Sorry to learn of your sister’s passing. Please accept my condolences.
I follow what you are saying with regards to K. Do we tie the knot in partnership or continue dating, participating in multiple trials at BP expense? I don’t have an opinion. To many variables, most, known only to IPIX and BP under CDA.
Exciting times for IPIX investors. I’m grateful to you, Sox, PP, KCa and others who generously share their knowledge and research.
GLTA Longs.
Yeah, that’s all true but their company softball team sucks.
BP: No deal. Let our competitor buy IPIX and find a replacement power hitting right fielder. Sure they have 3 potential blockbuster drugs but they finished dead last in the New England Bio-Batters League.
Yeah. Things seems strangely quiet.
You can only Aspire to understand the financing model as well as I do.
Your frenetic thrashing from emotional highs and lows, you swings from bear to bull clearly betray an investor hanging on hope versus rather than resting confidently through research.
Good luck to your "subscribers."
You fail to understand Leo's financing model. Share price means nothing. The payoff comes with deal 1. (Deal 2, deal 3...) Until then those who chase share price twist in the wind. IPIX is for investors who chase science.
I’ve often made this argument but never so eloquently and succinctly. Great post.
Advanced and "playing hardball" are not mutually exclusive.
11 years is not out of the norm for emerging biotechs.
Aspire is not toxic. To understand toxic financing research the poly-heist through which IPIX acquired B.
The only joke I recall regarding rinse and spit came from someday7. His joke, not at all funny, assumed a H&N cancer patient undergoing radiation treatment would prefer to drive to a clinic 3 time/week for IV OM relief (reduced duration), versus twice daily rinse and spit preventative treatment...in the comfort of home.
Even with a rimshot this ridiculous joke fell flat. Flop sweat much, someday7?
Completely disagree with your interpretation.
I believe Leo is announcing a bidding war for B-OM in this PR.
From the PR: As there are currently no approved drugs for prevention of severe OM in patients receiving chemoradiation treatment of HNC, management opinion is that Brilacidin-OM has the potential to rapidly assume a lead position after market introduction. This perspective is shared by multiple Pharma companies, potential partners the Company currently is in active discussions with, equally interested in the continued development and eventual market introduction of Brilacidin-OM worldwide.
Since your talking out your a$$ maybe scope photos from B-UP will appeal to you.
Swish and Spit or Enema; simple formula and simple B contact. No special effort at retention or adherence and yet the results are positive.
Pictures don’t lie. (posters? Well that’s another story.)
Couldn't partner B or wouldn't partner B?
Would you accept the likelihood that Validating B across three indications; ABSSSI, UP and OM, was a strategic decision intended to maximize the value of each individual indication?
Deals may have been possible for ABSSSI and UP but Leo and team have signaled the desire to prove the breadth of indications as a means to increase eventual deal value.
IPIX knows what they have. They have a firm belief in the value B should bring to shareholders. They have demonstrated the patience to delay premature under-valued deals until data for all indications is in hand and can positively impact negotiations.
Shorts and Traders benefit from the delays and the impatience of the Market.
For Longs, our day is dawning.
Do you suffer motion sickness on your pendulum? For this observer the wild back and forth is sickening.
This is the kind of logic that sinks investment plans and nations.
And...and...wait for it...increase the value of B-ABSSSI.
Will the premium value added to B-ABSSSI based upon the proven value of B-UP and, soon to be, proven value of B-OM offset the monies lost through shelving B-ABSSSI the past few years?
Yes. Yes. Yes!
The question (too), often asked on this board; Why have we abandoned B-ABSSSI?", will be answered soon.
B-ABSSSI, Post ph2, is worth multiples more now that B-UP and B-OM have arrived.
GLTA longs.
What's 30 days got to do with it? If it is a sled shouldn't One get out now and get out for good?
Check. (Hmmm, I’m running out of checks.)
o,o,o add these next time. They will increase your credibility.
The earth is flat.

Happy Thanksgiving. GLTA Longs. See you at the Country Club in 2018.
Fueled by ink.
Thank you.
Rinse and Spit prevention. - Versus - IV, twice weekly, reduction of duration.
B-OM a slam dunk (Doctor and Insurance recommended), required treatment for every patient (not merely head and throat), undertaking a course of radiation therapy. A course of B-OM will very quickly become standard treatment.
And for those who bemoan the extended clinical trial timelines, note the projected duration of the 20 patient Oragenics program.

Reading this board is like listening to play by play for a sporting event. The comments may be insightful. I, for one, am often grateful for the expertise and insight a former pro turned color commentator may impart. The chatter is often banal. One can't help but be tempted to "turn down the sound" on the more ridiculous and repetitive posts but the hype, excitement and commitment to one's team makes it impossible to turn away.
The final out come? Well, that has nothing to do with the coverage and the play by play. Winners are determined by the talent on the roster, the sweat invested in the off season, situational play calling and tempered strategy.
P, B have earned their way to the playoffs.
K is showing early season potential.
The coaching staff is making the most of limited payroll, free agent pick-ups and emerging stars.
We'll have to wait and see if trophies are held high overhead when the contests reach their climax.
Bring me another bowl of chips and a cold one. I'm not turning away from the coverage until the final whistle(s).
Agreed. We're first and goal on the 5. B is a Pro Bowl kicker. P is split wide. K is lined up in the backfield. We have multiple downs to cross the goal line and a chip shot for 3 if it comes to forth down. A field goal gives us the lead. A touchdown puts the game out of reach.
Leo has pioneered a non-toxic financing model that will be emulated by others. IPIX maintains full control, hand on the throttle, in this non-dilutive model. Congratulations IPIX.
Please clarify you final sentence. I have no idea what you are saying in your conclusion.
The US lost its war with Japan at Pearl Harbor.
Don't think so. We trusted in our strength and believed our strength would win out in the end.
The US didn't feel sorry for itself and roll over.
True Longs know what they own and trust in the strength of Innovation Pharmaceuticals science to win out in the end.
I would also recommend a memoir, Augie's Quest. Written by Angie Nieto who was instrumental in promoting awareness of ALS research and motivated a revolutionary expansion of fund raising and investment into ALS study.
Sorry for your loss. You raise an important question. For a very thoughtful perspective on a range of questions on this most important subject I recommend reading Being Mortal by Atul Gawande.
For you Peter, and your family, Gawande may offer insights that will help you to process the emotions you are experiencing and may struggle with for some time.
For all contributors to this board Gawande's perspective on aging, terminal illness and the questions of how we might more ethically and humanely confront death with dignity (the death of loved ones as well as our own certain end), is thought provoking and enlightening.
Peter, condolences to you and yours.
...but just could not convince any BP or even Mid cap pharma...
And how do/could you possibly know this?
CDA's are in place. It could as easily be speculated (Yes, speculated. Because what it too often posted to this board as fact is merely speculation, and often fact-defying speculation at that.), that BP or a Mid Cap is very interested. Perhaps, VERY interested. Yet Leo and the IPIX Management team have held them at arm's length as they confidently await B-franchise value-maximizing results from B-UP and B-OM.
