I would agree.
Invitation!
I would like to invite all the "bashers" from this board to join me on the other boards I am currently on as those boards do not have any people spewing negativity about the particular security that the board is related to and I miss reading negative things like the posts here. Why shouldn't those boards be balanced as well with "pumpers" and "bashers". I'm certain you guys could do a very good job there as well. So come one, come all! Make you postings to AWAU and IVOC, I would invite you to AFRN, but that stock reversed split and changed symbols so many times I no longer have any shares and I do not know what symbol or name it trades under. See you soon.
I here patiently waiting... Seems like good news today!
No it is not... I really thought this was one that would not turn out to be a royal scam...
.0003! What is happening? :(
Not being a CPA I do not know if your statement, " If any part of the audit is done by a different Bangladesh auditor it is worthless!!" is true or any of your other statements for that matter, but I can and will call a CPA and find out within the next 24 hours and report back here. And if you find my statements "silly" I would ask that you go back and read some of MM's posts and tell me what your summary word is for those. And if you think my little "Go Veltex!" is pumping I do not know what to say to that...
Sam,
As I have stated before, a friend/neighbor who owns a business in the same business sector as Veltex had suggested to me that I may want to invest in this company as it was his opinion that good thing were coming. My friend owns a rag business, literally. He imports rags which are then sold to large state organizations and retailers. the fact htat Veltex has and is participating in trade shows and has major retail representation leads me to believe that this is not a complete scam. As Roger has stated before, the numbers reported by the PR may not be entirely true, but are probably somewhere in between what has been stated and MM's completely false. I do not perceive myself as a pumper, but as an interested investor lloking to have some discussions about my investment with other interested parties. I do not see the value of the constant attacks on Matin and his foot soldiers (I love that phrase).
Best wishes to all intereasted parties.
Go Veltex!
Roger,
I just hope you do not think I am trying to add to the BS about the delivery of the audit, I was only paraphrasing the last PR...
Let me first say, I do not know the Bangladesh accounting rules and regulations and what their process is for an audit. If they have rules and regulations that govern what can be claimed as audited financials and the the documents provided to the American accounting team by the Bangledesh accounting team are said to be audited, then why would this be so bad? I am used to working with larger multinational organizations where Anderson or KPMG has a global team to perform these tasks, but I do not think Veltex in quite in a position to hire a firm of that caliber at this time. I believe it would be too cost prohibitive. So why not have an Foreign team and an American team with the American team producing the consolidated reports?
Full disclosure on my part as I have not provided this in the past, for those who care.
I have 20,700 shares of Veltex
In 2 different accounts
Not today, but early this week... :/
And if you look at the TradeShow calendar I would say the April audit may be delayed as well.
Thanks!
O.T.
3Com looks like it could start to make a move up out of the $3.50-3.65 range. I own 1,500 shares at $3.62.
101,000 shares traded as of 3:44pm EST with a +.06 change currently to 1.26.
I agree that the post is out there. I disagree about it being the worst attack as it was not an attack at all. You may not have liked my metaphor, but what I am saying in that post is that he should take a long deep look into himself and reflect on why he is so bitter and negative. I believe his bashing of Matin's personality in previous posts are some of the worst attacks on this board. I did not wish, nor would I wish ill on anyone and neither does that post.
iVoice Issues Additional Information on Record Date for Spin-Offs
MATAWAN, N.J., March 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC), a leader in speechrecognition
technology, today provided an update for shareholders regarding the record dates for the pending spin-off of its three wholly owned subsidiaries.
There has been some question raised as to the record date for the spin-off of iVoice's wholly owned subsidiaries:
iVoice Technology, Inc., Deep Field Technologies, Inc. and SpeechSwitch, Inc. The timing of the spin-offs is dependent
upon the review by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of each subsidiary's registration statement filed with the SEC. The board of directors of iVoice will meet to fix a record date for the distribution to iVoice shareholders shortly before it is anticipated that the SEC will declare the registration statement effective for each subsidiary to be spun off.
Pursuant to the New Jersey Business Corporation Act, the record date will be no more than 60 days prior to the date of the proposed distribution to iVoice shareholders and no earlier than the date the iVoice board of directors meets to fix the record date. The tentative record dates previously announced for each spin-off are no longer effective as they are in excess of the number of days from completion date of the spin-off as permitted under the New Jersey statute.

You are either too stupid to realize the following or have a some other agenda.
Have you ever exhibited at a trade show? If not let me explain. "Leads" can be people who have put their contact information via business cards into a fish bowl to people who actually sit down discuss the products and their objectives and leave contact information. When these are all counted, (you know how to count right?) I am presuming that 266, not 265 or 267 contact's information was collected. Sound reasonable? I can not say what the ratio of cards just left and info gotten through conversation is and that would be very helpful, but it is not provided to us. It also sounds like from the PR that actual deals were closed if you read between the lines or at least Matin implies deals were closed. Now all they have to do is fulfill them and collect the money for them and we have profits right?
Read entire PR...

To MiamiMice,
More unsubstantiated opinions and bashing. Miamimice you are just too annoying for words at his point. I don't know your age, but have you had a colonoscopy recently? If not, you should make an appointment to have one very soon. I think you may have either a stick or a bug up your a**, or worst case some kind of cancer eating away at you, which is making you bitter and vile, and twisting your personality to the point where you are just plain unlikable.
There isn't any way that the Veltex auditors have spoken you specifically about their client, unless as previously stated you misrepresented yourself as an officer of the company and even that is a stretch for a number of reasons, but mainly because the auditors know full well by this time who makes up the Executive level management team, no matter how large or small. So why do you spew your lies and negativity here? You, are not, providing any value. I wish to formally ask that you go find some place else to post your nonsensical rants until you have something of interest that can be substantiated with hard facts and real sources.
Thank you.
To the rest of you I apologize for the long O.T. message.
I just reported the old Audit link as broken, let's see if they fix it, remove it all together or take some other action...
I would agree with your assesment. I recently took my profits on BPT which I had purchased at $15.00 and did the DRIP thing with. Sold off at $49 and then watched it go above $60... ah well. Stil made a very healthy profit.
PS
I will probably keep hitting my refresh key until the
"Veltex Corporation Audit Report for FY 2001 and FY 2002, click here" get's updated or works again...
Sorry to hear about your back. I had been doing the shovel every couple of hours routine so it would be lighter and less volume, but that completely ruined any sort of sleep... Well take care and on to warmer sunnier days. :)
Hey Roger,
Welcome back... I didn't really believe that the messages here had a significant impact on the share price, although I'm not really sure what has the past few weeks the trading patterns do not make sense to me, but I am no expect and until now have only traded/invested "blue chip" securities, usually doing a DRIP. This has security was promoted to me by a friend who is also in the "rag" industry, so i thought he must have a clue if he owns a business in the same business sector.
Anyway, I'll try not to feed into the banter that has been going on here. Maybe we could setup a different mode of communication between yourself, me and scott and possibly a few others where we would not call each other names and spout negativity for the sake of I do not know what.
Regards.
Go Veltex!?
Well.. not really a joke... But I can see your point. I'm glad the snow has finally ended, how about you? I can hardly wait for the nonsense posting to end on this board. I'm on the north western end of your land mass btw..
What is an SEC signed audit?
... "I hope you lose your entire investment. ..."
What's wrong with you? Are we not all mature adults here???
OR...they are getting ready to post the new 2003 audit! Come on at least post all possiblities of an action for which the reason is truly unknown to you, or can't you think that deeply.
Well if you find this droll, you are probably not a share holder. I find this exciting and angst producing, like watching a sports game or NASCAR race and being down to the final moments of the event...
Well if there really is an audit being produced I think the auditors must have told the Veltex PR machine that making a commitment to a firm date was not reasonable and therefore the next PR that came out said they would be released approximately on March 15th and approximately on April 15th. Hopefully they meant March and April of this year and approximately is within 2 weeks...
No pumpers, No Bashers, No Audit!
Very quiet morning... I hope this jewel doesn't tank today...
Good luck to all.
Well it looks like unless the angels who's sex we never did determine have a trick up their sleeves, the sun will be setting very quickly on this stock. See you all in the AM...
well 2 10000 blocks traded @1.31 and 1.33...
I wonder what they are thinking?
texastex,
I'm long on this, but I have to tell you "Audit will be release in a few days ......." is not cutting it. Audit must be released tomorrow.
I was really hoping for them, but no news out as of 9:15AM today. If they blow the delivery date again I believe the price is going to drop like a rock.
Go Veltex?
Thanks... Have a great weekend. eom
Not sure... but what about this statement?
"As you may be aware, early in our development, I was forced to loan our company significant sums of money before we were able raise our own capital. As a result of this corporate restructuring, iVoice will transfer all but $11,000 of this debt to the spin-off subsidiaries."
How much debt is that? Will it be equally distributed? Are these spin-offs some sort of accounting shell game to boost the IVOC share price?
Very rare indeed and one other one is NWAU, not certain who had posted that one here, but thanks! BTW I believe "Foward Looking Statements" are required by every company. I always see and read them when a company is providing guidance...
What do you think this all means?
Not me.
Has anyone looked into the other company that has a "talking" pill bottle? Will the IVOC bottle technology be less costly to produce?
