I agree; if this BOD has any self-awareness at all, and they are willing to admit to themselves that they put a deal-making interim CEO in, gave him a raise, gave him a retention bonus, are giving him a golden parachute...and it was simply a waste of 10 months...they should extend the warrants a year.
If a deal is in the works and to be announced under KB, that changes.

I think you are assuming they have certainty of the future...like they know they will sell the company in 9-12 months...If nothing else, let's hope the POS BOD realizes the future is uncertain, that if certain things happen, the company might be sold, if they don't it might not be. There are no guarantees.
That's a good question. I have never seen any company give an incentive to an employee for doing the job they were hired to do...until Advaxis. The answer is, 99.9% of the BODs out there would not give that to him at all...This BOD, yes, they would give it to him even if the deal was already signed and being held to be announced after the Hold is lifted.
For all the TL bashing going on; IF he has been able to secure a licensing deal or partnership, it stands to reason it would be beneficial to wait and announce it after the new management team is announced and on-board. He's been asked to stay on to help with the transition so perhaps the ink is still drying. Yesterday's announcement does not mean it's back to the drawing board as many have stated.

Oh help yourself to any level of cynicism you see fit FBG. You are definitely within your rights there. My cynical thoughts go with my opinions on Bonstein. Her Advaxis career started when the old CFO Rosenbloom departed right before the DOC Management Gluttony Proxy was pulled because of lack of shareholder support, which was followed by an unneeded follow-on offering, which was followed by having enough votes to implement the soon to follow next version of a gluttony Proxy. And her Advaxis career ends with a $2 offering. What an incompetent loser excuse for a CFO.
Those ridiculous incentives for doing the job you are paid to do go back to the Tom Moore days. The common denominator is the incompetent BOD members (Appel, Berman, Patton).
Actually FBG, that friend is with Citi and has been doing M&A work for a long time. I never reached out to my J&J friend. - haven’t spoken to him in a while.
Scott, if they are consistent with quarterly reporting timing, Amgen’s next quarterly report should be out by around May 1st then, right?
Zoltar, While I land on the same conclusion (Deal in the works for all or part of the company) I don’t have 97% certainty based only on circumstantial evidence (even though we seemingly have binders full of circumstantial evidence). My opinion is whatever is causing the IR silence would have manifested already if not for the Hold. I hope your valuation numbers are in the ballpark.

I guess if one or two has left, and they removed the five from the website rather than just the one or two who left...they might be unable to answer the question “are the five execs no longer on website still there?”
She unquestionably posted employment at Advaxis on FB to both confirm she is still employed and to massively troll us in the process. FB always adds that you just started at a company when you announce your employment somewhere. No retroactive FB employment posting to my knowledge.

Companies choose how they will act within parameters. I'm sure there is a gag order on the actual Hold itself. You don't want to publicly say "it's not us" and then be risking a lawsuit from AZ. Complete silence is not required but a possible reaction.
