When was the last time the 3 amegos were silent for 48 hours. Especially when the stock is going up. You might be right, lawsuit or some big news is on the way. Buy before it is to late. HTI(hlnt) is ready to pop. Like I said "the train is leaving the station". Don't be left at the station===> buy buy buy
Looks like ta train is leavin ta station. Too msny positive posts today. This is the way it should be, positive, constructive, informative posts. AS Geneo1 says GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HLNT.
Jason===> Let's hope you are right. May 2012 the holders of shares of HTI will all be singing "Happy days are here again" and the downplayes will still be saying the "Ta sky is fallin" LOL
As my memory serves me correctly, the last PIPE was in Dec. 2011 and the stock hit .0010 on 1/17/2012. No PIPE since then and the stock has been stable. First quarter fins. were OK and not in the red like last year. There has been some advances to the company. Looks like sales coming up to me. HTI is going in the right direction, and not fast enough for some posters.
The financials will tell us a lot about where this company in going. This is just the beginning of this company really taking off. The potential is here. They have a product that works. Saving 20-30% on a companies fuel bill is big. Every company in the transportation industry is in it for making money. Installing the wildcat and saving money on fuel ==> priceless.
Thanks Sparks for all your work. It makes it a lot easier understanding what is going on in the legal front. Keep up the good work.
Why sell a stock at .0019 when it was selling all morning at .0020? Very interesting trading day so far.
Sal and iron ===> Their come a time when a stock goes into the toilet or soars. This stock is ready to soar. Too many good things are in the pipeline. You have heard of the calm before the storm. Buckle up and start counting your money. Holding long and ready to enjoy the ride, despite other posters take on the stock. As Geneo1 writes ===> Goooooooooooooooooooooo HLNT
I think there are investors (shorters) who are waiting for the next PIPE and the stock to go down. There has been no PIPE's and the shorters are getting antsy. If the financials are better than the last quarter ===> the stock will go up and the shorters will take it in the pants. This stock has so much potential and it is only my opinion. Holding long and Strong GoooooooooooooooooooHLNT (HTI)
Thanks PD for keeping us up to date on fraud. Oh what happened ta southern writtin. oops
Welcome back carndog, even if only twice a day. Looks like HTI is in a full steam ahead. Many things are coming down the pipe, and maybe no more PIPE's. Financials coming out the end of the month. Hanging in there and going long for a touchdown. Goooooooo HLNT.
Let's keep things into the real world. A lot of speculation on this Message Board. Financials are real and will be out the end of this month. The financials will give real information on how the company is doing, not someones take, suppositions, speculations and digging up old information. Holding ===> this stock is going to be the real deal, if you can not be patient, move on. GOOOOOOOOOOO HLNT
Hope you are correct. That would get this board moving in a positive direction.
Most companies stock prices move up or down with the reporting of financials, not with PR's. I would hope Chad et al. will not report every deal and show the income on the quarterly financials.
I would think if there was continuing bad news they would wait until June to release the financials, like they did the last quarter?
Let's not forget, financials were promised the end of April. They should answer some questions. The company has been very quiet, and to have financials now instead of June.
5. Is there a target date to become fully reporting?
HTI expects to complete the process of becoming fully reporting in the 3rd Quarter of this year. The process has multiple steps involved in it, and HTI has been taking these steps, including corrections to the released financial statements for the year ending of 2011. Due to the work that has been completed, HTI expects to release the 1st Quarter financials during the month of April.
LoanGuy I agree with you. Chad is doing the right thing. There are too many posters who do not own shares in HTI and post on this board. I don't think the CEO of others companies tells investors every move they make. Look to the financials for how the company is progressing.
0.0010 by friday I would think
Robinson and Foster, who from behind the scenes and through the private companies control HLNT.
TV you are stating this for a fact, can you back up this statement.
LoanGuy do you really think trucking companies are concerned about The EPA approval or saving a ton of money on fuel savings? I would think saving money, only my opionion.
FYI the annual usage of diesel world wide is @185 billion gallons or 700 billion liters. That is a lot of fuel. Just at $4.00 PER GAL. = $786 BILLION dollars. You can only dream.
Jason==> I hold a few more shares than you have. I think your estimate of .18-.26 is a bit low. Look at potential P/E levels. A sale of 1,000 units should boost the stock .02 per share with a P/E level of 20. Their are a million applications for the Wildcat. It works with gas, diesel and natural gas engines. Their is much potential for this product. I see only up side to the Wildcat Line. This could be bigger than anyone on this board could imagine. This is only my opinion and I know there will be posters that will disagree with anything posted positive. They are entitled to their opinion as am I.
Loan Guy ==> remember "one mans junk is another mans treasure." The treasure being, owning shares in HTI.
PD are you saying HHO technology does not work or HTI's wildcat is lilke all the rest of the HHO technology's. Your posts are very confusing. If the wildcat is a bad unit ===> How many of them have been returned.
Sparks, I believe PD et al are correct. Anyone can Produce HHO. What sets the Wildcat apart from other Hydrogen generators is the Wildcat uses 1-3 amps to produce Hydrogen and a cpu to regulate the flow of Hydrogen and Oxygen into the engine. I have a friend who had a company that had a HHO generator. They used 25-30 amps to generate HHO. This high amps burned up the two electrodes in about 100 hours. Making the unit worthless. The Wildcat, I think recommends replacement of the electrodes at 10,000 hours at a cost of $300. The bottom line is the Wildcat works. There are quite a few units installed and to my knowledge none returned. This is only my take on PD post.
Let's get with the real world, yesterdays 10 mil. shares traded was only 0.4 % of the total shares that can be traded. That does not equal "the sky is falling" or everyone heading for the exits. It seems everyone is holding and letting Chad and HTI do their thing and laying a good foundation for a successful company. With the coming of spring we should see HTI blossom and the negative posters melt away like the melting of snow. I am long and very patient. GOOOO HLNT.
Sparks thanx for all the info., it if appreciated. FYI the highest price for diesel in US is Hawaii at $5.028 and lowest is Missouri at $3.937. Average diesel price in US is $4.432. Average price of diesel in Europe is $7.52. OUCH What a savings for the truck owners. That is a savings of $0.90 / gallon. The Wildcat Booster works===> This company has nowhere to go but up. Investors be patient and you will be rewarded. I like many of our friends are long and patient.
We are all waiting with baited breath.
Well said Gene01. Too much dressing and not enough meat on this board. The financials (4th quarter) may not be what everyone wants. The company is moving in a positive direction. That is the bottom line. The future looks good for HTI. GOOOOOOOOOO HLNT
Sparks --> is a good assumption that Humphries disclosure and the supplying of documents will bring a lot of heat on Walters and Ribotsky. Can Humphries cop a deal to save himself and bring down the other 2 amigos?
Sparks==> will Wildcat Booster be applicable to Natural Gas Engines? I don't think they are as efficient as Gas and Diesel engines? Maybe the Wildcat will increase efficiency and horsepower?
If for one minute anyone thinks gas and diesel prices will come down and stay down is living in a make believe world. Our world supply of oil is getting lower and demand keeps going up. Remember the old saying ===> supply + demand = prices going up. The whole world is now catching up with the US in demand. HTI is sitting in the cat bird seat. Patience + a good working foundation = wealth. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HLNT.
Buy + Hold + Patience = $$$$$$Seems very simple to me. I have bought, holding and will be patience = $$$$$. This stock is MONEY. To quote one poster. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HLNT.
I know who bought 1500000 shares. The order was put in last night for 1500000 at .0019. He wanted to acquire some more shares before they went up.
It seems to me that Chad is laying a good foundation for HTI. If a stock does not have one, it will eventually crumble. Everything in the newsletter leads to a good foundation. I could not find any negatives in the newsletter. If you don't believe in Chad and HTI ====> SELL and move on. HTI has great potential.GOOOOOOO HTI.
This might be a real exciting week, so buckle up and enjoy the ride. Hopefully it will be up up and away. GO HLNT
There are not many Wildcat Dealers in Western Half of the US. One in Idaho and one in Arizona. I live in Northern California-> not much of a winter so far. GO Lakers and HLNT.
Just found some more sites that might be interested in an article on the Wildcat Booster.

Just surfing around my computer and came accross this site. Fleet Owners Magazine. They have a lot of articles on fuel and going green for diesel trucks. I could not figure out how to contact them to run an article about the Wildcat Booster. Maybe someone can figure out how to do it. Site = fleetowner.com Check it out.
With China and India using more fuel everyday, price of oil will continue to go up( taking with it the price of fuel). There are Millions of applications for the Wildcat Booster. The talk of hopping it gets to .12 or even to .28 may not come true. It may be a question of $1 plus. This stock has the potential of going thru the roof on price. Nasdaq here we come, sooner than later. We are all in it for the money, so hold tight and collect $$$$$$$$$.
