HEAVY VOLUME MUST MEAN NEWS IS IN THE MAKING!!!!
GO FSNR!!!!
GO FSNR!!!!!
It is evident that the newbies do not comprehend the difference between loss and debt. A public company is all about the share structure. Also the float is much different do to the fact that a large part of that is held by long term investors making the float much smaller than one expects. It is amazing how the newbies became involved. I guess we all have to blame the blogs for our short comings. Management very very impressive!!!!
Hmmm Raise money? Public company? Why in the world do companies go public? Amazing correlation I guess. Hmmm why do companies have IPO's? I guess FSNR falls into this category and uses Equity to raise capital.
Did you read post #28,796, Posted 40 minutes ago? Yep same boiler plate information is put in thousands of 10K's as required by Audit firms. Kind of hard to fail if you have assets and no debt.
Could you explain the amount of Debt? I guess I am having trouble reading the balance sheet of FSNR
You have to own shares in FSNR so now you have your answer!
NO!!!!
I will soon expose all!!!
SEMPER FI!!!
Good post and good advice!! Go FSNR
Yes DD you are right on!!!! Do you remember that attorney "Penn" that did some opinion letters on stock for us in the 90"s? He called me numerous times repeating the same thing over and over again until I finally stopped taking his phone calls. His family called saying he died of aids and this caused his problems. God rest his soul!!!
Totally in 100% agreement Steady T. Go FSNR!!!! Woof, Woof
I guess this is a fine example of why I stopped teaching business 101. FSNR will make some very good in roads for patient investors. Those that are non believers will have to re assess their positions. I will stick with mine and will tell the astute investors to do so also.
No Problem Sir.
Yes there are risk in ALL STOCKS GM is a good example 100% loss. I've been in this stock since 1997 and I am very familiar with the Q's.
True FSNR will make it happen. I know the past but I am investing for the future, not the past. I consider this as an investment for retirement not a trading stock, but you can make decent money if you are an astute trader. I will hold my position.
The glass is half full, not half empty.
RJ and Lee, I can tell both of you are smart traders. I hope FSNR performs well for you. I that happens we all win.
On the other hand guess where 500,000 shares taking out the ask would take FSNR
500,000 shares = 25 cents ++
I know there are trades between MM's and shareholders by stock which are the retail sales, what other kind of transactions are there? Please elaborate?
The recent changes in the FINRA rules you cannot find a brokerage firm that will let individuals short small float stocks like FSNR
You are right DD! The MM's always trade from a short position and when they make a sale and have no sellers in the stock they short the shares to make the transaction. The rules have changed and FINRA that governs the MM's have a rule you can only have a short position for 3 days or it goes against the MM's net capital. They trade this short off to a friendly MM to keep from having a Net Capital problem. You will probably see the same amount traded back on Monday or Tuesday. When you see the MM spread out the Bid and the Ask, it is to try to keep buyers from buying a good indication they are short. This is what you are seeing in FSNR.
as to FSNR, make one wonder how many post would be on this board if the posting was not repeats? The positive facts on FSNR is shown in the release of the latest pr.
I know that FSNR owns 1/3 of a water facility which was bought for the benefit of the shareholders.

"It's ok if I imply it in a negative light, not ok if you do in a postive one."
Being Positive, I have been in FSNR since 1997. I bought the stock to add to retirement. I am well pleased that is has become a full reporting company and has kept all of the filings up to date. The Majority of like companies are now non-existent due to the lack of filings. Yes there will be 10Q's filed as well as 8 K's. I always remember what my Father told me about people who say "I am going to be honest with You"
I see the positives of FSNR are about 570 shareholders on the plus side to about 10 on the negative side. Yes FSNR compared to the numbering of the playboy bunnies is about a 7 and could become a 9. Of course we all know that a 10 is the highest level. FSNR will certainly be placed as a high number due eviromentally helping of the world as well as being a GREEN COMPANY.
Someone made a good buy at a dime. Go FSNR
That's right. The only successful FSNR investors are the ones who have been selling all along. This is not a stock that is worth accumulating. There's nothing but hype.
Sell on an uptick. Buy back in at the bottom.
So Now you are a financial adviser?
What license do you hold?
I am pretty sure the office was moved seven years ago to Arlington, and then moved to Down town Dallas for the last 6 years. Wow I wonder on whose door you have been knocking. This all was just relayed to me by a director in the company.
I think if my memory is correct that was several years ago when the office was in Fairfield. Different people and better management today. Was in excess of 6 years ago.
For credibility sake, no one has received samples of Petrozene twice. The person I spoke to handles all the shipments of Petrozene and if you want to know his name, order some.
What other evaluations were used and other documentation? Was this a scientific study on Petrozene.
Very well stated Finisher. You are an astute investor. The best is yet to be on FSNR.
I know DD but sometimes it is just so hard to do!! The facts are in the FSNR Filings.
No Sax sorry you do not understand!! You can partner with people on a deal and no legal partnership exist. Twisting the terms trying to get out of a misstatement holds no water. You and Dad can talk about this all you want and it does not change the facts.
FSNR is very specific in what their dealings are and they file these as a public company.
Partnering with a company means working with a company or individuals.
Partnership is when a formal document is in place forming an entity.
Thought I would explain the difference.
What Partnership has FSNR formed?
