Yes, NutraBars are available coast-to-coast. Earlier today I purchased a box of the Low Fat bars at the Walmart in Stevenson Ranch, CA (just North of the City of Los Angeles). I'll post a pic of the bars and receipt over the weekend. Back on Thursday I was told by one of the Simi Valley Walmarts' Customer Service Manager (Ventura County, CA) that they had the bars in, but that I had to wait until Saturday to purchase any, as they weren't on the shelf yet. When I called back yesterday evening, they had already sold out.
It will save you time and effort to just call the local Walmarts and speak with either the Pet Department Manager or the Store Customer Service Manager. All you need to give them is the product name, NutraBar, and one of the NutraBar UPC codes. I use 68797400293 (as shown on the posted Walmart receipts, the ending small “5” of the UPC printed on the package is not used), which is the one for the original-style bars. Remember, only about one in four Walmarts may be initially receiving the bars at this time. Below for your perusal is the link to the Walmart locations list.

To satisfy any concerns over whether AAPT’s recent PR’s are true to their word, I’ve made a sampling of Walmart store contacts across the Country. I am pleasantly surprised with the percentage of stores I contacted, that are awaiting their initial NutraBar shipments. Also, several stores not on the initial delivery list have offered to order the bars for me.
Also, I spoke this morning with staff at two local Walmarts, which appear not to be included in the initial 1,000 stores NutraBars roll-out. However, they said if I want NutraBars, they’ll gladly order them.
WRONG ! WRONG ! WRONG ! Since AAPT’s trademarks (an intangible asset) were developed internally (and not purchased from another party), the actual cost to obtain them (primarily marketing design and legal fees), were most likely expensed, as the trademarks were developed over the years. Although Accounting principles require that intangible assets be reported on a company’s balance sheet at cost or less, this would explain why there would be no separate line item identifying them, and their minimal cost may already be included in AAPT’s balance sheet as part of “Other Assets”.
The real potential monetary value of these intangibles occurs when they are later sold, if for example, AAPT is bought-out or sells ownership of an individual product(s) to another party.

I have posted over there that sell dates are not even required by the FDA, but it will be ignored, and the same false and misleading statements will be reposted again and again.
Per the FDA:
“With the exception of infant formula, the laws that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) administers do not preclude the sale of food that is past the expiration date indicated on the label. FDA does not require food firms to place ‘expired by’, ‘use by’ or ‘best before’ dates on food products. This information is entirely at the discretion of the manufacturer.”

Respectfully, I totally disagree with your interpretation of the FDA advisory. I place my trust in AAPT’s Attorney, Arthur Aaronson, on this matter, that the NutraBar labeling information is correct. And I feel certain that for the millions of dogs who shall enjoy and benefit health-wise from NutraBars in the future, they won’t have a problem with the labeling either.
There is no labeling issue. Per the FDA:
FDA- Animal & Veterinary
Pet Food Labels – General
Updated March 2010
Manufacturer's Name and Address
The "manufactured by..." statement identifies the party responsible for the quality and safety of the product and its location. If the label says "manufactured for..." or "distributed by...," the food was manufactured by an outside manufacturer, but the name on the label still designates the responsible party. Not all labels include a street address along with the city, state, and zip code, but by law, it should be listed in either a city directory or a telephone directory. Many manufacturers also voluntarily include a toll-free number on the label for consumer inquiries. If a consumer has a question or complaint about the product, he or she should not hesitate to use this information to contact the responsible party.
Therefore, All American Pet Brands is “the party responsible for the quality and safety of the product and its location”, regardless of who actually manufactures NutraBars.

Initially, NutraBars will not be available for purchase on-line thru Walmart.com. See below February 8, 2013 post by tracey30:

Yes, everyone should rely upon their own DD. It’s not difficult to obtain reliable information regarding the status of NutraBars coming to Walmart, but it does take time and effort. Recently I’ve been contacting Walmart stores and DC’s around the Country, in an effort to confirm to my satisfaction that AAPT is being truthful about NutraBars soon being available at WalMart. I have received numerous confirmations that NutraBars are listed as a new item in Walmart’s product database. No one has yet been able to provide me with an exact store delivery date. However, for example, yesterday I was told by a Customer Service rep at a DC serving the Tampa, FL area, that they anticipate receiving NutraBars as early as Monday, February 18th. And when I asked how fast items received at their DC could be shipped to local area stores, I was told as soon as the next day is possible. Also, this morning I was told by a Customer Service rep (who checked with her Pet Department Manager) at a SuperWalmart, located approximately 10 miles South of Downtown Los Angeles, that their store will be receiving NutraBars sometime next week. I will be checking back next Monday with my contact there, and in the meantime I am checking with other local Walmarts closer to where I reside in the greater Los Angeles area. When I confirm that NutraBars are on the shelves of any Los Angeles area store, I’ll purchase some, and post the store info, so others can then verify for themselves.

AAPT did not “steal” the name “Grrr-Nola” from a Canadian company that sells a “veggie mix” supplement to add to your pet’s food.
http://grrr-nola.com/index.html
The Canadian Registrant for “Grrr-Nola” is Anni Lissee of Ontario, Canada. Her Trademark application was filed on February 2, 2009 and Registration was obtained on April 26, 2010. This Canadian Grrr-Nola registration is for (only) “Pet food supplements”.

The American Registrant for “Grrr-Nola” is All American Pet Company. Their Trademark application was filed on July 29, 2009 and Registration was obtained on March 16, 2010. However, AAPT had initially filed for the Grrr-Nola Trademark in 2004, but apparently had not then completed the process.

What I can tell you is that this morning I was told by a Super Walmart Pet Department Manager in Tampa, FL, that their store is going to be receiving NutraBars.
If you re-read her post, tracey30 was told: “Nutra Bars can be expected to be in stores between February 16th and the 22nd 2013”
Per the following February 8, 2013 post (#51202) from tracey30:
“Just received a Phone call from Walmart Corporate!
I posted previously that I sent an email via the Walmart Corporate website and asked that they validate their banner on the All American Pet Company website and if the Nutra Bars would be sold at Walmart
Just now, I received a telephone call from Lina at Walmart corporate - sorry didn't get a last name (I had an eight month old crawling around and was also too excited that Walmart was calling me)
My email asked if the Nutra Bars would be sold in a Walmart in Buffalo, NY as this is the closest store to me as I'm in Canada. This is what Lina has advised me:
Nutra Bars will start in 1000 Walmart stores in the USA - closest store to Buffalo, NY that they will be in is: Stamford, CT
Original and Low fat are the bars they will be carrying.
Lina said the bars were not offered online at this time, "but this may change". "As it changes from product to product".
Nutra Bars can be expected to be in stores between February 16th and the 22nd 2013
GO AAPT!”

A more recent visual update about the AAPT Shawnee, KS warehouse posted by the same nearby resident:
kansasthunder53.Feb 5, 2013 3:36 PM.
I like the stock and have seen the Shawnee warehouse. I didn't see any trucks but there were people working inside and they were working.
It is a big fine warehouse and the sign above it says "":All American Pet Brands ""
Per Walmart website: “The first thing people notice about our Regional Distribution Centers (DCs) is the sheer size – each of our 42 Regional U.S. Distribution Centers is over 1 million square feet.”

I've been a shareholder for the past two years and never received Eric's letter.
Second Request: You have repeatedly stated that AAPT's products had been available in only a very small number of Food Lion's 1,320 stores. Last night you stated only "5" stores, and tonight you stated it was only "7" stores. Although this matter occurred several years ago, I would appreciate if you would provide the source where you recently obtained this information. Thanks
Two weeks sounds realistic. I've called a few more WalMarts across the Country this week. Yesterday, I spoke with the Pet Department Manager in Acworth, GA (first store on the WalMart locations list for that State). He confirmed that NutraBars are in WalMart's system with AAP Sales & Distribution as the supplier. He then told me that his department is due for a products/shelving make-over in two weeks. However, he could not confirm with any certainly when his store will be receiving NutraBars.
WRONG ! All American Pet Brands is the designated manufacturer of record, regardless of whether NutraBars were initially made at KSU, or for example, CJ Foods (a major contract pet food manufacturer for many large and small pet food suppliers across the Country).
Yes, all the required labeling information is on the package.
Read the following FDA package labeling requirements:
FDA advisory titled: “PET FOOD: THE LOWDOWN ON LABELS”, which states in part:
“Pet Food Safety and Nutrition
No matter what choice they make, consumers can take comfort in knowing that pet food is manufactured under a series of standards and regulations. These regulations require some nutrients and additives, disallow others, and stipulate certain information that must be on the label. The labels of packages and cans of commercial cat and dog food must list five pieces of information: guaranteed analysis, nutritional adequacy statement, ingredients, feeding guidelines, and the manufacturer's name and address.”
http://www.fda.gov/AnimalVeterinary/NewsEvents/FDAVeterinarianNewsletter/ucm130726.htm#
By the way, can you name any foods (for humans or pets) that specifically state “FDA approved” on the box, package, jar, etc ?
maxxm- If what you say is true, then please post your supporting information evidencing that “it came out to 5 lion food stores” only. Thanks
Why not just make a simple phone call to get the truth ?
If anyone is interested in the true facts, call the WalMart Alachua, FL DC at 386-418-5900. I just spoke with Bill in Asset Protection, who confirmed that the facility consists of one building, but uses several street addresses, including “18223”, which is for WalMart.com. And shipments will be received at this address.
If in fact NutraBars are initially being manufactured at the Kansas State University’s Grain Science and Industry Department bakery facility, and if so at a cost-effective fee (or possibly there is no fee incurred by AAPT), I would find that quite an accomplishment for AAPT considering that:
“K-State is the only school in the United States that offers a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Bakery Science and Management, and our influence is felt world-wide. Each year, we place a new batch of well-educated graduates in a variety of high-salary careers. Restaurants, caterers, hotels, clubs, food manufacturers, testing laboratories, and large and small bakeries are just a few of the types of local, national, and international companies who compete for our graduates.”
http://www.grains.ksu.edu/p.aspx?tabid=389
Also:
“The K-State Grain Science and Industry program is now the only place in the United States that offers college degrees in baking, feed, or milling science and management. Our program not only grants Bachelor of Science degrees in these areas, but also Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees, as well as degree minors. Students learn the fundamental sciences of their fields, while at the same time gaining hands-on experience in K-State's modern pilot plants and laboratories, which include a bakery, feed manufacturing facility, and industrial scale flour mills.”
http://www.grains.ksu.edu/p.aspx?tabid=353
Thanks. In fact, a short while ago I randomly picked and called a WalMart in Little Rock, AR. The guy I spoke to in the Pet Department wasn’t the Manager, but as soon as I mentioned “NutraBars”, he responded that he was already aware of the product. However, he didn’t know when or which stores it would first become available.
I am not predicting how soon NutraBars will show-up at WalMart stores. Yet, I’ve been told that without a PO, they would not be listed in the WalMart system. And IMHO, all this was in progress prior to January 10, 2013.
For anyone who hasn’t yet attempted to verify last week’s PR, call and speak with a WalMart Pet Department Manager. All you need to give them is the product name, “NutraBar”, and the following UPC, “68797400293” (the “5” at the end of the total UPC that’s on the package gets dropped). I’ve spoken with two Southern California managers (last Friday and Sunday, whose stores are 75+ miles apart) who confirmed that NutraBars are in WalMart’s system, and the supplier is “AAP Sales & Distribution” (the AAPT affiliate noted in prior SEC filings). Neither person could tell me precisely when NutraBars will be available at their WalMart store, but one of them, whom I spoke with twice, offered to place an order at this time for me, so I would have them when in the future NutraBars arrive at his store. Time permitting this week, I plan to visit one or more of my local WalMarts when the Pet Department Manager is in, and see if I can obtain additional info.
Central Pet Distribution agreement for Pawtizer appears still in place. Product distribution may be timed to airing of recently taped Pawtizer commercial.

There was no misrepresentation regarding the location of AAPT's corporate domicile. Eric’s Employment Agreement with an effective date of May 29, 2012, was prior to the 8-K filed June 25, 2012, wherein AAPT proceeded to change its corporate domicile on June 11, 2012, from Maryland to Nevada, as stated below from the 8-K:
“Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On June 11, 2012, the Registrant entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reincorporation with All American Pet Company, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("AAPT NV”), in order to change the domicile of the Registrant from Maryland to Nevada. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reincorporation, the Registrant merged with and into AAPT NV, making AAPT NV the surviving corporation. The merger for reincorporation was completed on June 15, 2012.
The merger and reincorporation agreement was approved by the unanimous consent of the Board of Directors of the Registrant on June 11, 2012 and by AAPT NV on June 11, 2012, and occurred as a result of our stockholders approving the amendments at the 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. A copy of the Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reincorporation is attached hereto as Exhibit 2(c).”
The effective date of Eric Grushkin’s Employment Agreement was May 29, 2012. However, (prior to that date) on April 13, 2012, an Eric Grushkin filed a Fictitious Business Name Statement in Orange County, CA for “All American Brands”. Sounds very similar to “All American Pet Brands” doesn’t it ? What could have been the filer’s motive for securing this fictitious business name for his own personal use ?

Regarding Starr Queens Inc., per the “Calculate Restatement Fees” link (“CRF”), it lists the past due items necessary to re-activate the corporate status, which total $ 1,800.00. There is no information indicating that the corporate status was revoked for any other reason than not keeping current with the annual CRF items. If in fact it had stated “Permanently Revoked”, then the CFR page would not be available.
