Large spreads are indicative of very low volume. It's very common.
BB do not measure anything except post activity.
Independence Day
I think I just figured it all out. From the looks of things and the language in correspondence within this company it seems we are all invested in a non profit organization. I wonder if we can claim a nice size deduction for our investment.
Ez to bash? Well let's see. They have been through several secretaries in two and a half years, they no longer retain their investor relations, T/A gagged, all while issuing millions of more shares. Hm
Everyone has tried to call already.
I certainly don't like paying rent on an empty building. That seems quite wasteful.
We were saying the exact same thing last February. Lol
1000000 customers and this will see 3 dollars conservatively. 5000000 and 15 no problem and probably much much higher looking at the P/E ratio for netflix.
Go USA hockey!
I sure hope so too. Any round of financing should be favorable if management is experienced. It seems that they are here so I'm hoping with you.
Don't worry, I'm sure by next quarter when the entire authorized share count is outstanding you'll have no problem getting a bargain.
Their projections don't seem to be conservative enough. They take the absolute best case scenario and report those numbers.
Totally agree. If they are not currently in the float, they are still outstanding and projected to be part of the float, probably in a maximum of one year. Exactly what I was trying to explain to this finance wizard yesterday.
Ok. You're correct.
So KOLOB, are you supporting this one now or still an adversary?
Agreed. I think were all on the same team here. We all want the company to grow and be successful.
You are missing the absolute most basic point. The financials admit to diluting and most investors are never a big fan. Simple.
I'm not insinuating they are in the market yet. From what you said, I take it they were offered in a 504 private placement. That means they are restricted ( not floating) for probably one year. Yet, they still exist. That will lower the price per share by approximately 70 percent. We have no idea what the future brings. I'm not being a cynic. I and most people don't like to see dilution in general. Obviously some is required.
Private equity or not. It's equity. That means stock. 504 or not, that means those shares will be trading within one year (included in the float). That means more shares. That equals less value per share. Thus is the most elementary discussion ever. Are you kidding?
Potential investors usually look the other way at these dilution rates.
Share price skyrocketing off that financial report. Hmmmm. Dilution never helps.
With 2 mil in assets-not secure a small business loan? I'm not here to argue with all the finance experts here. The real experts don't bother with such high beta or no beta stocks. I'm just expressing an opinion. Obviously they and all start ups need capital financing from somewhere. I was just making a suggestion.
A balanced capital structure might be preferable. A small loan with a little interest never hurt, especially if they knew they were procuring contracts and locking in revenue.
Equity investing 101: dilution decreases shareholder value. Massive dilution decreased shareholder value a lot. Giving away their company.
I'm not jumping ship. We now have hard evidence of massive dilution. This is an accomplishment to you? I'm confused.
71 percent outstanding share increase in one quarter. Absolutely ridiculous.
Another interesting part is the extreme dilution. 200 million shares added to the outstanding share count in one quarter. Gee, wonder how they have cash? I would rather they had no cash and a much smaller dilution rate. Correct me if Im wrong.
Surehands-you must be bored. Do you need a job? Telefix is hiring.
Imagine, 6 weeks ago, he was all over this company. He must have performed a discounted cash flow analysis using the unlevered free cash flow and the weighted cost of capital as a discount rate. He then probably performed a comparitive analysis of companies of similar size and products. He seems to be quite knowledgable.
So be logical and dump. Why would you want to loose more money? If you already dumped, why are you here? Go short and win!
Well said but this seems more real than most bs pennies that make up crazy stories.
Whoa!!! !! !! !! ! Beach- if your gonna go schizo on us at least wait 24 hours- not 3. Lol
WOW! We are a conglomerate? Sick!!
Exactly- that 5 mil shares should be worth about 5 mil dollars soon.
Having the ability to only handle a small work load in this industry is not good. Huge barriers to entry for smaller companies.
Kickass-that sounds good. The only question with that statement is that you stated you spoke with some "former" Telefix people. This company is quite young, so why are they "former" people?
Oh yea. Jack was very professional.
Optimism is great but so is/are conservative valuations and that number is very aggressive. Maybe the number is including patent potentials as well.
