Dr. Chavis has an impeccable record. The great Dr. has devoted his life to making life better for all those he has come into contact with. Besides being a true humanitarian, Dr. Chavis is also a very astute businessman. This combination of virtues is rare indeed. Couple the esteemed Dr. Chavis with these addictive wings and even the most hesitant investor would have to agree that EEDG will be a huge success. Buy buy buy buy
Yes, tutter. Another day closer to the first of many grand openings.
Agreed and the biggest visionary of them all is Dr. Chavis. He is an American icon along with being one of the world's most well respected humanitarians. Buy buy buy buy
Eight days to grand opening. Expect PR and pps to both increase in the coming days. Buy buy buy buy
Energy Edge Solutions will now be able to focus entirely on the many projects in their pipeline. I fully expect to see contracts from Fortune 500 companies similar to the Peperidge Farms account. EES has a proven track record with a client base which consists of 100% satisfaction. The revenue stream of EEDG is diverse and will only get more so as future mergers continue to pour in. DFW will be in airports, sports venues, college campuses, and major shopping malls. With their co branding formula, they require zero capital to make this happen. Nothing can stop them. Huge successful marketing firm with a proven track record. The very astute Dr. Chavis with his impeccable reputation as a business maven and visionary. Last but not least is a tremendous product with hugh demand. Buy buy buy buy
It was smart to walk away from UDHI. EEDG decided this deal was not a slam dunk. They, therefore, walked away. These are the actions of a management team that does not panic. They showed how they will deal from strength or not at all. Sometimes the deals you don't make are the best deals of all. I really like the direction that EEDG is heading in. Buy buy buy buy
So far as I know, Drinkable Air has a leg up on the competition for water in Ghana. The only unit delivered to the government of Ghana is from EEDG. It is the only unit under consideration. Most of us know that when dealing with large beuracracies, the process tends to be a slow one. Experienced investors know that these deals take time. They are not accomplished overnight. IMO, the Ghana initiative will be a successful one. The highly esteemed Dr. Chavis is on this. Buy buy buy buy
I'm pretty sure Russell will be involved. This seems well suited to him. He will see the potential, invest, and then use his considerable influence to open doors. DFW will spread like mad.
With the esteemed Dr. Chavis as our leader, EEDG has no other place to go but up! How many pennies have an American icon showing the way? Buy buy buy buy
You sure Ceeker? Why would anyone want to make huge profits on wings when the profits were supposed to be made on energy? LOL
Kinda like buying a lottery ticket...picking your lucky numbers...having the clerk enter a typo on one of your numbers...voila! your lottery ticket hits for mega millions, thanks to the clerks error. I guess some genius would file a grievance and insist on trading in his winning ticket for his correct ticket. Perhaps sue the clerk. LOL
Amen, Ceek. Everything is good with EEDG.
I, for one, dont mind being conned into making huge profits.
To each his own. I respect everyones opinion. I just happen to disagree.
We are on both the most posted and most read boards. Lot of interest brewing.
Hopefully, the esteemed Dr. Chavis becomes very wealthy from this deal. This would translate into big profits for EEDG shareholders. As a very astute businessman, I'm sure Dr. Chavis will do OK for himself. These buying opportunities won't last much longer. Buy buy buy buy
From your lips to God's ears. Talk about a cash cow! Rainmaker, you should be buying and not trashing. This is going to take off
OMG, pizza owners who are connected. Big deal! Did you really have to do DD to come up with this? LOL. Would it surprise you if I told you that the public patronize these stores anyway? These places are busy. They will sell DFW all day long. Ergo, EEDG will soar. Do you really think that the owners/CEO'S of this country's largest public companies are choir boys? Don't let this stop you from realizing mega profits. Jump aboard the EEDG train.
Wouldt it suck if DFW took this stock to dollar land? I know its wings and not energy but I would not be terribly sad. EEDG is a holding company.
So its not an option. They MUST buy the 35%. Please show me where it says MUST. I keep reading option. Do you have a different filing you are reading?
Was the option already exercised? I wasnt aware of that. Please attach a link to that effect.
EEDG just paid zero for DFW! The only way you can do better than this is by actually for buying a company and RECEIVING MONEY. This is huge. It cant get much better. Buy buy buy buy
Please explain how you come to this conclusion.
I dont think I am in the minority when I say that the whole point of my investment was to make a profit. The bigger the better. Why should I care if this profit comes from chicken wings instead of Drinkable Air or Trill? Will anyone here refuse to take profits because it comes from DFW? Are any of you going to cry foul and return your stocks for zero profit? EEDG is a holding company.
DFW should have a decent profit margin. Rent/utilities and POS paid by existing outlet. Food and labor costs paid by existing outlet. Percentage of sales goes to DFW. Seems like their only real expense is marketing. As more locations participate the cost of marketing decreases as a percentage of income. Not bad. Buy buy buy buy
I may be wrong but my interpretation is that in 10 days there is an option to sell 35% for 70M restricted shares. Am I missing something? I never thought that an option was dilution. I thought an option could or could not be exercised. Does an un-exercised option translate into dilution?
Just to add more credence to this, smitter. Dr. Chavis is involved and he would never do anything to blemish his stellar reputation. This is as clean as it gets. EEDG will take off sooner rather than later. Buy buy buy buy
Dr. Chavis has a business acumen second to none. The Dr. has an impeccable reputation throughout the world. Through his vast connections, EEDG DFW will be a fixture at every major airport, university campuses, and sporting venues. Buy buy buy buy
YES!! Welcome back. Like all of us longs, you will be rewarded. EEDG is about to rock.
The very well respected American icon has put together a tremendous deal. Thanks in large part to Dr. Chavis, EEDG is on its way! The esteemed Dr. will be adding another huge business success to his already enviable portfolio. Every shareholder should be happy to have Dr. Chavis represent EEDG. Buy buy buy buy
Agree there are some deep pockets involved. I recall reading some posts alleging EEDG had some major debt, law suits, and on the verge of bankruptcy. Hopefully, these posts didnt scare anyone into selling. That would be a shame. It seems from this latest filing that they are indeed solvent and debt free. Buy buy buy buy
Deal me in skullz. Buy buy buy buy. I'll be raising and I aint bluffing. When this ship sails there will be no turning back.
This ship being EEDG.
Yes, maybe golf clubs are next. EEDG is a diverse holding company and golf is a hugh business!!! If not golf clubs, perhaps the next Barbie doll. It's all about marketing and co branding!! One can only hope. Buy buy buy buy
Long and strong. EEDG has zero debt with a cash cow on the way. Buy buy buy buy
Yes tutter, EEDG is in good hands with the esteemed Dr. Chavis. I expect the PR to start next week culminating with the grand opening next Saturday.
Hey Blue, Dr Chavis has a spotless record. He will lead EEDG with dignity. I believe the many baseless accusations he has had to unfairly defend are the product of envy. We are good here.
EEDG about to rock. Dr. Chavis will lead us to dollar land.
Dr. Chavis is an extremely well respected and astute businessman as well as a national icon. Any company would be proud to have this visionary as one of its leaders. IMO, EEDG pulled off a major coup when they succeeded in recruiting one of the greatest humanitarians of the last century. His unblemished record as well as his many connections in the business world will take EEDG to the next level and beyond. When you couple this great man with a great product, the results are a foregone conclusion. My advice to all is to buy buy buy buy!
Sorry I was a bit long winded. Scotch will do that to me. LOL.
GO EEDG. GO GIANTS AND I WON THE UNDER!
e, as a holding company EEDG can get involved with anything. There are no parameters. Chicken, lumber, office supplies, furniture, diapers, etc. It doesnt matter. If there is a deal that can be made and it benefits us investors, I'm all for it.
Then there is Energy Edge Solutions. This is all about green. It hasnt been discarded. The core business is still intact. It will be managed by the original founders of EEDG. Think of the holding company as a hedge against the growing pains of the energy solutions business. I still believe that the green sector has immense potential. Management of Energy Edge Solutions can get back to what they do best, which is energy conservation. They will once again be able to concentrate all their efforts towards this end. It's a win win. It's all good, IMO.
Hey Tut, don't you wish you had some dry fried for dexter? LOL.
This week EEDG starts its upward move!
