Seems like they would have better things to do than monitor what 37 people say, like elaborate how they screw honest people out of their money, or give an explanation onwhat is going on with UTOG. If they do monitor this site, that explains what is taking so long with the relist lol
Yup, the SEC FINRA and mm's are all a scam, I agree
Also I never said anything about soaping, and its UTOG not UTOH
I'm not trying to make anybody believe anything, I honestly don't care what you think. I'm just conveying info that has been passed to me from UTOG. I never even elaborated on what was going on with other companies, you put words in my mouth. All I will say further is the push for domestic oil on the upper Midwest has become a cutthroat competition, I have very close friends who live near the New Miami property who continues to yell me that the area is swimming with different oil companies. I'm sure there is all kinds of competition and fact finding going on. Its not any different than a Walmart employee secret shopping Kmart, or me bringing my vehicle to a competitor to see what they have going on. Twist it however you may, as I'm sure you will
I'd have to go thru my research but I know for a fact Exxon is there
Considering the competitive nature of the domestic energy market, and considering there are big name oil companies that own/produce oil in the area its not hard for anybody in there right mind to wrap there mind around.
If u did your research, you wouldn't have to ask me! I prefer not to draw pictures for answers that have been known since drilling began!!! LOL
theres a quite a bit of interest bein g stirred by UTOG in the area, thats for sure
you will be happy you did
it will look better after we start producng oil this next quarter
e-mail them again, you'll get the same answer as the rest of us that have, i get better answers from a brick wall, we just have to wait, UTOG is working to satisy them and they are vry confident they will
goldman sachs has a good read about america being the world's top oil producer by 2017, i'd post the link but the dinosaur-esque computers at my job wont let me post the link, but if you have time you should check it out, if you cant find it let me know ill post a link later, but it makes the future of UTOG look good...at the pace of FINRA we should be relisted by then lol
were talking market value as investors, hence the name investors hub
you can have all the oil producion/non-oil you want, but if your on the grey sheets, you'll never see the true value of a company. Just wait until we get relisted, true value will prevail, expecially with our first production in Q4
thanks for the insight Runs With Beer!!lol hope you had a good weekend!
very true, let's hope that happens soon!lol
lets see if i have it made in january, when snow falls a foot an hour!!!lol
LOL!!!!
lol, at least in the glove you can say "just wait a couple months" and snow will be on the ground...bet you don't miss our glorious LAKE EFFECT SNOW!!
of course as im typing that last message, we go back up to .4's!
So if (and that is a huge IF) FINRA had a couple more questions last week, and they are the final questions, lets say friday to be generous, using the 10 day wait we are using as a refrence, we could see a relist at the end of next week, or early the following week! or in other words, buy these cheap shares while we can!!!
you were less than an hour away then, cherish that dry heat, we are pushing heat indexes near 100, and the temp hasnt cracked 90!!! the air is so thick you can stab it with a fork!
geez, ill one up ya, .11, please send your shares to Tinker, Grand Rapids, MI.....ill even whip you up some pancakes!
you cant predict being relisted, and you cant predict pps on the grey sheets, anything being bought on while we are the greys, is a good long term investment in both of our opinions, cuz when the relist does finally happen the price will jump, i know i can speak for KLEE that all of the buys he may have made in the posts you are refering to are being held on to for the long haul, flucuation while on the greys is irrelevant, just a chance to buy in cheaper! unless UTOG folds, he isn't in the wrong
what's right falling to single digits?lol
probably not the greatest short term investment considering we are on the grey sheets and prices fluctuates like the weather, but if you buy some of these cheaps shares, and hold them, it will pay off. If i told you how much i originally paid for my first buy into UTOG, you would vomit (the suspension came while i was on vacation, with no access to a computer), but i have no doubt in my mind that, with the cheap shares i have purchased while on the greys, i will be banking after we get relisted. Knowing when FINRA is going to finish wasting our time is anybodies guess. but it will be sooner than later, so if you can sit on some cheap shares until we get relisted, it will pay in the long run!
looking at his resume, he probably has a lot of friends, in high places, probably important places too. Looking at the info i scooped up, a person with his resume doesn't exist for as long as he has been in this field if insider trading were an issue. more importantly, and this is key, as KLEE and i pointed out in previous posts, aside from running successful oil companies, he has spent his recent history as a consultant for many companies abroad, which means he has been getting paid, to help direct companies, to be successful, thanks to all of his knowledge and experience. some may argue that he wasn't running or in charge of the companies he was consulting for, but in reality, the individuals in charge of those companies sought him out because of his expertise, and paid him to help direct those companies which says a lot about him. Head's of companies don't just pick some bum off the street, or somebody with a bad track record to be a consultant, because in the long run, their reputation is on the line, would you leave your reputation and job to somebody you didn't trust?
Also, he has worldwide experience, and with his years in the field, this is nothing but positive for UTOG. Now im not saying we are gonna start drilling all over the world. But im sure he's seen almost all you can see in oil prodution. Yet, i wouldn't shut the door on expanding operations, especially with his fund raising abilities. Which may I add, he has specialized in drilling-production, which is exactly where we are now. Add to that the fact that he has raised over $200,000,000 for projects, not only proves he has friends in high places, but he has their confidence!
Some people here have been saying he is an old coot or whatnot, im not gonna elaborate my opinion here except, he is just barely old enough to be president of the USA, enough said!
Finally, he's not going to take all of that time, effort and experience to a dead end company. UTOG is going up, and with him at the helm, the sky is the limit. And im sure he knows with a relist coming soon, this company will take off! UTOG seems pretty comfortable with their reports to FINRA, since they have made it known that they will be holding all PR's until the relist, thats confidence! I take the price fluctuation with a grain of salt, considering we are on the grey sheets, and i jump on the cheap shares while i can!
FINRA drags their feet in situations likeUTOG's, but once the relist happens, pps is going to take off like a rocket, and with production also around the corner, i guarantee, within 6 months of the relist we will be at new highs! We've just got to hang in there and stay strong until that day comes, and when it does, we will benefit big time!
somethings cookin besides pancakes
Since April of 1991, Mr. Butterfield has provided independent project management consulting services to a variety of international clients, primarily in relation to oil & gas projects located in Bulgaria including the consortium of Texaco-OMV-Enterprise Oil UK. In this capacity he has provided services which include, among others, market research, performing project feasibility and environmental impact studies, providing strategic advice regarding consortium formation and project finance, and liaising with various industry regulators, governmental organizations and financial aid institutions. Mr. Butterfield has participated in the raising of over USD $200,000,000 for the drilling and development of various oil projects. Most recently his consulting work has become focused on the planning and construction of oil refineries for established and emerging markets
sounds like he's been kinda busy the last 20 years
its easier to say he has no footprint than to actually do the research apparently
you seem awful positive today...doesn't feel right!
lol i dont agree, but that is funny!!1
Has FINRA came out with their findings? Has the SEC said anything? Nobody has said anything, so how are posters claiming they are right? I'll concede anything when you want when we have facts
so you are saying a person of Butterfield's experience is stepping into a pending disaster? I would think he would have better things to do, like eat pancakes lol
i was just making a general statement to the previous post, ill buy as cheap as possible
.4's will still be a bargain have a great weekend all !!!
i think they need you draw them pictures to understan
good point, he has a good reputation to put on the line
you dont have to do much digging either
why dont you research Butterfield, im sure somebody with his reputation wouldn't go near a sinking ship
