If the money starts hitting accounts, getting to .50 should be easy. There would be a lot of money rolling in here. We hit .35 without it. Then depending on fins and other potential news, who knows where this could go.
A deal is a deal. If the funds show up in my account, the breadsticks are yours. Would a $100 gift card to OG suffice?
Many are in the same boat. They were overloaded with submissions from step 1, duplicates, etc. From my understanding, they are sifting through, confirming information, and sending out step 2 to those who submitted a legit step 1.
Roag, read the message I am replying to. Joeylynn originally had given card information and then found out VStock will be billing Lans directly.
I have not. I’ve asked if anything else is needed from my end and that was not asked of me. It seems the easiest way would be to deduct the fees from the buyback total? Have you been asked to pay the fees prior to payout?
You should be getting close then too. Everything was completed for me on Wednesday. Best of luck to you and rest of folks going through this process.
Lans Financial Administrator. It was a response email from an email I sent.
Based on the email response I received, the ones who have completed all steps could be seeing the funds in their account next week. They will be submitting a request for funding to the escrow agent today. Fingers and toes crossed.
Thanks. I’ll update as well if I hear back. I’ll be happy to add a large chunk of MSSV if they follow through as they say they will. I’m cautiously optimistic until I see the money in my account.
The transfer of funds is what I’m waiting for too; everything else has been completed. Any idea how long this should take? It seems like the wire could be done rather quickly. I emailed Lans and Peter this morning to ask about the transfer of funds but haven’t heard anything back yet.
My agreement says, “Buyback purchase price per share: $0.002”. Does your agreement not say that?
I have completed all steps of the process and am now waiting on the release of funds to my financial institution. If/when that happens I will update the group. Nothing yet.
Just to add, the rep that was working with me said sometimes they don’t have a controller number, but if they do, there’s a chance it wouldn’t go through by not providing it. It doesn’t sound crucial, but I didn’t want to take the chance.
I posted that I didn’t write it down. I called VStock while I was on the phone with TDA and just repeated what they told me. Sorry.
No, that should be it. They asked for the name of the TA and control number if it had one. Other than that, it was just some personal information, which they already had because they had my account pulled up.
info@vstocktransfer.com. Then the processing supervisor responded back to me and CC’d the processor assigned to my request.
info@vstocktransfer.com
I called VStock to get it.
When I was on the phone with TDA and they ask me, I got my wife’s phone and called VStock to get it. I just repeated what they told me to TDA. I didn’t write it down. Sorry, probably should have.
I called TDA twice today. The first time was before I got the VStock response email, TDA said since VStock has the paperwork they need, they would be able to complete everything from their end.
After I received the VStock response email, I called TDA back (their customer service number, not sure who it was). I walked him through the whole situation and read him my email from VStock “ please have your broker now post the electronic DWAC withdrawal request so we may pull the shares back.”. The TDA rep put me hold for a second to get some details on that type of procedure, said the request is not very common. He then collected a few pieces of information to complete the request (TA name/controller number/etc) and said I was good to go.
I received the same information earlier today, then afterwards I received an email from VStock that said this, “ The docs we received are in good order to process please have your broker now post the electronic DWAC withdrawal request so we may pull the shares back. Thank you.” So that is what I did.
“At this point nothing further is needed on your end we will notify the company that your shares have been pulled. Thank you.” Fingers crossed!
Sounds like we are at the same place. I ended up receiving an email after my last message that said please have your broker now post the electronic DWAC withdrawal request, so I did that, and now received the same email that you just got.
So silly, and I feel like it’s on purpose. 5 months of preparing for this so that we don’t run into any kink’s… They wanted to make sure process ran smoothly…
TDA told me that was point of filling out the DWAC Withdrawal and Share Cancellation Form, so that the shares could be released. Since VStock holds this Form, they contact for the release. It gives VStock the power to have them released.
I called TDA and they said there is nothing that I need to do on my end to release the shares. Since the DWAC Form was filled out and sent to VStock Transfer, they will need to contact our brokers to provide the information for the release of our shares. I called VStock Transfer to confirm and they said they do not need anything else from me at this time. They have received my DWAC Form, it is in the system, and being processed.
Big buying if/when they follow through on the buyback. Many are waiting on confirmation, as in money deposited into their account, before diving in head first here. I will add a nice chunk if/when confirmed with money wired to my account.
V Stock Transfer received my form on Friday. I haven’t heard anything from them yet.
Please DocuSign: LAHO - Return to Treasury Agreement
No, US citizens need a medallion stamp. Another option is to engage esignatureguarantee.com.
The DWAC Withdrawal and Shares Cancellation Form is what you need to fill out and get medallion stamped. The broker statement just shows proof of ownership and the information on the DWAC Form is correct. Have you received an email with the 2nd step Docusign forms and DWAC Withdrawal and Share Cancellation form?
I am absolutely not part of any scheme and had no problem getting the medallion stamp.

Well, go to the Lans.holdings site, click on the recent update, click on the LAHO - Return to Treasury Program - DocuSign Form link (in blue), fill out the form and attach your most recent broker statement for proof of ownership. After it is reviewed, an email will be sent to you with directions for step 2 (Return to Treasury Agreement).
If all goes as planned with the buyback, I will be a buyer as well.
From your desktop view, go to my account, statements (under history & statements), click on the most recent statement, it is in PDF format, save it to your desktop, then attach the PDF to the form.
Same. I’m glad they made the correction.
Did you attach a statement to the Docusign for proof of ownership in step 1?
That’s what I did and sent it Certified Mail.
Take your current broker statement for proof of ownership of shares. My bank required proof of ownership and my license to verify identity.
It should be 0188 for TDA?
