is going to have a very hard time making his
25K a month salary. His continued sale of the
stock will cause it to drop further and further
to the point he will have to do another
reverse split. When was the last PR? Since he
can't sell enough stock to pay his huge salary
he certainly can't afford to buy anymore
Frulatti franchises. So now it's a Geek stand
alone cafe, next it will be Chinese, then a
Japanese Sushi bar, then a good humor ice cream.
Remember he will have these businesses long after
we are history.

is sceduled to air with Comcast in Feb 2005
She did not have any information on QTV
other than the address of the coorporate
office. I asked her if I could make my
request known to management and she
gracefully replied "of course, and they
will listen to customer request".....

amx 8559---stehvestor, I was gone from my computer
for several hours and schocked to see the pps down
to .0780. Worst of all I can not find the PR that
generated the down turn. Are you aware of any PR
today that would have driven our stock down to that
level. I know there is one out there because that's
the only time that our stock takes such a beating.
I emailed scmi tech support 4 days ago requesting
validation as to wether or not scmi had actually
encrypted all of the CD's on their web page. No
response yet but not knowing which ones are just
prerelease does not support a whole lot of
enthusiasm. Sure would be nice to know so we can
track the company's sucess record. A bit dis-
appointed today hope we are not heading into

Sunncom (scmi) copy write protection
encryption for CD's and DVD's. May find it
interesting and you would be getting in on
the ground floor. This company will soon
surge in value.

at .0047 is ridiculously low.(Great buying

cds listed, did not count them, are they all

dealing with Mr.Ed is like dealing with the Devil.
He has a degree in psychology and he may have
learned that the easiest way to a person's wallet
is to appeal to their greed. We are all suckers for
an opportunity to make a buck or two, for that very
reason we play the penny stock and like prospecting
for gold we are vulnerable to predators like Ed W.

I think you hit the nail on the head.
Who stands to make the most money when
scmi takes off. Not your average
penny stock trader. The big dogs holding
the most shares. Why do you think
the stock always takes a nose dive
when they release a pr. This is more
than mere coincedence, this is a strategic
plan to purposely keep the stock low
for accumulation purposes. I'm not
bashing management because I don't know
their involvement, they have however
made very little headway to get us out
of the pinks. We need some resolution
and we need it soon, many of us are barely
are to weather this disaster. I encourage
all board participants to email/call
scmi to find out what is going on. We are

a possible reverse split which will hurt

promote its stock and use the proceeds for
not only acquiring franchises but also to
be handsomely paid for it at the same time.
There are some very questionable tactics.
At the time that I bought into it, daytraders
were having a ball with it buying and selling.
Over 1 billion shares traded that day and
it closed at .0050. The board reflected a
a 52 week high of $5.00. and a low of.0025
That was false Gfyf was never at 5 dollars
at any time. Mis-leading to make it look
more attractive than it was. I bought on that
speculation. A month after I was in, Mr. Ed
submitted an sec filing that increased his share
to 6 Bil and self appointed himself as the
president of gfyf. Also maintained 70% of the
stock to avoid the possibility of any take over.
He also awarded himself a 25K month salary and
an aquisition bonus of 70K for each Frulatti
juice bar that he purchased with the sale of the stock.
He pumped and dumped several billion shares and
flatlined it at .0002, no longer able to generate
enough capital to pay himself 25K a month, he
filed for a reverse split 1 for 250 shares. Now
the new detailed quote shows it at a high of 1250.
It never opened at that level. It opened at .05 and
fell to its present level of .0165. He continues to
pump and dump. Hurting a lot of unsuspecting
investors in the penny market. I would love to see
Date line or 60 minutes do a segment on this crook
so the world can see how he has managed to rob
so many people. Does anyone know why gfyi stopped
trading at 11:49 today. I hope the SEC takes some
kind of action against him. I would have never bought
had I of known this person's greed.

I had 1,800,000 shares. Today market value a whooping $75.00
I took a huge hit and lost a bunch. Thats why I said that Ed is nothing more than a crook stealing everyone money so he can make his own payroll. How many people do you know with a BA in psychology commanding a salery of 25K per month and a whooping $70K bonus for each aquisition. Had I known of this before when I first bought the stock I would have kept an arm's distance from it. It has been a very bad experience from the very first day that I bought it.
