Gee, how did I manage to miss that one.

Must have dozed off.
Good one. Do you know anything?
I didn't believe you then
http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=MDMN&read=71072
and I don't believe you now.
You have a history of making posts like that just to keep your fingers busy. You have no information.
Anyone who truly knows the value of both would only
be invested in one stock so it must be a toss-up.
Tell us the proposed terms of the JV and we could make an informed decision. I personally like the "advantage" of fewer shares issued by CDCH but suppose MDMN property is valued higher
in the JV? I own both.
Mike, a question. Since we're dealing
with a mountain here and not level ground,
is it likely that surface samples could
be taken moving down the sides of the
mountain to discover exposed porphory (sp)?
If this were possible, parties could now know
if the motherlode really exists and what
its quality is.
Jim Robertson, or someone with authority in the Company, should write, email or phone E-Trade and complain about this situation. He should also notify the SEC or the pertinent regulatory authority. Notify the guy who gave the naked short-seller talk at the CDCH Annual Meeting too. E-Trade is probably holding a boatload of fradulent shares in customer accounts in my opinion.
"Seems the Sumitomo truck broke down going up the mountain so now the deadlines for things have been shifted to Monday for Sumitomo and Tuesday for Hothschild."
I don't care what the bashers say. Nobody is creative enough to make up stuff like this.
I got up early this morning to check Mike's calendar. Is it still circled? I just can't tell from here - it looks so hazy.
Ah yes, the indecisive Four Price Doji which says Mike is waiting for Friday.

In the CDCH blog showing pictures from the AGM there is a chart plot (bottom row, 2nd from left) of the CDCH property. Touching the right end of the airstrip there is a circular area outlined with dashes with indistinguishable words inside. Can you tell us what the words say and why was this area identified?
I heard this statement at the meeting, "naked short-selling by professionals and unregulated hedge funds". This is the supply source. Hope they get what they deserve, but in the end the brokage firms that allow this will have to pick up the tab.
Odd. TradeStation shows a CDCH premarket trade of 20000 shares at 10.50 cents. Up 7.14%. Would be hard for an individual to make such a transaction in this stock.

Brent, thanks ever so much for recording the meeting. Everyone is in debt to you. You could just sense the
enthusiasm and I could see why someone said they were "jazzed". The geologist seemed to sincerely believe in the property and did I heard him say "this could be the world's largest deposit"? I just wish that I could have understood Juan's remarks but I'll rely on what people have posted
as to the content. Thanks again.
All I see is the MDMN blog. This is a CDCH board. Would appreciate learning about what happened at the CDCH meeting? Am I missing something?
I agree. It's 5:30am in Vegas. You would think an attendee would want be up and posting something about the CDCH general meeting. What is the proposed ownership split in the new venture - do CDCH and MDMN participate equally?
We probably won't learn anything new since they are saving the details for the annual meeting. The radio broadcast starts just at the market close so it can't influence today's trading. But it may attract some brand new buyers for CDCH and MDMN stock tomorrow.
Unless real news is released sooner than the AGM, Richard won't be able to say much other that "I can't comment on that due to the confidentiality agreement."
Richard Cahoon, President, of Cerra Dorado Inc. (Pinksheets: CDCH), will be featured live on Market News First (www.mn1.com) for an exclusive interview with the MN1 news team. The interview is scheduled for Sept. 19, 2006, at 3:00PM CDT
Brent, ah, but what's the reason? I think it does a disservice to those of us that can't attend the AGM, but that's just me. Please tell us after the AGM if there were any information revealed at that time that couldn't have been released on September 14.
What reasons could there be to withhold the announcement until the general meeting? Seems to me that it would be a win-win situation to get the news out as soon as possible. The voting shareholders would be in a happier mood if the stock price were allowed to advance prior to the meeting. More people would allow management to vote their proxies rather than blindly trusting that the company was doing the right thing. Better questions could be asked at the meeting if the facts were known. This secrecy in the name of secrecy is maddening. Anyone care to speculate?
unprecedented - my apologies. I now realize that you know of what you speak. Sorry to have doubted you.
Since this is your first post on this message board, it would help your argument if you listed your credentials. Are you in the mining industry and have access in some way to the negotiations? You may be sincere but why should anyone believe you?
They won't fill my buy order at 0.06
It's all smoke and mirrors.
Real price 0.085 to 0.09
Too bad we can't get an open letter detailed progress report like this even once.
http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/060907/0160854.html
Is TradeWorks our new public relations firm? If so, not a bad choice. The other pink sheet companies mentioned (PGPM, WWEN, GFCI) have recent press releases issued almost on a weekly basis.
We know that MDMN/CDCH don't have the funds to hire
a "a whole team of geologists". Kind of late in the
game for further surface exploration. Could they be
mapping out the next drilling program?
Mike Gold keeps saying that this thing "is huge".
I decided to make some blue-sky assumptions and
see how huge it could be.
Assumptions---
The world-class mine will be as profitable as Escondida.
CDCH interest will be 10% and there are about 100 million CDCH shares.
Escondida earned $2.9 billion after taxes the first 6 months of 2006.
10 percent of annual $5.8 billion divided by 100 million shares equates to about $6 net income for each CDCH share.
At 10 price/earnings ratio, stock price would be $60 a CDCH share when mine is fully operational.
Feel free to make your own assumptions.
Brent, I think your past DD has been excellent. You just don't know when to stop. You seem to have uncovered all pertinent historical material going back ten years. But as other posters have pointed out, until someone reports a current interview with Juan or Bruce, the status of the JV can't be ascertained. The neogiations could terminate negatively and this would not be reported because Juan and the companies would initiate discussions with other parties or move to other options. At this point were operating on faith here not more historical DD.
Many thanks for your straightforward reply. I feel better now.

I don't consider stuff like this due diligence. In order to make an informed investment decision, we don't need to know generalities about copper companies. We need to know the specifics about our negotiations. If Juan and Bruce are in complete charge of the negotiations for the use or disposal of Cerro Dorado properties, why don't they report back to the company more than once a quarter? Why are they in complete charge? Does Bruce work for the benefit of Cerro Dorado or for the JV majors? Is he still on the project? And how can Juan have more important things to do than to shepherd negotiations for a multi-billion dollar copper mine? Those, to me, are types of real DD questions which no one seems to be able to answer. There had better be a progress report soon and before the AGM.
Mike, why do you always have to make cryptic posts like that? If you know what is going on, either say so or don't post at all. No wonder Bruce Turner was unemployed. Can't even conclude an exploration agreement. If there is no good news in a week, I'm out of this stock.
