Just looked at our beloved PCBM/SERAC. I see the most one can hope to sell for is .0002. That means some fools that bought at .0008 have lost 75% of their cash already- Ouchisimo!! We don't seem to be seeing anymore posts from Chris or PseudoChris here anymore. I can tell because the posting volume has returned to manageable levels. Boy he sure did a great job of saving people from financial loss with his heroics. Gotta give him credit.
Geo.
No Rick,
I did not get more CLSI, but hey I am amking pennies on my few shares. That's the downside of trying to squeeze out that last cent. I will have to see it pull back or look for a new play stock.
Geo.
Put me in at $110
George
Rick-
I got filled for a whopping 17,000 shares at .024 yesterday. I went back in this morning and ordered 50,000 @ .025. No fill on those yet.
Geo.
That's what I thought. That means only newly printed certs can be sold.
Geo.
Rick-
Trying to get back into CLSI this morning on the cheap. Put an order in at .024. Bid is .022, so maybe get lucky?
Geo.
Looks like Serac is .0003 X .0004 right now. Of course any price is meaningless when less than $1000 worth is traded. Obviously without a new pump, anyone trying to get out with a few thousand bucks worth of shares would collapse the price.
I also have a question. Could any PCBM shares held in street name by a brokerage actually be sold, without shares being first replaced by the new stock with new CUSIP #? Also how about the idiots holding certs? Can they be turned in to the brokerage and sold as is, or do they have to be mailed in to the TA first for new ones? If the answers to those questions are they can't be sold as is, then the stuckholders have no rapid escape and only newbies can be had by mgmt's printing presses on the next pump. Me thinks that's the real reason for the April fool's day name change - to stop anyone from bailing out before the reverse split/merger or anyone selling into the next pump. Obviously this sucker is not going to die. There would not have been a name change if more schemes were not planned. Anyone have any ideas/observations?
Geo.
That is a neat one about the TA not being gagged, just doesn't know how many shares there are. The TA has to know the amount of shares issued by definition. It is his function to hold, distibute and track them.
Geo
Hi Rick,
No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. I did get out of my BICO at .17, paid 22 -ouch! WIll try to get into CLSI at .024-.026 tomorrow.
Thanks,
Geo.
Google does make it's money via advertisers. Just type in a subject. I just punched in classic cars for the heck of it. To the right of the page listings are websites you can click on to buy the subject of your inquiry. People pay dearly for that kind of access.
Geo.
Reads like the PCBM code of ethics
Rick,
I think that is wise. I had played CLSI several years ago, late 1999 -early 2000 maybe. I thought it was a good stock then. I don't understand how it ever got down to where it is now. Barring an unforseen event, I will bail from BICO in the morning, take my lumps and move on. I do like my position in WHT, a Canadian gold mining operation that is also for real. I owned it at .70 and now it is almost $3.
Geo.
Thanks Rick.
I need to do something. I am getting killed in BICO.
Janice,
You been checkin' on my EBAY radio tube sales today? I just added that gem to my watch list. 51 bids. It's you and me baby if that dress fits!!LOL
Geo.
Wonder how long before the bank forecloses on them? Wouldn't be good For Harlin. He still has a reputation of sorts.
Mad Clown has had his act together for a long time. Whoever he is, he is intelligent and angry. Now whether he will invest the timne and money it will take to bring these crooks to justice is another thing. I hope he does. If he started a fund to bring charges, I'd throw a few bucks into it. He has Wendela's number. Unfortunately I don't thing even he has her real name and address. She has thrown a smoke screen over that. No one can pick 30 losers in a row. Especially an educated woman that has/had a broker's license and worked for a boiler room before. Too much coincidence.
IMHO
Geo.
Wow,
$1.7 million traded at or above .0006. I'd love to know who were the stuckees this time around. I'd like to think it was the same previous stuckees wanting to get richer when their ship comes in. Just like an alcoholic being offered a drink these folks just can't say no if they can get some additional funds or credit.
Geo.
Yes Janice,
That is truly sad. I think that's why we speak out. I believe I said before, I know one ex-PCBMer, widower, 66 years old in New Port Richey. Put every dime he had into PCBM at .22. When his ship didn't come in, he was left to drive a cab. Hocked about everything and when his computer crashed he was writing me from the neighbor's computer. Very sad. Stan has been in contact with some who lost their homes, their marriages, whatever. One could make the argument that these people deserve to lose everything for being so stupid and their mentality is why they are broke. You would be correct, but that's not the point. It is scammers like the pennystock managers or the pumpers that prey off these people. These con men take their life savings and more by offering them the huge payoff that will make them rich. A once in a lifetime opportunity. You know, the boats and fancy vacations, Mercedes, whatever. Sipping penis Coladas on the Isle of Bali from the deck of their yacht. They offer up an illusion. To those of us who are financially OK, we play the market to make a few bucks or as a game. Even if we do it to earn an income, we never allow a single stock to become an emotional issue. We harbor no illusions of infinite wealth from a single penny stock. Odds are better by throwing your life savings at the roulette wheel.
What do I know?
Geo.
I see that the pictures Bush doesn't want us to see have made the internet. Even though Matt Drudge is a jerk, I give him credit for publishing these:
http://www.drudgereport.com/dover.htm
It really puts this whole Iraq mess into perspective. Makes me wanna cry. Bastard ought to send his daughters over there and then see how gung ho he is.
Geo.
I am also a cash cutomer. I too came in just over 800, 805. As I said, I did take out a small (50K) mortgage when I built two years ago. Considering I have almost $400K in the property, it is minute amount. It will be paid off by December. My cars are bought for cash (except my Mercedes which is leased by my corporation)and I have zero debt. One of the keys for living well in retirement like you are and I soon will be, is not owing anybody any money.
Geo.
Rick,
I did that before I applied for the mortgage. There were errors and I got them all corrected, so I knew what my score was before I even went to the bank. Makes for a pleasant trip and leaves you the option to negotiate for the best possible terms.
Geo.
Best thing to do is go to www.myfico.com and get the same report as the banks or mortgage companies get. It will cost you about $39, but it will not only give you your FICO score but will include all 3 major credit bureaus info. Most people will find they have reporting errors to correct. If you can't come up with near 800 on your FICO, you will not get the best rates- and it will take you at least 5 years of perfect credit to get that type of score..
I go to St. Pete a lot. Tampa even more so.I was down to the DRays game last Friday night when they played the White Sox. About a 90 mile drive each way, but on the Suncoast it's a prety quick ride for us.
Geo.
Since I am old (63), I built my house for cash. I did take out a small mortgage 2 years ago when I built to pay for pool, landscaping, etc. at 6.50% I just took out $40K last month to pay it off using my house's credit line at 3.75 percent, locked in for 5 years at fixed payments. SO I still owe $40K on my house, but it wil be paid off in 5 years and in the meanwhile, my balance will be at 3.75% interest rate. There is no way I am going to refinance and take out $300K or $400K in equity just to spend it. At some point in my future it may provide income by means of a reverse mortgage.
Yes it is amazing how the whole jobs issue is distorted. This country is in a serious mess. Not only have we had big time inflation for a while now (housing prices, gas, food, etc.), but unemployment is a disaster. Wait until interest rates go up and watch all the foreclosures as people have kept the economy afloat buy refinancing their homes, pulling out all the equity and refinancing to the max, on ARMs no less. What an impending disaster. Now I see yesterday, the Iraq war will cost $70 billion more than anticipated this year and the budget completely left out Afghanistan besides. I am basically a Republican in philosophy, but this is the most corrupt, lying bunch of thieves ever to occupy the oval office. Problem is John Q public is too stupid to see it. That is what is so scary. If there are 4 more years of Dubya, it will take generations to repair this mess. And to think how well this country was doing a mere 4 years ago, budget surplus, millions of new jobs, peace around the world, respect for the US and yes, respect for Clinton too. Lying about a blow job is nonsense compared to the lies this administration is feeding us daily. What we need is someone do to a computer -generated graphic of what 700 plus flag-draped coffins look like end to end. Dubya won't allow real ones to be shown, so as to keep this horror under wraps.
Geo.
Rick,
Congrats to you and the others that got out at .0006-.0008. It appears that the pump is over. Volume and price are once again heading south. One has to wonder at who the new stuckees are. Are they the same old "true longs?" or are they new victims? Somebody made a lot of money the last few days. Don't know if the pump was to dump the last 2 billion shares from LoC or if more were newly printed specifically for this operation. Baring action form Nevada or the SEC, there seems to be no way to protect the public from their own stupidity and maybe that's the way it should be.
Geo.
Hey, Hey, Jeff- I met my current wife in Indiana. You could get unlucky- er lucky there too.
Geo.
Well, the way I see it, those that bought at .0001 can now sell at .0003 and that's a triple, no matter how many zeros you put in front of it. The fact that the company is worthless is also irrelevant. Alan is doing a good job of recovering his money if he stays out of jail or civil actions by pawning this crap onto new (and old) victims.
Geo
Rick,
Makes me sick, but that's the game.
Geo.
Janice,
Besides being a holy roller nutcase, Ashcroft is actually stupid as in intellectually dumb. Terrorists are not near as important to him as covering up lady justice's boobs with a $7000 drape so he wouldn't be embarassed when giving press conferences. Also gun rights- yeah every 7th grader has the constitutional right to an Uzi- and you'd better not hand out condoms to teenagers either. That's a sin. Yep, abstinence, that's the only way. WWJD?
Hi Janice,
Quite a mess, isn't it. I am aware of most of it. I don't know if you have read Richard Clark's "Against All Enemies" yet, but if not, do so. I know that Andy Card told Dubya of the second plane while he was in the classroom trying to read. He did nothing. He went back to reading with the kids. That was his script and his puppetiers always insist he follow the script. He didn't have a clue of what to do. The thinking is done by Cheney. According to Clark's book, Bush finally did take off on the run, not knowing where or what to do. It was Clark who ordered the fighter jets to accompany him and he was ordered to go to the bunker in Nebraska.
As for NORAD, they had the info and failed to act. I don't know of a single person associated with this bungle who was ever even reprimanded no less fired for this tragic comedy of errors. The lowly FAA guy, first day on the new job had the guts to order all planes grounded immediately.
Two questions beg to be asked. Why did Ashcroft refuse to fly commercially after the August 9th PDB and why was the Bin Laden family flown to Virginia on Sept 12 and then whisked immediately out of the country by private jet before they could be questioned about their dear relative, Osama by the FBI. This was during a ban of all flights in the US. This one will outlast the Kennedy Conspiracy theories by a lot. I wonder tonight how that dimwit Bush will enlighten us on why we are dying in Iraq when most of the hijackers came from Saudi Arabia, where Poppy does business.
Well I finally got back into the market today. I'm done brooding over not holding ATNG and CLSI one more week. I bought BICO and WHT. WHT I had at 70 cents last year. Ugh. If only I didn't sell so often, I could make money at this. But then it wouldn't be fun, I guess LOL. I thought about a few billion shares of PCBM/SERAC but.....nah.
Geo.
If and when Serac becomes reality, then the short shall be revealed. I would think the shares of PCBM will have to be sent in for a one-to-one swap. All those people who got Serac replacements will be able to sell them for $millions because the evil shorters will have to buy from them to deliver the stock. Ha Ha Ha. Dollars to doughnuts er waffles, every one who submits PCBM certs will get new certs. No one will be left out. "Not a single shares until dollars"
Note the change in Alan C's goals over the last year. He now admits he will make his big profit through either mergers or short covering. Two problems:
1. There is no short and if there was, no one can be made to pay to cover it.
2. No one legit would merge into this shell. It is missing all the basic reqts. eg. fully reporting, no debt, low shareholder base, no outstanding legal actions, etc. etc, ad nauseum.
I ask the basic queston again- is Alan C Alan C or someone who borrowed an ID. Did anyone ever call the real estate office and talk with the real one?? He's too succesful to be that stupid. Also too much time and too much risk for legal action.
Huck,
Do you know where I can get a deal like that? Hall's employment package pays him well without having to perform at all. I like the 6 weeks or more vacation, VIP Airline perks, etc. I also like the BOD being able to give him any sort of bonuses, salary increases etc. additional stock with waived restrictions, etc. The stuckholders never knew what their money was paying for. No wonder they didn't file. One can assume all four musketeers had the same beneveloent arrangement and the $$$ came from printing and selling stock. Pretty much the ultimate penny stock scam.
Geo.
Ah, Janice,
If you looked carefully, I'm sure you would have found at least one fallopian tube in that bunch somewhere. I collect old table radios - anything from Atwater Kents of the '20s through Crosley "Dashboards" of the '50s. I buy and sell them but only keep the best and rarest for myself. I have about 2000 tubes in 7 tube caddies for repairs, but buy and sell a lot of antique tubes for fun and profit. Best part is I sell internationally. Get to exchange a lot of email with people all over the world. A great insight on what the rest of the planet thinks about us Americans. Unlike our friend Vinnie, my feedback is perfect. Never had an unhappy customer yet. Wives- a different story!!
Geo.
GROAN!!
and then watching CLSI too. If I could leave my fingers off the damn sell key, I'd be a lot better off. I took this week off to play. I am selling some test equipment and radio tubes on EBAY. I want to get 20 more tubes listed yet today. It will take months of selling to get rid of this stuff. My office at home is so bad you can't walk in it anymore. Check it out on EBAY. I am hacienda40
Geo.
Yes but........
With the name change, all shares will have to be returned for new shares. So if anyone is dumb enough to believe there is a short, they should be going nuts to buy right now as the short is weeks maybe, from being revealed (and handsomely compensated by ??). Of course there is no short and all shares will be swapped, no problema. Then after the reverse split, all the shares will have to be turned in again. And then after the reverse merger, all shares will have to be returned again. How long ya figure it will take the dupes to figure this just might be a con??
Ps. I don't see them talking about Payday loans or used car lots or anything that could produce income anymore. It appears any hope of income would be from "getting shorty"
By the way,
What is "Serac Holdings" holding, other than their own ^$&$&? I would have at least gotten a clean shell for $5k, merged PCBM into it, then did the name change, new cusip # and R/S. Then you would have a reporting company, eliminated 99% of the stockholders and their alleged "equity" ha ha, and then you might have a $5K shell that mgmt. could hold a small piece of, if it was reverse-merged into a real company.
Marc,
And I have some dehydrated water to sell you along with some shares in an old bridge in Brooklyn too.
Rick,
Even time-wise. Why would Alan Cameron, GRI, broker and owner of a successful business be spending that much time on a message board pumping trash when he has a business to run and is missing real investment opportunities. Just doesn't make any sense.
