, turning around and asking "Hey Janice, what do I say now? Give me some form number that I can throw at him, to make me look smart." Too funny. Get a life scumbag.
You're full of bs. I bought some after the suspension - it was on the pinks. The only gray I can see here is the gray matter between your ears.
Even a grade school kid would not base all his statements entirely on past events ie - if you flip a coin 20 times, and every time it lands tails, it does not mean that the next flip will be certainly land tails. Use your head (pun intended).
CMKX was suspended Nov 2005 - it came back on the pinks. Stop trying to sound smarter than you are.
There's no point in engaging in any kind of discussion with these guys - they do this for a living (some better than others). How's this for predicting the future - when DCbass reports on his visit to Cyberkey, the bashers will discredit his report, saying the same thing over again - that Jim Plant is a liar. Easy to figure out their approach, but hard to keep ignoring them - they're always in your face. Imagine if these vermin used their enrgy for good causes instead! This board is getting to be too much for me -I'm outa here before I pull out my last dozen hairs.
Serfdom, I've been around for a while too. Some of my not so bright moves - MXDY, JRVR, PRVH, HISC, CMKX, QBID, DDSI, ITWJ - need I go on? I have every reason to question all CEO's integrity. All they all liars? As you can see from my experience, some appear to be - but I don't paint everyone with the same brush. Either way, when you invest in a company, you have to take a stand and decide if you're comfortable with your DD, and the people involved. So far Jim has delivered the goods, and appears to be as honest a CEO as I've seen. I hope I haven't been too naive.
For anyone doubting Jim's credibility, please view the investor update video once again. This would be the most damning evidence anyone could provide in a litigation case - akin to a thief leaving a video tape of the crime he committed at the scene. Doubters, please give Jim more credit than that - this is a very intelligent man, surrounded by many intelligent people. For all the true longs and believers, give this time to play out - the end game will be the same. Much of the griping, I believe, is coming from the flippers. The trading pattern of this stock has been very lucrative for flippers, and now they're stuck in a position where their money is locked up. That really sucks for them. Look back over the last several months - people complained when the investor update wasn't out on time - they claimed Jim was lying. People complained when the UAF didn't come out on time - they claimed Jim was lying. People complained when the investor update video didn't come out on time - naming the mascot contest - denying CKYS had a booth at the CES - then proven wrong, and complaining about the size of the booth, and that they shared it. The list goes on and on. If your hand has to be held through every step of the way, perhaps, IHO, you shouldn't be investing in Pink Sheet stocks. Either you believe Jim or you don't. If you believe him, you will be content to ride this out, knowing the outcome will be in our favour. If you don't believe Jim, you're a damn fool for putting your hard earned money into this stock, and have only yourself to blame for your predicament.
seabiscuit, glad to see that there's someone here that can make old shellshock look like a fool. Thanks for all of your contributions.
Cert pull. I'd be willing to pay the $50 if Jim gave the thumbs up.
You hit the nail on the head - when a stock's volume is going ballistic, as well as the price, and there is some question as to the validity of a shady PR, that would possibly justify a halt or suspension in trading. When a stock continues to drop after an encouraging PR, without record volume, then I become highly suspicious of a suspension of trading. Just doesn't add up. Throw into the mix the potpurri of recent guests, and then you can figure out the rest. When you have JS and JB bashing your stock, you can bet there's big money involved.
The MM's would have to flip the entire float over almost 8 times. To do this, the share price would have to be lucrative enough to entice selling - thus a large constant increase in pps.
Revenues are pouring in through sales generated by orders through the website, as well as others I'm sure. Jim stated that response to the trade shows, advertising has been "overwhelming". The measure of this success, I am guessing, is through the sales that proceeded. He can't press release all the sales they get - it wouldn't make sense, but collectively I am sure they are significant. IMHO
I agree, but I was referring specifically to the share count that the shareholders started. For the simple reason that you can eliminate all but 200,000,000 from this calculation, as Jim holds the rest of the OS. As well, this does not even consider any shares that were bought back (assuming they started), which could affect the float by as much as 30-50 million shares.
