delusional to think cb tea will be a home run - narrow market. They can't even do anything with the real home-run product that they already have!
man this stock sucks to no end. Too bad this whole thing went up in smoke -Vitamin Fizz is unbeatable in taste - you actually go back to get more. Sparking Ice on the other hand is horrible - I'll stick to coke zero. Too bad Vanis had to lie and put out statements that were beyond forward looking - something's not right about that unethical capital raising venture.- Looks like those of us who haven't sold will lose a TON of money unless some smart company buys this thing up and re-brands it. They probably need to change the name of the drink - some folks stay away from things named "Vitamin" this or "Vitamin" that. Should have called it "Flavor Fizz" or something more indicative of the genre. The vitamin part is okay - it's a differentiating feature but in my opinion not a flagship point - and off-putting to some
What would constitute a work-horse product? It would have to be something either high-in-demand or a necessity like water (lots of folks buy bottled water). Any speculations?
ME THINKS YOUR POSTS ARE LOSING STEAM. It looks to me like stock has dwindled because Minerco was more interested in receiving a larger percentage of the profit = hence the not negotiating against ourselves.
I'm sure all of the stores will be restocked not to mention the new key accounts along with whatever surprises are in store for shareholders.

This tells me one of two things, either they don't want it to sell big OR they're completely incompetent.
Which one is it? Hmmm?
SPARKLING ICE'S DEATH GRIP
a couple of disheartening observations:
VitaminFizz has never made an appearance at Jon's in Koreatown on 8th despite being listed as a place to buy. Moreover, it looks like Sparkling Ice is seizing an opportunity to entrench itself in the locations on our list. This particular Jon's did not have Sparkling Ice before we were listing VitaminFizz in the store locator. Now they have a few prominent displays.
Over in the valley at Vallarta (on Osborn and Woodman), we use to have VitaminFizz ( I didn't see it yesterday), I've now noticed Sparkling Ice has an extremely strong presence, which was barely noticeable before we got there.
It seems like VitaminFizz created a desire for the product at Vallarta and now Sparkling Ice has swooshed in to fill the gap of our product not being there.
I hope the lack of presence/non-existence of the product means they are producing it feverishly for this new "game-changing" account.

Yeah Step I posted that but that was before this "out of nowhere" reverse split. With all the lingo and definitively positive statements coming from Mr. Vanis - it just smacks of dishonesty. My trust has been derailed and I'm angry right now so I will stop posting and see how this plays out. It's not the reverse split that so much bothers me, it's the language that was used up the moment - pale in compariston, game changer, etc.
The nightmare is just beginning from angles you can't even imagine. This has class action lawsuit written all over it. Lawyers will be the last ones to get rich off of VitaminFizz - mark my words and post this as a sticky
On #3 I remember big announcement that all notes are paid off and new financing would be great for shareholders. Our AS went from 2.5 bil to 3.5 bil. More promises, more game changers, more pale in comparison emails, not even tentatively considering RS, pics of vit cream, expansions, then the BOMB. I bought each time not expecting to lose over 80% of investment. Who would do that. Now the shell game which puts the AS at 25 B I L L I O N if you calculate based on prespilt. I can't let innocent like I have been continue to be deceived by the numbers. Let the "big money"invest and watch their accounts cut 80% and the little man invest afterwards and ride the pps up. 25 Billion will be what is reality after all the complicated accounting is completed
Can't disagree with anything that StrikeWilliams said. As for being loyal, I've been buying shares for 16 months and even got stung with my buy at .0026 merely two minutes before the R/S news shoved it up my ash.
Pale in comparison - don't get me started - that's a definitive statement and amounts to total deception. People trust in these kinds of comments. In my opinion, that's an actual assessment, which is something much more than a forward-looking statement. "Game changer" is highly charged language - nobody would even dream of a reverse split with that kind of lingo.
I also agree about the store locator listing locations that have NEVER had VitaminFizz. I know this via first-hand info since I check one of these particular locations every week and even asked the managers who confirm they don't carry it.
Here's the response I received from Minerco two months ago and still no V-Fizz at the location that is still listed on the store locator:

At today's prices someone could buy 17 million shares for what I paid for 2.6 million shares. Way to protect my investment
Yes, I can afford to lose it, but it still pisses me off.
We'll see what happens - but I surely won't be buying any more shares based on the above-mentioned bolded and italicized points.

Because you are a longtime poster and shareholder
they do my friend, they do
He should never have responded to an e-mail the way that he did - knowing that it would be publicly posted and using terms like game-changing. He clearly leads any viewer to believe that everything is going like gang=busters. FINRA will not like this.
There's a zillion Athena this and Athena that companies. Search Athena and find out. But on a sidenote and to emphasize my prior post, we better hope that were selling bottled water - at this point we need a necessity workhorse product
That workhorse product better be bottled water because it will have to be a necessity product that people WILL HAVE TO BUY to overcome the "corporate burn" rate. Anything less than a necessity product won't cut the cake.
Right now the only thing that "pales in comparison" to Minerco, Inc's "corporate burn" rate is my severely red sunburn.

I like everything I see about that Green Mustache product - if it's part of the Athena Brands, it will be a big home run in my book expecially with the kale and spinach, etc. Especially if you look at some of the big time followers on their Green Mustache twitter account. VitaminFizz is still a big winner in my book.
can't say I'm not disappointed in this PR since it could have waited for some additional substance instead of saying that they "expect" to do things that shareholders were already expecting them to do. I agree with the competition analysis - though VitaminFizz is much more tastier and maybe they find some way to hang their hat on that.
Still holding all my shares but can't add anymore and this date probably marks the formation of some capitulation in others as the posts are taking that tone.
The flavor of the market is not helping either.
I agree with another poster, returning shares to the treasury dosesn't do all that much as they are still there for dillution, and you honestly think they are going to return that many? It isn't easy to dent 3.5 billion.
It's poor advice to to espouse loading of a stock that you believe is headed to "trips."

VitaminFizz is a winner. The drink is outstanding. It is much better than Sparkling Ice. I can't wait until they add a few more flavors. This will not fail in my opinion and the UK move was genius.
