It definitely looks like there is some strong accumulation going on today. That 0005 BID support has been enormous the past few days.
Ummm the connection is that Jim Anderson is the VP of UNGS and he publicly posted that they were looking for a Frac company over a year ago to do work on their wells that were already being worked on then.
I just found a diamond in the rough. This is a post by Jim Anderson made on January 21, 2011 on a board for landowners and oil companies who hold stakes in the Marcellus Shale. This post was made 1 year ago.

I didn't realize that they have over 150 wells!!! And as of a year ago they had already planned on fracing.
Has anyone heard of GAS FRAC ENERGY SERVICES????
UNGS just made it on the Ticker buzz clowd. Something is up.
It's always intriguing to me why people answer a question with a question. Says a great deal about an individuals character.
I have a feeling that if you and I ran an investment firm together we'd make a fortune. Always analytic and always on the look out.
That didn't really address my question blackhawks. Are you a shareholder or not?
As to your posts, I actually find them quite legitimate and actually intelligent. I am just wondering why you are following a stock for which you seem to not have any faith in?
blackhawks are you still a stockholder??? To me it seems like you hate UNGS but you are here everyday on this board. What's the deal?
Is there really another 34 million shares sitting on the BID???? Two days in a row with enormous BID figures. Tells me that something is up? Those are HUGE orders to have on two consecutive days.
Hi Natemartin, Yes you are correct regarding the three locations; one is a house (Wayne the CEO), one is a vacant lot (Which they have wells on, there is a trailer there for workers), and the Kentucky address is another residence (a 4 bedroom house).
It is pretty typical for small companies like this to have business office listings out of their homes, but definitely raises questions.
From a cash flow perspective though, it is much wiser to not waste money on office space if your work involves being in the field. So I am not surprised.
That being said, I am anxiously awaiting their Quarterly filing to see what's up. Last year they filed on March 21...which is TODAY.
You have to admit though that that video is hilarious. I have been a penny player for quite some time and have lost my ass on some and made a killing on others. What makes that video so funny is that it is pretty true.
Some people get taken to the cleaners because they don't do their homework.
I can't tell you what is going on with UNGS but I know it's not the typical fly by night penny stock. I have spoken with a few people who work for them and researched them like the SEC would and see great potential. As a shareholder I can say that this pps drift down pisses me off, but it's the nature of the beast.
Last time this stock dropped to 0005 it shot up to 002+
There is the office number in Florida but it always goes to voicemail. If you want to contact an actual person, try the number on iHub for the Kentucky location and see if you can talk to Brandon.
PLEASE don't have everyone call that number or the guy will get annoyed and stop answering the phone.
I just sent Wayne an email requesting a PUBLIC update on things. Let's see if the old fart will figure out how to draft a reply. I haven't had much success in getting replies from him.
Wow 10 million shares just got bought up at 0007!!! Somebody got lucky.
My screen shows ZERO trades over the past 30 minutes???? And I know I have a partially filled order at 0008. Do any of you guys see transactions? I only have fidelity to check action and their charts are weak.
odd. I have never had a problem buying shares. I got a partial fill of my 0008 order this morning and am just waiting for someone to give me the rest of the 0008s I am trying to buy. BUT NOBODY WANTS TO GIVE ME THEIR SHARES :(
Im just patiently waiting for some idiot to give up their 0008s so I can set my sell at .002 ... or maybe 003 ... or maybe 01 who knows. with the way this baby has taken off in the past it wont take much to catapult us into pennyland
I am trying to buy up the 0008s UNGS has set such a perfect bid support level that the slightest news is going to send this flying.
Grab the cheapies while you can
That is exactly what I found when talking to UNGS. Using chemicals to treat wells can be costly and not so great on the environment, but the upside is that it can significantly increase a wells output. As in, it could turn a well producing 10 BOD into a well that is producing 75 BOD. And that can pay off fast.
Me too. Wayne is an old man and not always the quickest to post findings.
From some of my research, I discovered that some of the wells may have needed to be treated with HCL to increase daily production. But UNGS wanted to evaluate the current levels of production before treating them.
PhisHD this baby needs to blow. Not just churn. Wayne needs to post the PR regarding the new wells.
I agree with you IKE2511. If people keep trying to buy below the ask we will get stuck at this point until someone grows balls. LOL. This is all chump change down here though. UNGS is bound for multi-pennies this year.
can you post an L2? I don't have that service on here
What do you mean by that? People who buy and then sell after it goes up a tick?
Up Up and AWAY!!!! Here we go. Looks like the start of our climb upward!
I just emailed Wayne to see if I can get any news on the Jan 25th PR. I doubt he will be able to release it to me, but hopefully it will remind him that he needs to fill us in.
.0008 is a GREAT starting position. I have been grabbing up 8's and a few 7's over the past week and can't wait to triple my money...or more IMO.
Perfect! I wanna get some more .0007's
That's got to be Brandon. He is a good guy. Hard worker.
Not a problem Sterling. It's not often that I come across a sub-penny stock with so much to brag about and a bright long term future. Wayne may very well be one of the slowest CEO's to post PR, but when he posts it, it's not just fluff. I like that in a businessman.
Slow and steady wins the race!
Its so quiet on this board you can hear a pin drop...is it the quiet before the storm.
blackhawks, I love your posts. you are the eternal skeptic that keeps us Bulls grounded and digging for more information. You keep us thinking and analyzing. Without people like you, us Bulls would mindlessly throw money at the next "neat plan".
Sterv, PHisHD and all the other people in here who are long time UNGS holders...remember how I posted about how nice it was that there were educated followers of UNGS yesterday?
I wish that the people who are now tempted to post juvenile comments in here this morning would read past posts by all the long time followers and do some homework to understand UNGS before posting their thoughts.
If you spend even 10 minutes doing research you will discover that UNGS is not solely focused on NAT GAS, but also OIL. This is a company that is smart enough to diversify their energy products to take advantage of the market going forward.
And just because NAT GAS is cheap now (for a variety of reasons including an incredibly warm winter), doesn't mean that it will always be so. GM, Westport Innovations and others are all pushing NAT GAS engines and will be introducing them to market this summer. So NAT GAS surpluses could turn into NAT GAS profits very soon.
Buy Low, Sell High.
Very true Blackhawks. Until it's officially on the record nothing is written in stone. Having run my own businesses for quite sometime, I can empathize with any delays in PR announcements. Sometimes getting work done and running the company takes precedence over making PR announcements. Plus I prefer to see companies hold off on PR until they are 100% certain that their announcements are solid rather than fuel unwarranted frenzies with misleading or inaccurate PR.
Check out TECO. They announce "TECO strikes oil in Brazil!!" and their stock flew through the roof. But they never actually had test results from what they found...and what they found was not what they initially thought.
It actually impresses me that the remaining UNGS posters on here are educated in the market. It's annoying when you have a bunch of people posting emotionally charged BS. So thanks to you all for being intelligent.
I have to admit that I have found myself to be accurate on chart analysis only about 40% of the time, which means I've been wrong 60% of the time. But the 40% that I have been right on have made me some serious cash. I rode GDSM up over 420% before getting out and two days later it started its decent into neverland. I bought Under Armour and tripled my initial investment before getting out...and then it went up further.
In UNGS, I would say you are a fool to hold short because it is too volatile. People are waiting for news like a bunch of Junior High Kids waiting to be asked to the school dance. But if you're wise, you will make your purchases at strategic times and hold on until the news hits and the stock chasers buy in, launching this trough the roof. That is where I sell. On the wave of huge news.
UNGS hasn't publicly posted news about the "Acquisition", but I am pretty sure it already happened. Hence my post about my discussion with the well worker who was finished with 12 of 24 wells he was charged with getting online...check out the corresponding number of wells in their PR that they were supposed to acquire. See any similarities?
So while a small company like UNGS may be lagging in publishing PR to fuel stock prices, it doesn't necessarily mean that things haven't happened. Do your DD and look deeper to find the news before it's news.
Cheers
What leads me to believe today could turn in to a green day is that we have had much lower volume the past few days and a solidifying Bid level without major drops in pps. Additionally, we are sitting right near a support level from which UNGS has had huge leaps from...Unfortunately, I don't think we are going to burst through the ceiling today. But confirmation of a new support level would be outstanding.
If people would stop buying on the bid and begin to have REASON to have CONFIDENCE in buying on the ASK, things will turn around quite reasonably. But with so many people buying on the BID it makes it tough for a stock to climb anywhere. You know the logistics of that.
So my bet is that with yesterday and today's BID support levels, investors will start having more confidence in adding to their positions or buying in to UNGS for the first time.
Looks like today is setting up to be a green day for UNGS. Can't wait to see this baby turn around and start heading north.
Thanks for the confirmation Snowcat9. I am glad you felt the same way. It is really encouraging.
No Problem MasterTrader. Honestly, I was getting pretty down about this stock until today...which is why I started digging for more information.
If you end up finding any more information keep me posted too. Tomorrow I am gonna see how things are settling and try to build my position a bit.
My Point exactly Hawkeye. Employee sentiment is a huge indicator of how healthy a company is. As penny investors all of us know that it takes money to make money...but sometimes there are companies that just take money and don't ever turn it in to revenues.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that after my conversation with the guy from UNGS, the revenues are going to begin flowing at some point in the near future. When an employee uses words and phrases like "booming", "busting our butts", "keeping me busy", and "lot's going on", I see potential.
I hate to be one of those iHub pumpers, but I am really encouraged. You won't see me selling anytime soon even if the stock creeps lower.
For all of you out there on the fence, just make your decisions wisely in accordance to your risk tolerance and time frames. Winning big and losing bigger are usually only differentiated by when you pull the trigger.
I'm not quite sure how you say that the guy I spoke with said they were "leaving oil in the ground". They are indeed pumping it out, but they aren't using frac methods as of yet because frac methods can disrupt wells that are already producing.
I agree with you though on the past 10's. Their revenues are pretty tiny but I think that reflects more on the weak market for Natural Gas. The 24 wells they are working on in Kentucky sit on the Devonian Shale formation which is more of a crude oil type of formation.
Jim Kramer actually mentioned this formation this morning on Squack on the Street. My eyes popped when he did. Free PR on CNBC rocks...too bad he didn't name drop UNGS too
