This completely contradicts all of Benny's statements about no new notes , and only a few debt holders left during the July/August video.

We need a board that is actually in it for the investors. So far the current team has only profited in their own personal businesses through redg. They can and will claim very minimal butnonetheless , they profit while the investor value has eroded to nearly nothing.

People have been screaming this for a very long time. At least For a couple years, beginning when their CPa challenged their claims of a "library" of ips.
The hundreds of thousands of dollars redg has payed to active print and glass house tell the story.

Becoming realistic with their goals for the gsl is the most realistic thing Benny and redg has said to shareholders in years. Scaling it down, and turning it monthly to start is the only real way they can launch and be sustainable to start. Maybe now we can get out products and ips out . Tesla is the real winner, I need to see that out in print .

I will agree the personal shots at Benny and his marriage are a bit much. How ever it becomes very personal when you play with peoples money, and Benny is feeling that pinch right now. I am NOT in any way condoning the behavior, but to some extent I understand it.

Communication has ALWAYS been spotty with this company. They ALWAYS AND FOREVER have utilized the carrot on a string approach, and shit its worked for them up until this point. Last years delay we were told the same thing. Immediate and lasting revenue source (MAGICA), and people latched onto it, even propping it up in the ratings for months. We see now how much of a farce that has been. This year they say the same bs. Immediate and lasting revenue(MY GUESS IS THE ROLL OUT OF MARKYS COMIC SERIES).

Think about all the videos, investor updates, and the like. Not once have we ever received hard numbers in terms of debt levels, remaining notes, conversions, ESPECIALLY exact costs and revenues from specific projects ( magica, fcbd books, and sdcc books)

Benny has given the illusion of transparency while never ever being concrete and straight forward. This, for one, is why I've been on your case, cause you've defended and latched onto everything he has said. Not once has he ever told you a truthful statement; not about the company becoming self sustaining, not about only a few note holders left, not about the remaining conversions. You pumped each one of those statements as fact or truth, and not one time has he come through for you, or any other share holder.

He won't admit to anything . Not even worth it anymore. Zero integrity. He's concocting some numbers and response to show how a delay to 2016 is good for the company and its shareholders
