Will be interesting to see if financials get filed soon and TMPS becomes compliant again now that their size is not an issue...as AJH points out, industry day (tomorrow) is open to all size businesses.
Great post thanks for all of your due diligence
I agree with you but this was set up prior to the stop work order as well as the “intends to terminate” 8ks. So I’m not reading too much into this new LLC. We need to hear from the company, even just confirmation they are attending the 9/12 event would be helpful...until then it’s anybody’s guess what any of this means. GL
Nice find thx

Question is who is David G?
Thanks. Wonder if this means TMPS is completely out of the Navy RFP or if this new LLC is intended to tackle UK in addition to US Navy.
10-4 thank you for the details
This is amazing. Thank you.
Do you think there’s a chance the Navy does NOT cancel the contract they awarded TMPS and instead, the Navy starts this new MAC process while TMPS works behind the scenes on getting their planes ready?
Thanks again for all of your expertise and willingness to share it
I hope so. But we literally are losing a year’s worth of time if a new RFP is not being released until q1 2020...then however long it takes for the Navy to award. I’m just trying to confirm this with folks that know a lot more about this process than I do. Doesn’t the Navy have all the info from bidders from the last RFP...what a huge waste of time and tax payer’s $’s...thought this was going to be faster.
Thx GL
So industry day is on the 12th of September but specific details regarding the RFP will be provided in a solicitation which is anticipated to be released in the first quarter of 2020? I thought this was being fast tracked? Tell me I’m reading this wrong.
“Specific details will be provided in a solicitation which is anticipated to be released in the first quarter of 2020 at https://www.fbo.gov/. “
Very true!
Fair point. Just need some guidance from TMPS now confirming this new direction and that they will be a part of it all.
Why would the Navy go to the trouble of implementing a multiple award contract that can now be for 10 years if TriStar is not bidding? Why not just award to Omega like they have the last 10 years. Also how do you know TriStar is banned?
Correct. If we get confirmation of TMPS being part of this new RFP then sky is the limit (no pun). But the crap some people have been posting on here needs end asap and confirmation of TMPS bidding on this new RFP I think would do that.
Have a good weekend all
Thank you for the feedback as always. Appreciate your expertise
Yep ur right.
No idea...but this is an abrupt notification by the Navy coupled with TMPS 8k on contract termination and how this is trading right now and then phone lines being disconnected...just saying it doesn’t all add up to peaches n creme. I think we will hear something here shortly (from TMPS or GAO)
Interesting and if tmps is not allowed to bid on this for whatever reason then Penny is starting to make sense. This is a pretty abrupt event announcement being less than just 3 weeks away...sounds like Navy is scrambling to find someone else.
2 cents
Not sure I’m following are you referring to this part? Thanks for posting
PMA-226 is assessing the potential of a new acquisition strategy to obtain AAR services. Specifically, we are considering using an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The resulting ID/IQ MAC will have one five (5) year base ordering period and one five (5) year option period for a total ordering period of ten (10) years, if the option is exercised. No single task order will have a period of performance greater than 4 years 364 days.
Thanks for your proactive initiatives. Unfortunately something here doesn’t seem right and the feeling is an ominous one (I certainly hope that’s not the case).
Good luck
Saw that, thanks for reaching out to him
Yep agreed
Meanwhile.. for work, I went to Bruntingthorpe to chuck a load of Peugeot vehicles around the airfield.. and saw these TriStar’s and ex-Transaero 747s! Word is that this and several other TriStars are off to the US to be air-to-Air refuellers for the USAF! 😁😁✈️ #avgeek pic.twitter.com/cWzB4ji9sr

Thanks Buck
Fair. FWIW I too bought more day of the news. Thanks for the honest reply.
GL
Correct and he has been right because of the insider info...and he’s saying watch what happens to TMPS now which you could argue means he thinks TMPS is officially done, for good, given some other info he and only he is aware of. Pretty sh*tty
Some serious allegations here by this person with insider knowledge.
So TMPS is now either a scam or will share in some revised award potentially. Buck, Whiz, BJ...thoughts on this alleged criminal activity?
Thanks
Longs: do we know for certain all of the contract is gone and TMPS is truly back to square 1? Obviously Pennystockiller has insider info and he acts as the grim reaper for this stock with his passive aggressive posts.
After all this time and due diligence by the Navy and patience from Us and TMPS are we to believe that all of a sudden the Navy, per Omega’s protest, found a silver bullet? I don’t know the answer but am inclined to say no. smart folks are behind the scenes at TMPS and I think we hear some more positive updates in the near term. If not, all of us were completely fooled with this stock...not yet ready to admit that.
Good luck longs keep ur chins up
Agreement terminated with Navy
Right and TMPS knew about this dismissal prior to the GAO website posting it...I think we see 8k tomorrow
Gap up in AM tomorrow followed by 8k early afternoon is my prediction.
Congrats to the longs here!
Huge move coming...
Great news! Thx for posting, FYI BOTH protests are dismissed
Thanks wasn’t there already a stop work notice in place? Or was that directly related to the first protest and now that the appeal is happening another stop work notification is needed? Just pondering...
Hilarious. His subtle passive aggressive posts bringing up BS from 2006 make it all to obvious this is in fact PP. looks like we now know what Omega is trying to use as ammo in their protest.
Great post thx LongCA
My understanding is that if the protest gets dismissed then the contract can be awarded to TMPS. Omega will file an instant appeal but I don’t think the contracted work gets halted again.
I do think it is strange, if Omega filed the Protest with the Navy, that it has taken this long to come to a decision...honestly based off of all the documentation TMPS provided the Navy with originally, you’d think the Navy had everything they needed to shut this protest down as soon as it was filed.
Remember they lost 40% of their revenues due to contract termination in March of ‘18...(look at Edgar filings in March ‘18)...I’ve posted about this before...at a maximum I think TMPS is doing $8m a yr but wouldn’t be surprised if it were significantly lower
Fat fingered, we are at about day 44, not 54 since the protest was filed.
if you look at the majority of the OHA decisions for size they span across ~60 days from when the first appeal was filed to when a decision is filed...but what is interesting is that those 60 days are also inclusive of the 2nd, instant appeal. Therefore, as we approach 60 days on the Omega initial appeal (I think we are at day 54) I'm wondering if the first appeal has already been dismissed and Omega then filed an instant appeal and we are now waiting on the OHA to dismiss that as well which should be (per history) right around the corner from a timing perspective.
