There are still some notes waiting to convert this month. Once that process is finished you'll see VFIN/BMAK gone until copper. Give is 2-4 weeks. Of course, one positive news drop would change everything.

If the debt been substantially reduced and q4 rev's come close to $1.5M+ then it'll be straight off to the races.

FL had a small setback last November, but the legislature is moving things forward slowly. They know in 2016 the voters will approve it for full medical at a minimum.

BMAK AT .0048...could run in the last 10

On a relative basis, volume has been declining over the last couple of weeks (ever since the 200M share day), that's the sign to me that dilution is wrapping up for the time being. Like I said, perhaps one more 'plunge/flush' and then it's game time.

Assuming volume holds VFIN will start backing off into the 3's and then disappear for a while. Once that happens it'll run hard assuming there's still some buyer interest.

VFIN def has some shares left to unload, but unlike in the past they are back off after being hit; my sense is that we are getting close to the end of the dilution.

There could be one final 'flush' with the last of converts before we make a very hard run north.

Not much to discuss right now as all we have been doing is speculating on various items...we need a real update from the company on something, anything...

TROV has had a real nice quiet run here lately. I'm still shocked they only have a $115M market cap. All their tests are showing positive results and they are going to begin some sales this year... can't believe this doesn't get bought out here in the $20's this year.

That would be a $25M market cap, which is a little rich for the company today (5 X Revs). However, if they can do $10M in Rev's in 2015 then I think that's a very reasonable valuation.

I have no doubt about that; I've read most of the court doc's. I think the lab biz alone is worth the current market cap of the company, but it doesn't really matter what I think b/c clearly Mr Market doesn't agree with me today. However, I do think the market will start to wake up again within the next couple of weeks.

I honestly think you're being conservative and discounting all possible positive developments/scenarios (exports, epa mandate etc.), but I guess being conservative isn't a bad thing.

my crystal ball is fuzzy on this one, but right about when the converting is finished would be a great time! I think we are within a week of that happening.

It has been pretty relentless. The amount of buying has been pretty intense as well; would love to see how much this could run if the dilution would stop. Ec!g also isn't helping the sector.

Very nice start to the year and I like the new collaboration announced today.

If their studies continue to be as good as they've been this thing will fly once sales start this year. Probably a take out candidate at some point too; market cap is only $110M-$115M today.
