I sent an email to the contact on the website asking why the information was old and the home page said coming soon....

Here is the reply I received from Michael which is what I was hoping to hear.

at least all of the "thanks for the cheap shares" posts by the pumpers who were not even buying shares in my opinion, are gone.

Those of you that did and still do follow the lead of SNIPS have a lot to learn about investing and most likely will never learn enough to be successful. I can only assume you are newbie investors and some day you may mature and see this clown for what he really is. You will see a hundred more just like him if you stick around penny stocks and for that matter any stock can attract this type of poster but penny land is where his type thrive. I can't say for sure if SNIPS is a paid pumper from a boiler room or just trying to hook you in so he recoups his loss but either way he is scum in my book.

Petar already stated that the cement deal died on the vine. And as far as lumber business, we don't really know if those numbers stated are accurate because they have never been reported in a filing by an independant auditor. You can believe PR's from a non reporting company but I need more proff to invest my money.

Do you understand what you are saying? Without audited financials there are only the pro forma numbers and we don't know if they are made up or not. That is the whole point of AF's, a third party telling us that the financials are what they say they are. The fact that they have been delayed for weeks is a telling sign that they most likely are not. Otherwise they would be eager to show us the numbers.

I have followed your postings on sevral boards and you never see anything bad in a stock you are investing in so you make decisions based on a non objective thought process in my opinion. Here is another prime example of where you state that the buys and sells are even so it's a "wash". While the shares exchanged are even as THEY HAVE TO BE, a stock does not drop over 60% when the demand is the same from both sides. That would be a zero price change day. The pressure is HUGE on the selling side today and if you can't see something that simple then you will never be a successful trader/investor. I'm not sure if you are either trying to convince us or yourself but it's wrong either way.

How can you even beging to compare this company to a fully reporting company where we at least have past filings to have an idea of where the company finiancials stand.

Nortel was investigated by the SEC but again there is no comparison since they were fully reporting when that happened.

I have seen many times where the Pinksheets trading system stopped quoting a stock if they feel there is not enough information for an investor to base their investment on. It's not a halt but it's pretty difficult to trade it if there is no quoting system. If this goes two more weeks with no info from the company I expect that to happen to SLJB.
