Pick a spelling for my first name? I have and always will be Mohanerie. I have no other identity. I'll even give you my real name if you want it.
Yeah, I hear the to the Moon too... That doesn't help imo. It just creates more noise.
I can get you the list of companies under the FITX umbrella. I can't list them off the top of my head. If you go to www.fitxlong.com you can see more of what is going on and the buildings, etc. It is a third party site created by a Long. There is more to facilities than just tin buildings. As far as the various companies there is talk of merging all the components of FITX together which is what is part of the audit and up list.
The CEO is no longer on FB.
Offer proof or it is only conjecture and conspiracy
This is all noise. Truth be told, whether any of you like it or not, FITX will get a license to grow.
You can argue over when, argue over share structure, bicker about zoning and by-laws, talk trash about Bill Chabaan and other investors and restricted shares, and pollute the board with all this rhetoric and opinion. In the end, none of it matters. Some of you will make money being Longs and some will have made money both trading and holding at the right time.
This company isn't going anywhere with the investment capital that it has and the team that it has built.
Tell me another MMJ company that someone has invested $20 million into!?! Anyone?
Hate on it all you want. You might not like it, but as the city council member of Lakeshore said, "It will happen whether we like it or not."
Okay, what?
The article does not deserve a response from Bill, but we'll see what happens. Matt Finston should have just pointed everyone to the IHub board where these issues have been discussed for months on end.
I thought I was a good conversationalist as well. I don't even get replies.
That is hilarious!
You know I tried emailing Mr. Foran and Mayor Bain and neither ever replied to my emails. I'm serious. How do you, or the other IHubber, have such luck getting email replies?
He's talking about the zoning issues where the town is changing the bylaws to deal with new grow applicants. CEN Biotech received their building permits prior to any change to the bylaws. Therefore, they are not effected by the upcoming change in bylaw because they were already approved for their structure by the Chief Building Official.

6.38.2 Building Permit Issued
The provisions of this By-law shall not apply to prevent the erection or use of any building or structure, for a purpose prohibited by this By-law, the plans for which have been submitted no more than thirty days prior to the date of the passing of this By-law, and approved for zoning requirements by the Chief Building Official, so long as the building or structure is used and is completed in conformity with such plans and is used and continues to be used for the purpose upon which the approval of the Chief Building Official was based, and provided the erection of such building or structure is commenced within 6 months after the date of the passing of this By-law and is completed expeditiously thereafter.
Not true --
Per the SEC website -
SEC does not require that the Form be sent electronically to the SEC’s EDGAR database, some filers choose to do so.
I see you don't understand how government employees often misspell people's names. My wife has had to re-register to vote 3 times because the state can't seem to understand her name and she is of Indian descent.
Sigh. Glty
And his name is simply Bahige 'Bill' Chabaan.
I could hear everything
Why do you refer to him as Bahij? Are you trying to emphasize the fact that he is of Lebanese descent? And why so?
Did you watch the meeting?
I wouldn't trust this board for information. Not wise investing. It's good for flippers though.
If they can find the money to finish their facility. Supreme is out of cash and needs to raise capital. It is obvious that the reason for the RS is to attract institutional investors at the expense of the retail investor. You will lose money in a RS. It happens about 75% of the time. And you better hope that Supreme finds an investor otherwise they will have to reissue stock to raise the money. FITX already has the investment capital and can wait for HC approval. Supreme does not even have the money to finish their facility. Glty
I don't think anyone cares
You are correct. Applies to new construction and designs.

They do, but I think Bill's meaning here is that Lakeshore will not say no to CEN Biotech if HC issues a license. How can they? Even the City Council Members agreed that it will happen. They will work it out.
Lakeshore just wants to get the wording of everything right which is understandable considering that there other applicants looking to grow in the area.
Why would it impact the release of the license by HC?
It's up to CEN Biotech (FITX) to meet the requirements set forth by Lakeshore or to have Lakeshore change the requirements for CEN. If and when HC issues a license, FITX would just have to reach an agreement with Lakeshore which sounds like it will happen. HC has no bearing here.
Town approval has no impact on whether HC issues a license or not. HC is only concerned if the facility meets their own standards.
"It's happening whether we like it or not."
The most important words from the town council meeting.
You are incorrect. Bona fide intention means just that, a sincere intention to sell. That does not mandate the sale upon filing the form 144.
http://www.insiderinsights.com/about/form144.php
I don't know when the license is coming for this company or for any other. :) glty
It does not mean they have to sell. It creates a window for them to do so if they want. It is not a guarantee of sale.
That is a form 144 for proposed sale. Do you gave any proof that he sold?
How so?
Elaborate
Let me start over. He's a 26 year old kid who went to acting school and is now pretending to be a MMJ stock advisor. He threatened to post some revelation about an Investor in FITX that he found on the Internet. Old news.
You shouldn't. He's a 26 year okd kid who went to acting school and
Finston again??? This kid does not deserve any attention. He has no credibility. He found 'known' information on the Internet and is trying to use it to garner attention for himself and to promote his brand -- himself. He has no work experience in finance and no education in finance. Has anyone seen his portfolio and how much realized profit he has made? Is he licensed to dispense investment advice? Has he ever been in the MMJ business? Has he grown MJ? He is a kid with a blow horn standing on a soapbox who thinks he's more important than he is and he is going to get himself in trouble, not Bill.
They won't halt a stock because Traders talk it down to buy it cheap and sell on news. That's what these boards are all about.
That is not a reliable source of information. Stockhouse is a paid promotion company.
The odds are the same for all of the companies. It really depends on where you sit in the pile of paperwork on how fast you get inspected and get a license. HC barely has the resources to inspect and license sites much less sort through applications. I doubt that they use their time going through social media sites and documenting all the crap that is being tossed around and back and forth. Government agencies don't operate like that.
All stocks are a gamble, it's just that MMJ stocks are even more of a gamble. They are all speculative. TW**D is growing but are they profitable and sustainable? It is too early to tell. They got there first, but have not proven anything.
None of these MMJ companies besides GW Pharm is listed on the big boards. Most are OTC and Pinks with a few Canadian Venture stocks. Any stock on the lower tier exchanges is there for a reason. They're not ready...
All MMJ companies are a gamble
Yes. I was awarded 70 shares. I figured it wouldn't amount to much. I can't remember how it was calculated though. I had somewhere between 50,000 and 60,000 shares. You had to have held HEMP before March I think.
Should have held a little longer. Still free $.
