This could be the day......
I think we all know the point.
So you're calling for a settlement by Feb 9?
This is how I read it
MOTION DISPOSED AS INDICATED
Dismiss Action : No
Decided: 08-JAN-14
A company can only sue for the losses it can demonstrate. In this case that's 2 mil plus interest and legal.
Punitive has to be within a band of reason or it will go through an appeals process.
50-100 is not reasonable for an experimental drug within a company with no previous financial success.
10 mil teaches a lesson and might avoid appeals.
Let's cross our fingers!
True but Pfe's lawyers are very expensive. Their bag of tricks will be deep and wide. I hope they capitulate, roll over and play dead.
Just hope the price doesn't collapse in the absence of news. Then again, that would be a buying opportunity.
Tax sale season, sell now and lock in loss for tax year. You can buy the stock back the same day.
I doubt its a Forbes article. Dig down, call someone at Forbes and see if its an article or a paid advertisement. They've done the same at bloomberg
It's not a real company or product, call the university and see if the research professor even exists
Its not that I'm a no, it's that (IMHO) the point is moot once the judge rules. Once the judge awards, that judgement is an intangible yet highly leveragable asset.
For we the shareholders it should be the beginning of good ride. For a potential buyer it sure puts icing on a sweet looking cake.
For me, the question right now is how low will this go in the week after Christmas. I hope there are a few people who will be selling that week for tax losses. I've set aside some money for the tax sale season. It would would be sweet if someone would sell for .0001 in that week.
For each lawsuit that you hear about there are a dozen that you don't hear about. You don't hear about them because they get settled. Either a settlement will be acheived on or about Jan. 7 or the judge will award on the eighth.
Either way the money will be imputed into the share price on the ninth.
With the right PR of news events tied to the same time frame and this stock wil run.
The question at that point will become - What is your sell price? Each of us will have our own.
Hallelujah brother
Wonder how Deals is making out with his NY trip?
What I see unfolding would best be called a reverse take-over, by Cere (of Intellect).
Yesterday it opened down sharply on a 200 share trade. Then it went up marginally on a 10,000 share trade
I think he was talking about individual investors selling off their shares right now
Deals, What am I not getting here? What are you pissed about?
Like the 6 million share short last month? Wonder who that was
Same here. Wonder what the effective date is for those appointments? Hope someone here lives in the states and knows where to dig this up.
This company has hundreds of millions of dollars in future milestone payments and the stock is valued at the equivalent of one milestone payment. Maza is walking a very thin line right now and you can be assured that some investigator is going to snoop into what he does on Fridays (if that is the day Maza works for ILNS).
I feel that we are about to get a fair value deal for the assets.
I feel sympathy for the emotional attachment that you seem to have for the company and Chain, but I don't see a future for this company as a going concern, best is to liquidate.
Has anyone ever put a value on the patent assets? If so, what is the balance after any debt payable?
Hi Deals, Is 317,715,676 the fully diluted number?
.
Hopefully that piece of trouble will help keep things clean and honest in any ILNS deal.
The investigation will determine whether the Board of Directors of Biozone Pharmaceuticals Inc. breached its fiduciary duties to stockholders by failing to satisfactorily shop the sale of the Company assets before entering into the agreement with MusclePharm. Additionally, the investigation will determine if this transaction benefits the shareholders or rather the Company directors, senior management or af
Any update from shareholders meeting?
Those are from old PR
Let's hope that this is the leading edge of a tide of news releases. Culminating with a big buyout.
Eggsactly my cent-iments
If everything you have said is true, then Chain is now the majority shareholder. That means it is Chain not Maza who is torturing the shareholders.
I'm with you. Not a trader making margins off of gyrations. I said good bye to my money when I bought the stock so its big bucks or bust.
Sorry to seem obtuse, but what is the point here?
So, are you saying that the gig is up? Game over? Run for the exits? Sell, sell, sell?
Yes. It's time for somebody to speak. Hey, Maza....Chain? You guys still there?
Don't forget to diversify your portfolio
Though that sounds criminal enough to be Pfizer its not gonna happen. Yes, the math makes sense to acquire ILNS. If they are going to do that they will do it above board. Because of Blech there are many eyes watching this stock. A lot of people would love to see something they could call the SEC about.
I would tend to agree, except Pfizer would have to file notice with the SEC after aquiring a fairly small percentage of the stock. Then the cat is out of the bag.
For a corporation like Pfizer the standard operating procedure is to crush the competition. When signing the original deal with Pfe, management must have become confused about their relationship with Pfe. Maybe they thought they were 'partners' with Pfe. Truth is they were just competition waiting for their turn in the crushing machine.
Most companies who are crushed by corporations like Pfe don't survive long enough to successfully sue.
The surface facts (prima facia) of this case are appalling for anyone who has even a small hint of morals. I call morals 'having a back bone'. Nobody at Pfe could be accused of having a back bone.
Kudos to ILNS. Cheers to management and a big salute to the friends of ILNS who refused to say 'die'.
