I'm not angry at anyone... I'm just stating facts.
If anyone I should be angry at it's myself.. I don't need to point fingers.. no one held a gun to my head to buy this stock.
But I am a little peeved that the SEC can just swoop in without a valid or verified reason, suspend a stock.. any stock and walk away. Without having to answer for their decision.
Ok... that's it.. I'm calling BS on the SEC!!! ~ LOL
Of course they DON'T just suspend anyone... how long did they look the other way with Bernie Madoff??
Face it, the SEC is as corrupt as the rest of our governing bodies.
Actually global, you are incorrect... it does happen and quite a often.
Thanks for the response... but I'm not questioning what happens to those that have come off the Greys, I think like you, that no matter what, it's a death sentence unless you're one of the lucky ones. I haven't seen or heard of a "Lucky One" (maybe it has... I don't know).
I'm just curious about that particular one... why did it mysteriously happen about 2 1/2 months after the suspension? If it was due to the fault/neglect of the SEC for whatever reason, then I would think that there would have been something out there about that too... not necessarily a direct "I'm sorry, we screwed up" type of statement by the SEC, but something. If your thought of it being false or misinformation were correct, do you think it would be required to have the "U" notification. I would think that it would also reinstate the MMs that were previously there should they choose to continue making a market in it. Kind of like a no harm, no foul type of thing.
I do remember reading about a company that had to go to court and fight an SEC suspension, I thought it was MDDD too but I don't think it is... it also involved misinformation and basically the SEC was wrong, it was one investigator that was supplied and continued supplying bad information, he screwed up and then continued to cover up his actions... it came out in court that he was trying to cover his own butt the whole time for being inept but unfortunately, it had cost the company so much time, effort, legal expenses and naturally the shareholders also lost a lot of money. That one took years to clear up but I can't think of the name... I wish I could remember because it's a good story.
Again, I am in no way suggesting that this is the case with PHOT and we will be the "Lucky One"... I'm just wondering if we could go the way of MDDD and trade with the "U". I honestly don't know that much about it except from what we do know at the present time which has been currently published or disclosed, we do seem to meet the qualifications.. I just don't know much about it and was hoping you or someone else here did and could give a little more clarity.
That's what I'm seeing too.
After the suspension, they resumed trading on the Greys. I can't find where a form 211 has been filed on their behalf (do you know of a website to find this info?.. I don't think FINRA offers this as a search feature)
Now it has resumed trading on the OTCQB with the "U" noting it is "unsolicited quotes only" and that no firms are currently making a market in it.
So here's my question... How does that happen? How do they have a b/a and MM lineup on L2? Do you or anyone else think that it is possible with our situation? Keeping in mind that PHOT and their suspension by the SEC pretty much read exactly the same as far as the reasoning for the suspension.
I am not suggesting that this will or can happen to PHOT, I just find it interesting that it did happen to them and would love to increase my knowledge about the entire situation.
Wagon ~
Although I think you make good points about 2.0 etc, and your questions are valid.
Don't you think that their MAIN concern right now should be to work on putting out THIS fire first?
If we don't get a MM to file the 211, then what does any of it really matter anymore... we stay on the Grey's.
I'm not so sure about your plummet theory as a delayed filing to me would be acceptable considering the current situation at hand.... a lengthy delay, now that is another story.
Did you know Robert Calkin is the Great, Great Nephew of "Billy The Kid"??
Just a little trivia for y'all ~
I don't think they are required to file on the Greys. (Not sure)
If true, then they weren't required to file that recent 8K being on the Grey's either.... but they did.... and they will continue to file if they ever want to find a MM to complete and submit the 211 on their behalf.
That's why it will be so interesting to see if they do file the Q.
I doubt it will be @ 4:20 this time as I'm pretty sure those at the company have lost all sense of humor at this point considering the situation.
Sammy, who what that question for?

That would be a GREAT idea but being only a social we'll probably just cover our own tabs.
You should try to come. As you know, most of us have been together a long time... I'm sure there will be a little of everything... Good conversations... Pissed off attitudes... Some laughter, some tears.....Shoulders to cry on... A lynch mob to contain.
Well thank you for your help... much appreciated.
What promoters exactly are you talking about? I haven't heard of any promoters...Everything posted here are verifiable facts backed up with links.
Do you know something that we don't know?... you know, something that can be verified and not just your opinion?
If not, that's ok too.
We're actually trying to figure this all out together here so anything factual would be appreciated.
BTW, I do like your little Avatar... very cute!!!
No, but thank you for asking !!! ~
Low volume??? Well duuuhhhhh ~ Due to the difficulty in trading it right now. Buy and Sell orders have to be called in until the symbol change is all cleared up with the brokers.
THAT was Hilarious!!!
Make that $5.00 now... guess not so slow.
Bid up to $4.25 now... slowly but surely ~
Up to 4.00 on the Bid

BERKELEY, Calif., May 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Flex-Power Inc. ("Flex-Power") a California consumer products corporation that makes and markets innovative pain relief products that address the growing needs of the athletic community and baby boomers, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a plan to go public by reverse merger with FlexPower, Inc., a Nevada corporation, formerly MonArc Corporation, (OTCQB: MONAD), (hereinafter, "FLXP") (the "Transaction").
By the Transaction via proposed Plan of Exchange ("Exchange"), FLXP desires to acquire Flex-Power and the Flex-Power shareholders desire that Flex-Power be acquired by FLXP. FLXP would acquire 100% of the capital shares of Flex-Power in exchange for an issuance by FLXP of 19,200,000 shares of Common Stock of FLXP to Flex-Power Shareholders. The Exchange will give Flex-Power Shareholders a 'controlling interest' in FLXP representing approximately 97.6% of the issued and outstanding Common Stock of FLXP. Documentation was filed with FINRA to announce a name and symbol change of the former MonArc Corporation as well as a one-to-10,000 reverse split to provide a capital structure aligned with long-term growth potential. As of the open of business on May 12, 2014, MonArc Corporation is now FlexPower, Inc. and the temporary stock symbol is 'MONAD.' On June 9, 2014, the new stock symbol will be 'FLXP.'

Seriously, I'm not the enemy here.
Unlike yours, I'm hoping theirs was NOT deliberate.
As a public company putting out a PR, I'm afraid they are held to higher standards than someone like you or I posting on a message board and just making a typo.
Like I said, in all fairness and giving the benefit of the doubt... I'll let it go and give them some time to see if there is a retraction.
Ok, that's GREAT, but what about those that aren't here and are just reading the PR?
Look, I'm not trying to be a "Debbie Downer" , I'm just sayin' they could show a little more professionalism.
Double check their work, correct their mistakes and move on... it would go a lot further with shareholders and potential shareholders for the mistake to be corrected.
I'll let it go for now, hope they make the correction soon and give them a chance out of fairness...
Of course it was a typo... DUUHHHHHH !!!
But one that does NOT look very good and could have a misleading interpretation it should be corrected.
I'm just sayin'
