oh you too. That is factually wrong because the lender's attorney has not submitted his final report to the lender informing them that he believes it is OK to move to close.
Twice last week I asked the IR if he knew why a Judge's signature is needed. Both times he told me he had no idea what I was talking about and knew of no reason we needed a judge. That is all after. He told me that we are still waiting on that weasel lender's attorney to say the dirt is OK and that is all we have been waiting for but he continues to drag it out. The "any day now" that the IR speaks of is the weasel given the lender the OK to proceed. Then and only then can we move to a closing. Which will still take a week or two in my opinion!!

It "will" take longer not "may" take longer. Those are simply the facts in a situation like this. How much longer can be the debate but not if.

I’ve been worried about this for over year. IR has assured me many times including tonight that the contract was written for this provision and that the deal is concrete. That being said yes now probate is involved and that can take forever. Given ECSL’s past inability to close anything this is not what we needed. I was also told that the lenders EPA guy still has not given the stamp of approval so the delay was not because of George passing but still waiting on Mr Dirt Pile to sign off. Even if deal closes the transference of land will not be smooth. We will be lucky if this closes by December!
If each of us had $10 for every time you said it was a "Done Deal" we wouldn't even need this investment!

Amen! What’s has bothered me most lately is the lack of volume. To supposedly be this close and have such little volume tells the tale! All these supposed eyes that are watching. The methanexs, the big oils, all the NDAers. If this was even half of what people on this board want us to think it is then there would be hundreds of thousands even millions of shares trading every day. The NDA people would have their 3rd cousin twice removed from there ex granny buying this stock if it were indeed what we are being told. It may finally be time for me to wake up after 9 years.

Again the state is not lending us money the lender is. The lender has no obligation to accept what the state inspector says. They can choose to cancel the deal at anytime!

So we needed a 7 day extension, then a 10 day extension and now a 14 day extension. At the notification of the 10 day extension we were told that there were fewer than 12 items left. Now 10 days later we are told that there are still 9!! So in 10 days they only worked thru 2-3 items. This has late August written all over it if it happens at all!

Been waiting 8 years so the answer is "No" but that is contingent on it actually happening. We have had many "2 days" over the last 8 months and 8 years for that matter and still nothing material has ever happened.
There gonna use Business days and every one of them. It will be Friday before we hear anything! Unfortunately!!

Due to the complexity of the transaction, the seller’s and buyer’s counsels have asked our lender and their attorney for just a one-week extension to minimize the amount of post-closing conditions that were anticipated should we close tomorrow. Our lender agreed that this was in all parties’ best interest since many of those conditions can be fixed and / or eliminated in the next couple of days thereby creating a much “cleaner” closing.
Next couple of days is now next couple of weeks. someone is not in the know.
