Good morning fellow ECCI'ers. Let's get through these 2's, clear the flippers and see where this goes
Read about 15 million shares traded at 2 today. Can anyone else confirm that
2 billion shares traded in a week and this was sitting on no bid for a while today..c'mon guys..even a rookie would know that is a bad sign of what is happening here
Another thing that triggers this theory is lack of interest after hours trading. Sellers got what they wanted and are done with this board. If there was a promotion happening there would be all kinds of chatter happening here all night. Bid was over 200 million at close, but that can be wiped out by a couple sellers with heavy bags. Once again, just an opinion. I agree with you, I would never take the risk of buying more to create volume..just hold and hope for the best. But there are some real professionals at these plays.
Best luck to you
Create buying volume at .0001 to get the attention of others. Once buying by other penny stock players begins, volume goes up and bagholders are able to dump into bid..old shares and new. Something that triggers that theory is the bounce between no bid and .0001 bid, which has happened here last couple days. Also can't break 2. This is my opinion It's a big risk, but everything down here in the sewers of pink sheet world is a huge risk. If this is the case, it worked out. If this is the setup for a big run..best luck to all those that got their 1's!
So is this a bunch of bagholders manipulating the bid so they can dump their shares onto some new victims or is this in for a run. Been decent volume for a few days on no news and can't break that 2, was at no bid today. This looks like a good 1-2 flipper..if your lucky
Best of luck to everyone
So who got all the .0001's today?
10B authorized share!? I can't find anything other then the 32.5M posted here?.
So what's going to happen here? Big volume so a few can sell at .0001 or is a real run going to happen?
You just have to learn how to get in on the right side of the hustle.
You and me both. Good luck to you, but hope I get mine first
Read a few of y'all talking about the bid size growing. Would someone please explain what that is all about
All good bro..were both here for the same reason unlike the last one. Won't hear a peep from me once this gets rolling.
Haha!! No worries, won't get any resistance from me.
Hello everyone! What is happening here?
A good entry point will be at .0001. This is another garbage pink sheet dilution. SYNJ was the first pink sheet I played and made a lot of money not knowing what I was doing. Believed the crap posted on this board and thought we had something real. Fortunately a good Samaritan messaged some links as how to play these stock and what they are all about. Did some homework and got out with a very nice profit. Got out of junk pink sheets all together as making money based on lies and deception is not ethical, but to each their own. This will return to .0001 and many more rounds of dilution will occur.
Do you blame them?
A share buyback is not going to happen here. More likely will be another reverse split like the one from 2005 that diminishes shares at a 2000-1 rate. This reverse split was announced and implemented the same day and hours before shareholders watched their money disappear. This reverse split allowed Peter Michaels to run three more rounds of pump and dilution. Refer to 10 year chart to verify this. That RS occurred around the same time Michaels went to prison for stock fraud.
And the past does matter.

That PR was kind of weird. Usually these scams come up with press releases about different ideas that will never be. Must be Steven was watching tinkerbell dancing in front of waterfalls while he was discussing this PR with Bill. Bill must have been watching fire burn on rocks while Steven's voice hypnotizes him and he printed the same PR, but with a different city, that didn't do anything to share price
Not really..I do this a couple time a year. Actually walking and running on a treadmill right now. I just chose this one because I was in it for a while and learned what the company is all about. I consider it a random act of kindness..like I said, paying it forward what someone else did for me. I may spend a total of 1 hour a night for probably a total of 10 days a year doing this. But like I said, people who lie to make a few bucks could never understand this
But my run is almost over.
Good luck to all
Here it is again..link to microsoft Investor Relations link and a search of hop on within Microsoft..geez.
http://search.microsoft.com/en-us/NoResults.aspx?q=Hop%20on%20site%3ahttp%3a%2f%2fwww.microsoft.com%2finvestor%2f
Email microsoft IR and ask for details about this so called deal and see where that takes you.
Do your own research
Yeah, microsoft is going to own majority of HPNN shares. Microsoft has roughly 8.3 billion shares and this junk pinky has about 7 billion. MSFT will have nothing to do with this company no matter how many times the pumpers post that link to the non affiliated website. Think about it people. Why would a mega corporation involve itself with a junk pink sheet that has a history of pump and dump scam activity and actually has a CEO (if you want to call him that) that has been convicted and served time in prison for stock fraud.
Think for yourself and do your own research
Best of luck to you
Could this be HPNN?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pump_and_dump
"Pump and dump" (P&D) is a form of microcap stock fraud that involves artificially inflating the price of an owned stock through false and misleading positive statements, in order to sell the cheaply purchased stock at a higher price. Once the operators of the scheme "dump" their overvalued shares, the price falls and investors lose their money. Stocks that are the subject of pump and dump schemes are sometimes called "chop stocks".
While fraudsters in the past relied on cold calls, the Internet now offers a cheaper and easier way of reaching large numbers of potential investors.[1]
Pump and dump scenarios[edit]
Pump and dump schemes may take place on the Internet using an e-mail spam campaign, through media channels via a fake press release, or through telemarketing from "boiler room" brokerage houses (for example, see Boiler Room).[2] Often the stock promoter will claim to have "inside" information about impending news. Newsletters may purport to offer unbiased recommendations, then tout a company as a "hot" stock, for their own benefit. Promoters may also post messages in chat rooms or stock message boards urging readers to buy the stock quickly.[1]
If a promoter's campaign to "pump" a stock is successful, it will entice unwitting investors to purchase shares of the target company. The increased demand, price, and trading volume of the stock may convince more people to believe the hype, and to buy shares as well. When the promoters behind the scheme sell (dump) their shares and stop promoting the stock, the price plummets, and other investors are left holding stock that is worth significantly less than what they paid for it.
Fraudsters frequently use this ploy with small, thinly traded companies—known as "penny stocks," generally traded over-the-counter (in the United States, this would mean markets such as the OTC Bulletin Board or the Pink Sheets), rather than markets such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) or NASDAQ—because it is easier to manipulate a stock when there is little or no independent information available about the company.[3] The same principle applies in the United Kingdom, where target companies are typically small companies on the AIM or OFEX.
long list of people trying to sell. do yourself a favor and look up, naked short selling. its basically how the market makers trade these junk pink sheets. They sell shares they dont have or haven't been printed (diluted) into the pump because they know they can cover at a muck cheaper price. Market makers know what the dilution scams are and are making money too. here is link to full article
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/n/nakedshorting.asp
Definition of 'Naked Shorting'
The illegal practice of short selling shares that have not been affirmatively determined to exist. Ordinarily, traders must borrow a stock, or determine that it can be borrowed, before they sell it short. But due to various loopholes in the rules and discrepancies between paper and electronic trading systems, naked shorting continues to happen.
You people try to make the criminal actions of these pink sheet operations seem insignificant. Every pink sheet has that because they are all scams.
Take a short minute and think about why the press release appeared only on HPNN site and here. The conclusion you come to should be enough to determine what your next action is in regards to owning this unregulated pink sheet stock
Here we go..AGAIN.. Go to www.microsoft.com and scroll down the page to investor relations. Click on it and it the search box type in hop on and you will get nothing about hop on. Here is a link but I urge to look into investor relation with Microsoft for themselves. Do not use to link from the PR that will be provided here
http://search.microsoft.com/en-us/NoResults.aspx?q=Hop%20on%20site%3ahttp%3a%2f%2fwww.microsoft.com%2finvestor%2f
I agree.. Back to the .000's tomorrow. Even the scammers know when it's time to get out.
I agree with you that anyone who bought in at these levels will lose their money. I read the press release and like I've said many times..nothing on microsoft website anywhere about HPNN. It really doesn't matter who said what in the PR, this stock will be under .001 tomorrow and back to .0001 in two weeks.
Now comes the pumpers and bagholders accusations of trying to get cheap shares and other ridiculous nonsense. Take your profits and get out

Right. business licence has been current for only a little over a week. This company is essentially broke. Whats sad is people believe that Microsoft would enter into business with a company that is not reguraly current with filings, broke, and has a convicted stock fraud fellon running it. Whats just as sad is they will blindly believe this PR that appears nowhere but here and HPNNN website. Wake up and do a little research on your own people. Dont throw your money into a company like this thinking your going to get rich
So CCOP has another network up and running in San Antonio. Maybe in a couple months they will report having one customer just like the Columbus. Perhaps this one will be more then a small office with a few lawyers. GOOOOOOO CCOP
This mornings PR does not appear on scottrade or etrade or any other stock website I looked. Searched four others. Only place it appeared is on hop on website..and here. What is going on with that??
Wow, take you 5 minutes to do that. Once again. Go yo www.microsoft.com and look for story about hop on..not there
Everyone knows there was no Microsoft deal and the link was to a page someone created for this. I will say it again. Go to www.microsoft.com and search investor relations at the bottom of the page for Hop On..nothing. Look for a press release from Microsoft on their site..nothing. Go to any financial page like etrade or scotttrade, search ticker symbol, MSFT, and look for a press release from Microsoft..nothing. Microsoft themselves has said nothing about hop on. And don't bother with that tweet either. Everyone knows what's up with that too.
Right. Anyone that does a little research will discover the criminal history of this company. They should see the artificially "pumped" stock price followed with the dilution and rapid return to .0001. Some dilutions scams are a little more difficult to identify, but this was so obvious.
Scottrade is doing you a favor. They stop allowing buys with these pinks once fraud is detected. Call them and ask for yourself.
Pretty obvious that people no longer believe there is or ever was any deal with Microsoft.
Your right. This company has no office, only a post office box. Never produced anything but printed shares to dilute. Anyone other then a paid pumper who thinks past practices have no influence on future actions is dreaming
Actually many that "play" are selling for a profit or minimizing their losses before this goes back to .0001. We all know that only the ignorant think they have an investment in an unregulated pink sheet
