As the Chairman of NaLa Dorwart has significant influence with other wireless providers. We could conceivable see Good Gaming mobile games preloaded on millions of phones per year.
Ever seen people with carts loaded with food at Walmart that pull out their SNAP card to pay? Their kids are always wearing new Jordans and $200 Beat headphones. Somehow these people also manage to drive nice cars with expensive rims.
There is a distinct difference between the very small percentage of people who need federal assistance and the much larger percentage of people who commonly game the system for free things from the govt.
Dorwart talks about the ability to upload Good Gaming mobile games initially on 100,000 phones per month but says they have the ability to eventually upload onto millions of mobile phones.
Can anyone guess why?
David Dorwart is the Chairman of The National Lifeline Association (NaLa)
The National Lifeline Association is the only industry trade group specifically focused on the Lifeline segment of telecommunications. It supports the four essential pieces of Lifeline: ETCs and providers, distributors, Lifeline supporters and participants, and government and regulatory bodies.
The federal Lifeline program was created by Congress in 1985 to ensure that all Americans have access to quality telephone service. The Lifeline program requires that potential subscribers take part in a federal assistance program such as Medicaid or Food Stamps, or earn no more than 135 percent of the federal poverty level, and may not receive service from more than one Lifeline carrier at the same time.
People need to look at the really big picture here.
Shareholder update from the CEO.....

Class action lawsuit based on what?
I'm sure everyone would love to see the facts that would support such a statement which we know is nonsense.
Better yet, why don't you lead the way to this fictitious "class action?" Oh, that's right, allegedly, according to your own words, you've only made money on this stock!
LMFAO!
I love those who look for excuses not to do the obvious. Why make an attempt to reach out for answers when it's so much easier to bitch and give opinions?
Giving details of the actual project and giving an opinion are two separate things. If he could talk about his views previously, I'm sure he still can now.
Gee... I laid down the gauntlet asking to go head to head with facts. Is there a problem?
Why was I ignored?
Always be careful of those who consider dealing with facts as inconvenient truths.
Stocks go up and stocks go down. Anyone with two eyes has to be laughing at anyone's ability to call the movement of a stock knowing that eventually their prediction will be right.
Reminds me of playing chess with a pigeon who walks all over the board knocking pieces down and struting around like they won.
From what I understand Fluxty is the "creative" behind this project. Maybe you should reach out to see what he has to say about his view of this project. JMHO
Yes, they buy all kinds of crap because they have everything subsidized. This is a numbers game as far as getting their mobile app in front of as many eyes as possible. That will create advertising revenues along with in-game upgrades.
Really? Point out any part of the release that has been repeated before and would constitute a statement like "same old crap."
Point out the "fluff."
Let's go head to head so I can dispell inaccurate assumptions with actual facts.
I don't think we read the same press release. Pretty sure you're talking about the wrong company. I can't visualuze a comparitive because it seems as though stuff is just being made up.
I've come to the realization that no matter what news comes out on this company there will always be those who will go out of there way to look for negatives.
Obviously, they are scorned.
I'm not aware of banks shorting into S-1 registration statements. Especially ones that transpired two years ago.
NITE is the number one market maker for order flow. That said, I would find it hard to believe that so many multiple orders would come in at the same price to equal the amount reflected and even harder to believe that one person would want to sell such a large position at this level, especially right after this news. Most likely, NITE is reflecting orders from another market maker who doesn't want to disclose their actions on the level 2 and want to keep the stock down at this level so close to the end of the month.
False, ViaOne is the parent company of Good Gaming. While they are factually two separate companies, they share many of the same employees and all of the officers of Good Gaming are the officers of ViaOne Services. The reason for the term partnership in the agreement is because ViaOne is involving some of their other brands in order to solidify this project. Different companies working together for the benefit of a singular project is the partnership. However, all these companies are owned and controlled by ViaOne Services.
Anyone can go on ViaOne Services website to see that Good Gaming is listed as one of nine brands that they own. That would make ViaOne the parent of GMER.
Funny thing what two seconds of due diligence can find.
I love the Web3 integration of their mobile game apps. The significance of the partnership is two-fold:
1. This solidifies the relationship between Good Gaming and their parent company ViaOne, which happens to be a company that does in excess of $200+ million in revenue a year, mostly in the wireless industry.
2. Because of ViaOne Service's abilities in the wireless industry, Good Gaming will be able to "pre-install" up to 100,000+ phones per month not counting potential downloads from Google and Apple app stores.
Because of the unique ability for their future mobile games to integrate into the Web3 market, it opens the door for incredible opportunities while also keeping our MicroBuddies alive.
JMHO
Life wouldn't be fun if you didn't have someone there ready to piss on your cornflakes.
Hopefully sooner than later. But this company has always been one press release away from a potential breakout.
Moral has absolutely nothing to do in the decision of a company putting out legitimate news.
Nope, that individual was telling eveyone to sell when it moved from .02 to .06 before the big run.
Please give us your expertise on tokenization for a public company when the SEC has no set rules and guidelines for public companies?
Please detail the liabilities involved for companies with no such protocol.
It's not interesting because it never happened. But you have a point!
Why would a person that allegedly took a 500% profit on a stock be touting that the CEO of that company should be in jail?
Like Judge Judy says, "If it doesn't make sense, it's a lie!"
Wrong! In order for a pump and dump you need a "dump."
This company has no convertible notes and has never dumped a significant amount of shares into the market.
People go to jail for serious criminal activities. Why don't you tell us what crime has been committed that would warrant such a ridiculous comment so we can take comments like that seriously?
There is no pending lawsuit. People need to be aware of this type of defamatory misinformation.
If there is a lack of news is because there isn't anything of a material value to report..... yet!
"Miss leading" is quite embarrassing.
Next thing you know we'll be told how smart you are for selling shares at .40 cents.
At this point, I'd rather take my investment advice from Joe Biden!
LMFAO!
What new product? The one they stole and are being sued for over $50 million?
Now, their former Chair and CEO is suing for $30million.
That's over $80 million in lawsuits in the last 90 days!
Ride the wave!!!!
www.marketscreener.com/quote/stock/FSD-PHARMA-INC-45040017/news/DR-RAZA-BOKHARI-FORMER-EXECUTIVE-CHAIRMAN-AND-CEO-OF-FSD-PHARMA-FILES-TWO-ADDITIONAL-CLAIMS-AGAIN-44157471/
Hahahaha.....
Keep on with that story!
I remember you telling everyone to sell after it jumped from .02 cents to .08 cents before it ran to .75 cents.
That's a fact!!!!
Except the company has never pumped anything or put out a fluff release. Furthermore, the company has done everything they said they would do with the exception of turning GOO into a tradeable token which was a regulatory issue out of their control.
Facts matter to those who like to deal with reality not fantasy.
The only dilution the company has comes from their registered ESOP that is paid to employees on a monthly basis. No employee has an interest in selling their shares at these levels.
Stocks go up and stocks go down over time, that's a fact. However, every time this company comes out with news they have a 50% - 400% and sometimes higher jump in price.
That's a fact!
GMER has always done very well with good news
Well, that is physically impossible. Please educate us on how a public company can short its own stock. Especially, one that doesn't meet the stringent margin requirements for shorting?
Looking forward to seeing your impresses due diligence that will show the basis for such ludicris statement.
Based on what? Please state the basis for a shareholder lawsuit and the criminal act that would jeopardize the CEO's freedom?
Here it is... your time to shine! We're all ears!
LMFAO at this absurdity.
No kegitimate company would do that. They would shoot themselves in the foot and prevent themselves from ever raisingegitimate capital in the future.
These are not the typical OTC scumbags we commonly see running public companies. They are high IQ business people with proven track records of success trying to make a go of an investment they made several years ago in an industry they are not proficient in.
Patience will prevail with this situation.
Please explain, this statement makes zero sense.
ViaOne already owns GMER and David Dorwart is already CEO of both companies.
ViaOne and Dorwart have over $2 million+ invested in GMER. Anyone who thinks that they would walk away has rocks in their head.
To answer your question, the board could always approve issuing additional shares to themselves at any price, but they know as a fully reporting company all issuances are fully disclosed to shareholders and a move like that would not bode well with existing or potential shareholders.
