Exactly one year ago company had 466 Millions share outstanding, THEY (Management) issued 180 Millions in one year and as of today it is 645 Millions and company has room for over 300 Million outstanding!!!.... why THEY (Management) already talking of increasing OS? we do not even know what they done with those 180 Millions..... this is incredible.
Year ago Company was also very nice to shareholders prior OS increase...... Remember?.... THEY won't fool me again. IMHO

News = Dilution.....looks like today was business as usual; this need to STOP NOW or this stock will continue going only one direction..... DOWN to triple zeros, RS and become another failed Pinky stock.
Do they plan start issuing more PR's so they can dump more shares? VFIN was selling shares all day today and we all know who they are and what they do for a living.
I don't know what to say anymore..... 6 months of disappointments and at .008 they still dumping shares..... day after day..... pretty sad. IMHO

What would you say if I told you I too have insight information? and the news is coming, BIG NEWS!.... would you believe me?
Maybe the guy who screamed few days ago "Blood bath is coming" got insight information too or maybe you should call the company and start your own rumors.... you do have phone, do you?
Where were you when Lcbm68 was spreading all kind of insight rumors? I did not see you crying then, and how those rumors did turn out?.... everybody knows they turned not so good.
As far as I'm concerned nothing with insight information was said here, this is public message board, anybody can say anything they want so chill out and wait for official release.
It is so unbelievable how easy people can be manipulated on message boards. IMHO

Do you really think they will stop diluting? at this point no serious investors would put their money on the line so the only available option left for them is more Toxic financing and more dilution and yes, I would be a buyer at this level, this is no brainer below penny but only to get out at the next spike..... No more long term investment, they will dilute more, they will increase outstanding or do RS, at the end company may succeed but current shareholders will be left with empty bags.
It is what it is and we always knew this may be the case here, now is totally new ball game which requires new strategy and this new strategy got nothing to do with long term investment.
I always said I will judge this Management team for their actions and 6 months of relentless dilution speak more than volume.
Don't you think enough is enough? for Don, Bob and Murdock obviously is not enough, they keep beating this dead horse every day for the last 6 months and at the same time talking about FLPC becoming a BLUE CHIP stock........ what a joke! good management would never allowed slip under a penny .... there is NO WAY BACK from this mess, as an investment this play is as good as dead, all is left is typical Pinky play....nothing more, sorry to say that.
Just my opinion of course.

This is what happens when people lose FAITH in Management; yes Bob... this stock become real GARBAGE..... I supported whole FLPC Management for over one year now and I feel like they lied to us by not telling what exactly went wrong with the Company..... and yes,something went very, very wrong at the end of last year and I like to know what was it?
Until today FLPC was always an investment for me but not anymore, I will EXIT this stock during juicy bounce in the near future.... yes, juicy bounce is coming but this is all what we may get here.... nothing more.
As for now this stock as an investment is finished, nobody serious enough would touch this one with ten foot pole, in the near future they will feed us with more PR's and perhaps more hopes only to dump many Millions of shares again..... dilute more and more.... at the end they will again increase authorized or do RS as every stinky Pinky so called stocks do...... very sad but sh*t finally hit the fun here and there is NO WAY BACK.
At the end FLPC may succeed but current shareholders will NOT..... as of this moment long term holding of this crap is no longer an option for me.
I'm one of the few here who are in the profit yet and I prefer to keep it this way....... I really feel like Bob let down so many people and so many of them will lose almost everything or they already did.... I wonder how he can sleep at night?

This is exactly what you get when company lose investors trust and after 6-7 months of relentless dilution, in other words.... you get NOTHING.... company without value with potential investors staying away and not touching this diluted stock with a 10-foot-pole...... thanks Murdock for enhancing shareholder value, job well done.
Right now this company is as good as dead and it will take a lot to start this stock moving again and I mean a LOT. IMHO

Funny thing is when one year ago people like BimmerDFW and MasterBidder show up screaming "Blood bath is coming" stock went up 1500%.
Price of .005 wasn't low enough for them so they get left behind watching and scratching their heads, now when situation may very well repeats itself or in my opinion stock may shoot even higher (in percentage point) they again start showing up and screaming "Blood bath is coming" and once again today .013 is not low enough price for them to pay. LOL
They think FLPC is the same scam OTC/Pinks stock which is NOT...... FLPC is for real and the PPS today is as ridiculously low as was one year ago at .005.... Some people never learned. IMHO

GO4AWILDRIDE.... I don't know about you but I'm losing my faith in this company and current Management and I was one of a few who ALWAYS prised FLPC Management Team as the best we have seen in OTC/Pinks Market..... can't say the same things anymore, dilution is far beyond acceptable level at this point.... this stock is simply dying and I think that complete PPS collapse will happen within days not weeks or months...... what the heck is happening here? FLPC should be the REAL DEAL, stock for the ages, stock people will be talking about for many years to come, instead of that we got silence and every day dilution, dilution, dilution plus more dilution and more silence, the same way as almost all OTC/Pinks so called stocks.... No, I'm losing my Faith in this whole operation.
I still have hope for some turn around here but my initial investment was based on FUNDAMENTALS plus extraordinary past Management performance and HOPE is not what I like to based on my investment...... many on this board put their life savings on the line believing in this Company and Management.... I think we all have been taken for a ride here.
Today is my one year anniversary of holding FLPC stock, this should be time for celebration instead is a very sobering reminder about OTC/Pink Market, I thought Management can be the different in this game.... well, this game is almost over here.... enough said.
I still have hope but no more than that..... pretty sad.....

Is too late for this kind of updates, not at this point.... there is too much damage to PPS already and update on things we already know will do no good here, next PR need to be better than good, something good and surprising..... firing Murdock could be the good start, would double or triple FLPC PPS in no time but to really start this boat moving again Company need to come out with something BIG, until then we will see more days like today.... unfortunately!!
I really start wonder what exactly is going on here? Where is our shipment to China? Did it get lost at sea or something? Did we get the contract or not? What is the status on Lovelock Mill? do FLPC still even mining Antimony?.... we don't know NOTHING so no wonder PPS is at .016 cent and falling daily.... even important event like Antimony Conference in Spain can't do anything here? For the last 5 Months Management succeeded only to create doubts about their own Company, I try to wrap my head around it and I don't have answer.... I'm thinking Murdock is solely responsible for the mess we are in right now but I can be wrong.... Management is not talking and without some answers PPS will go down even further.
Last year Management have done EXEPTIONALY good job here and I praised them so many times for great job they have done.... but that was then and this is now... this is very depressing and very disappointing. IMHO

I always knew this Conference will bring lots of awareness for FLPC, this may be a turning point here.
Conference in Spain attendees are the biggest names involve with Antimony so there is no larger stage for Don to introduce First Liberty Power to the World and make loud and clear that "We are the OLNY Antimony working Mine in the USA".... this Conference is BIG for us. IMHO

Antimony Conference in Spain is quite important event, I assume video of Don speech or perhaps whole Conference videography will be available for public viewing.... it is hard to imagine they will keep everything from that Conference behind closed doors...... like some kind of Government secrets or something... ... when such video will be available then we should see it on Company website, the same way as two previous Bob Reynolds webcast interviews...... this is simply too important event and should be available for viewing on Company website... IMHO

ddm.... over 10Mil shares were sold this week by investors who lost patience here, not a good strategy if you ask me but never the less this is OTC/Pinks Land so can't really blame them, specially when everything is so quite here and we can't even correctly guess where we stand at the moment.
I've been here long enough and I made my mind long time ago.... when company looks real and Management looks real then I must wait for whatever will come out of this situation, it is hard to watch almost daily sea of red but when Don and Bob publicly stated "The best is yet to come" then I will have to go with them and not with stampeding shareholders, this Management team NEVER failed, NEVER lied, and ALWAYS delivered what was promised.
I believe they are trying to put house in order or as good shape as possible so they can get new, better and bigger investors, good financing and finish what they started.
I think I'm right here but of course only time will tell... Cheers. IMHO
